Great service but accommodations needs approving and bus needs to be available more often. And all kayaks have holes in and no restaurant when they say there is one

I stayed there for 5 nights and 6 days in February 2020.
Eric and Christine were friendly and helpful.
It was nice being near the water and quick transportation to and from Cascade Falls, Beach Bar, and Hideaway Island.
Going to Port Vila and back via shuttle was easy to organise through the resort.

We loved how this was quiet and peaceful. The staff were really helpful and kind. We left one day early for the reason that the beach is not suitable for swimming because of coral. We were disappointed because we especially made a phone call from NZ asking if this was ok for swimming. It would be okay for experienced snorkeling.

Wonderful location and all the staff were amazing. Unfortunately our hot water was not working the night we were there and was unable to be fixed before we left. The shower head (yes cold water shower) was blocked so only a fine mist was “available”.Wifi was brilliant.

What can I say about Blue Bay! Absolutely beautiful place to stay and the people are amazing. Eric, Sala, and Louise you made our stay memorable and we can't wait to come back. Blue Bay is a family fun resort right on the beach that serves up a scrumptious breaky of fresh fruit, pancakes and eggs on toast. The view is amazing and it's only a short ride into town (about 15-20mins). They all have a lot of local knowledge which we loved hearing and they would go out of their way to accommodate us. The rooms were a good size however needed some hanging space for your clothes. You are close to Mele Cascade Waterfall,The Beach Bar and Hideaway Island. We would thoroughly recommend staying at the beautiful Blue Bay Resort.

We had the most amazing stay with Eric and Salla. I recommend everyone who wants a friendly, family experience to stay at Blue Bay. It is located a very short drive out of town. There are only 8 cottages so it is very quiet. The staff are amazing, Louise, Jackson and Graeme are just beautiful people. A great place for families. We are already planning our next trip to Blue Bay.

We loved Blue Bay Resort! Eric, the owner is very friendly, warm, welcoming and professional. We always had fresh fruit for breakfast. Yummy! We also had extra water bottles and fresh coconut water every morning at no charge. Eric and the staff made our stay wonderful. The place is quiet and in front on a beautiful sea. Totally recommended!
