Really beautiful little hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was absolutely stunning & immaculate. The honesty bar is a nice touch. We’ll certainly be back in the future. :)

Lovely hotel, with friendly and very efficient staff. Our evening meal was superb- top end fine dining. The design and decor of the hotel was stunning, with high quality furniture, fixtures and fittings throughout. We had a lovely 2 days at the Bathen House and will certainly return for longer next time

An absolute gem in Bath, 10min drive from the main attractions so was very convenient. Free On site parking which is ideal for anyone driving. Staff were extremely friendly very attentive and happy to help and made our stay an absolute joy.

The hotel was beautiful, and the staff GREAT, I just didn’t realize it was not walking distance to the bath and shopping. It wasn’t too far, but you still had to drive and pay for parking in the shopping area.

I like travelling. I've been many cities also hotels all around the world. This hotel is absolutely number 1 that i have ever been. Room condition is superb and extremely clean, well equipped, also good amenity. Staffs are really caring so whenever i asked, they brought everything to room directly. Room is beautufully decorated, bed is perfect. Nowhere is more perfect than here. If you visit UK, i strongly recommend this hotel. I have been there twice times, first experience was excellent, second was also perfect. This hotel is really UK #1 hotel.

This hotel is not as described. We did not receive the bed type we confirmed. Carpets and walls had stains. We tried and move to another place and they would not refund us. Do not book Bathen House. Restaurant overlooks the parking lot. Again, do not believe these photos.

Absolutely beautiful Boutique hotel. The attendant checking us in, Kate, provided a very warm greeting and was extremely helpful. Our room was elegant and spacious. And we loved the common sitting room to relax and enjoy an evening cocktail. Wish we had more than one night at this wonderful hotel.

Absolutely wonderful stay. They went above and beyond to accommodate every wish we could have. The honesty bar was a great feature, it was fun making our own cocktails. Dinner was exquisite. The room was huge and the bathroom stunning and very clean. I couldn't improve on anything.

A beautiful hotel - all well kept and thought out. Loved our room with a stunning silver bath, spacious and very comfy too. Really thoughtful touch of birthday balloons in our room and friendly, speedy service throughout. Highly recommend and would love to stay again! Our room was really quiet and we had a delicious breakfast, all freshly cooked to order.

The property is spacious, spotless and well kept. The location is less than desirable. It takes 30 mins to walk to city center. Taxi service is not reliable; not every hotel staff is helpful.

A fantastic hotel. Beautifully decorated and furnished throughout. Our bedroom (superior room) was exceptionally large as was the bathroom. King size bed really comfy. Dined in the restaurant in the evening and enjoyed an exquisite meal. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful with a mention special mention to Francesca who was really helpful and informative. Hotel is about a 10/15 minute drive from Bath city centre. Just up the road is a P andR and we parked there (free) and caught the bus in.

The hotel is in a great location. The city centre is just a 5 minute bus journey away (the nearby park and ride service is extremely efficient) or easily accessed via taxi/ car. The service was excellent. The girl on reception polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is beautiful. The owners have clearly invested a lot of time and money into its appearance. The rooms are great value and a very good size.

Great service, luxury rooms and bathrooms. Lots of snack freebies in the room. Big tv, comfortable bed. Walkable to some restaurants in bath. I didn’t add breakfast through hotels.com and breakfast was charged at £25, which I thought was ludicrous, even though it was a good breakfast with plenty of options. The hotel kindly reduced the price to £12 to match what hotels.com were going to charge me if I had added it. Although they believe this price is a mistake. Highly recommended

Lovely check in experience, super friendly and helpful. Room was big, clean and comfortable with a nice big bathroom. Arrived a bit late and left early so didn’t have dinner but what I saw looked amazing. Plug sockets adjacent to car park spaces meant I also got a small charge overnight for free. Great hotel for business and couples. I’ll certainly be back

I loved the staff, the quiet, my junior suite had the view they advertised! No closet or armoire, but they did bring in an extra stand of hangers. Having a bathroom with a tub and a shower was divine! Housekeeping did a fabulous job! The morning breakfast is on the expensive side as you can’t just have the continental breakfast, but they wait on you hand and foot, and the food is very good.

We were upgraded to Junior Suite which was amazing. My husband said it was the biggest hotel room he’d ever stayed in. Beautiful furnishings and luxurious bathroom. Breakfast was cooked to order and the menu covered just about everything you could wish for including pastries, juice, fresh fruit, cereals etc. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Not the cheapest of hotels but worth every penny!

Outstanding! From the minute of arrival we were welcomed The ambience is Devine and the rooms are to die for. The little additions the choice of teas and coffees the beautiful bags of snacks I honestly cannot fault this hotel and staff. The food was Devine for dinner and breakfast. I salute you and thank you - each and every one of you made us feel so special. Was 40 minute walk to city but you could Uber or bus very easy

Very convenient for RUH hospital and town - very helpful staff, comfortable room with large en suite. Parking is difficult in Bath - I was able to leave my car there all day after I checked out - no problem
