Generally my experience was very satisfying. The location of the lodge was great, close to bars, restaurants, supermarket, the train station and the shopping centre (including a street market), the apartment was clean, with the appropriate temperature for the season, providing toiletries, a small bottle of water and 3 towels for each person. We felt safe and absolutely comfortable.

We had a great stay here! The host was super friendly, service minded and helpful. The room was nice and clean with a balcony. The location is great just at the pedestrian street with lots of restaurants and just a short walk from the harbour and the railway station and a good choise if you want to explore the Cinque Terre area. We would definatley go there again!

Not the place to stay if you want sleep. Good price but noise from the room above kept us awake up until 23:30 some night. We expected street noise but not the hallways & above. Shared patio looks nothing like the pictures advertised, dirty, cluttered & glass overhang broken, see pics

Fantastic location in the center of activity yet quiet inside. Everything about the visit was awesome. It became the highlight of our trip. Incredible customer service by the host. Highly recommend.

Very, very small bathroom, the shower is a coffin. Thin walls, could hear everything. No black out blinds, the roll down shutter has gaps in it so light comes in very easily. Small thin pillows, and noisy street. Dont expect a good nights rest. The good, it waa a clean room, and the location is close to everything.

Great location, lots of shops & restaurants nearby. Short walk from train station and to boat pier for any boat tours.

Great communication with the recption staff.
Friendly and helpful.
Convenient base to visit the Cinque Terre.
Room was spacious and clean.

Extremely hospitable staff, amazing view of popular street from private balcony, powerful A/C unit, very spacious room and bathroom, loved this place! Only slightly negative comment (which was extremely minor) was that the drains in the sink and the shower seemed really slow and potentially clogged, also the refrigerator did not seem to work very well. Regardless, incredible stay highly recommend.

Pros: Friendly staff that came with recommendations. The room seemed clean and exactly as pictured. Its location is in the middle of a main street, which means a lot of bars, restaurants and shopping opportunities. The noise however, was not an issue as our room did not face out to the road. The balcony was large.
Cons: The sound insulation to the common area and other rooms were a little bit poor, so you can hear noises and footsteps from the other apartments. The room service was great, but they didn’t for example refill the toilet paper. Be prepared to carry your luggage from the ground floor, due to no elevator.

Staff was great and even allowed us for an early check-in. The location is also awesome, close to a lot of restaurants and a 9 minute walk from the train station.
The room was very clean and they had someone come in to freshen it up every day. The bed and pillows were moderately comfortable.
Only downside for us is that the room isn’t soundproof at all. We could hear our upstairs neighbours very clearly. With that said, we didn’t hear much past 22:30 so it was okay.
Would recommend for a stay in La Spezzia to explore Cinque Terre!

The exceptional host " Nasrin" greeted us on arrival, we were early for check in so she kept our bags for us(no charge) then after a explanation of the keys etc told us to go and look around and she would take our bags to the room for us. Perfect for a couple of weary travellers. Nasrin got us extra coffee and even came to our rescue when we couldn't lock our door, only to find it was magnetic and would only lock when we actually closed the door. The location is in the centre and close to the train, plenty of food options in the street below.

Great place to stay to visit Cinque Terre. 5 min away from the boat station and 10 min walk to the train station. Very accommodating and helpful staff. They advised us a lot of helpful things. I highly recommend to stay at this place to visit La Speiza or Cinque Terre

Great stay and experience, we loved La Spezia as a whole. Definitely recommend. Try to message them regarding arrival time the day before to make sure the reception area is staffed when you arrive, they sent us a message to request that information but we didn't receive it until after arrival, but a quick call solved that easily.

Nice location in La Spezia - just off the main pedestrian street and very close to the train station. It could be a bit noisy but settled down in the evenings so sleeping was not a problem.

The bathroom wasn’t clean, sink was missing a drain cover, bidet drain stop was stuck shut.
Apart from that, it is located in a convenient busy area close to restaurants. Ideal if you are looking to enjoy night time activities conveniently. Not so ideal if you are looking to get a restful sleep.

The lady who checked us in was very welcoming and helpful.
The room was spacious and clean with a large balcony. We also had use of a small kitchen with coffee machine and also dining table etc..
From the street there is a main door which requires a fob to access, a second door which we had the key to, and also the doors for the apartment, so it is very safe.
The location is perfect, right on the Main Street so great for shopping and dining options.
I also asked about an ironing board over message the day before we arrived, and these were placed outside the door for us moments after checking in which was really efficient.
My only constructive points would be for some cutlery in the kitchen area, and also perhaps some wall art as there was a slight echo. But this is just nit picking as everything was great.
Would definitely recommend staying.

nice location right over the shopping street with balcony - except it was freezing we still used it. TV did not work? limited tea and no coffee.
A little bit noizy right on the shopping street.
There was no one there at the office and the gal in the shoe store helped us get in our room after a lady in another shop noticed us hanging out = looking for help. No people or tourists /guests in La Spezia in November.

Sara was very helpful, showed us to our room and gave us tips for food which got us off to a great start. Lovely room with good bathroom and AC. Situated in main area of La Spezia and a short 10min walk from the station.
Great location to use as a base for exploring the Cinque Terre.
Would stay here again without question.

We were welcomed by the friendly Sara and were provided with excellent recommendations. Easy day trip to Cinque Terre from here. On Sara’s recommendation we also went to Porto Venere and had an excellent day. The room was spacious and excellent location. This was our favourite destination and accomodation of our trip. Highly recommend this!

Sounds like a cool spot! 🏨 It's basically an apartment-turned-hotel on a bustling street in La Spezia. The front desk folks aren't there 24/7. The rooms are roomy and comfy but kinda basic. The bathroom's decent, and the bed's cozy. Expect some street noise until late, but they've got nifty shutters. You can walk to the train station, and there are awesome restaurants nearby. Overall, you liked it and would recommend it! 👍
