Lovely hotel with èxcellent views. Restaurant had an excellent choice of food and drinks.
Parking can be a bit tricky with limited space £10 for 24hrs if staying at the hotel.
4.3
Cute place to stay. Our room was smaller, but had enough space.

From check in to check out, everything was wonderful. Great little town, great establishment and fantastic staff! Best cappuccino I’ve ever had as well. Dinner was good at Wilde’s and the wait staff was phenomenal!
4.3
Loved the location...only downside was not many food locations open late unless u wanted a pub and bar. Other then that top notch!!
4.3
Such an amazing place to stay, right next to the ocean with a bunch of dining options. Would absolutely book with them again.
4.3
Bray has few hotels making this one able to charge £240 a night for very basic accommodation. Clean but quite basic.
4.3
Good location, limited parking and non included with the staying.
Dated room
Shocking breakfast. Very limited choice so we went for the poached eggs. Boiled eggs were served instead. We made the waiter aware those weren’t poached eggs but boiled eggs. He said “they’re just harder”. Yeah right. We asked for yogurt and granola instead and they charged us nearly 20€ for those.
4.3
Hotel restaurant staff were argumentive. We ordered a Marguerita Pizza and got a Cheese Pizza.

Bathroom had a terrible sewer smell.

The room itself was pleasant and clean.

Fantastic location in Bray. Helpful staff. Our room was small but nice. Overall a lovely stay!
4.3
The hotel was lovely with different options for food and drinks. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The views from the hotel were spectacular.
4.3
Staff were very friendly and attentive ….food was excellent location was perfect.
4.3
Lovely staff, no elevator so lots of stairs to climb, great curry restaurant attached, overall a little worn around the edges.
4.3
fabulous location, good night’s sleep. Very friendly breakfast staff. Would have like a working TV in room. Breakfast start before 8am would help guests. I do not expect towels to be changed daily when I have hung up to reuse.
4.3
The hotel is in a beautiful location. We had a few issues with our room upon arrival that could have been handled a bit better. The food was incredible, but we wish the same care was given to some of the hotel facilities.
4.3
The location was decent, but there were issues. The towel warmer in the bathroom was dripping water on the floor, which wasn't a huge issue. The biggest problem was the noise. On the first night we heard what sounded like someone moving furniture for hours above us. The second night, in addition to the furniture moving noises, there was loud dance music being played, I think at the restaurant on the property (we didn'tleaveour room to investigate). We barely got any sleep. Had we known that the place turned into a club on Friday nights, we wouldn't have booked.

Friendly staff and great apartment

Great location and view and food in both the bar and the Indian restaurant was great. Breakfast in the cafe was perfect and coffee was the best. Rooms very comfortable with great bed. All staff were really helpful and approachable. Would recommend for sure.
4.3
Beautiful views of the Irish Sea, friendly, welcoming and helpful staff.
4.3
Excellent location. I had room #6, which was very spacious and had an excellent view of the sea. Walking distance to everything in town.
4.3
Very clean and quiet. Great, hard working staff.
4.3
Not enough modes of transport to get to and from bray
4.3
Very difficult to get the air coach to the airport. Not easy to book a taxi. Relied on the locals for help. To isolated

The hotel is charming, and right on the water. Perfect to get up early and go walk the shoreline. The coffee is the small shop is EXCELLENT, as was some of the cake/pastry we sampled. The small deck off the coffee shop is beautiful and overlooking the water.
Also, there is a train right by the hotel that goes directly into Dublin. Perfect to avoid driving!!!
The only two downsides: 1) It was a party atmosphere outside late night. If you want to sleep early, it can be difficult. 2) We tried to get into our room a little early, and the hotel could not accommodate us. Conversely, they asked that we actually wait longer than checkin time.

My wife and I had a very nice stay here and it had a very nice view of the beach. Beautiful area. Would recommend checking it out!
4.3
This hotel holds all that is charming about the era in which it was built in combination with fully modernized lighting, plumbing, and mattress. We are SO impressed with the kindness and gracious welcome of all the staff here. Our room was on the top floor with a small window looking out on the ocean; perfect! We slept really well. The water pressure was fantastic in the shower. We had dinner in the Curry Leaf restaurant downstairs; delicious! Breakfast was just right; lots of options. We HIGHLY recommend this place.
4.3
The only thing that might be a problem for some people was the fact that there were a lot of narrow stairs. Otherwise we had a very nice stay. Very friendly people.
4.3
Motel standard and attitude for boutique price.
Will not be going back.

Excellent service

Great hotel. Kind and diligent staff. Wonderful location. Beautiful aesthetic. Incredible sea view! Chilly room at night.
4.3
Beautiful old historical hotel. Good view of the beach. Very welcoming and helpful staff! Our room was several flights up and there wasn’t an elevator, but staff took our bags up for us. Climbing the steps to our room was like climbing a mountain. Our room was either a closet or an attic with a very small window; there wasn’t a fan nor air conditioning so the space was ver confining. I sat on the toilet and my knees hit the sink.
4.3
apart from a few tiny improvements it was fabulous.
could do with a row of hooks on the wall near the door (room 6) and we were unable to watch a video stream with the wifi, but it was free wifi and emails etc were fine.
will definitely stay again and intend to go next year for sure.
4.3
Nice stay for what I wanted. I needed a comfortable place to stay and this fit the bill. The staff was extremely kind.
4.3
Super hot due to heatwave. No airflow. In attic. No free parking and room not avail at delayed time of check in after booking 3months prior.
4.3
There is absolutely NO free PARKING if any parking avail. That is not reported accutrately on the website. They only have 4 parking spots. It was the middle of heat wave and NO airflow through the building and we were in the attic and refused to open the attic window for airflow. Our bedroom was 98F. Owner told us to go cool off at the shore outside. Pillows were hard as rocks.
4.3
Great little Hotel right on Brays seafront. Breakfast A1. Staff friendly. Would recommend.
4.3
Unique well-maintained old property loaded with charm and amenities. Exciting bar downstairs. great veranda bar and dining area upstairs with fabulous view of the beach and ocean. Great breakfast to order. The staff was gracious and extremely helpful. Easy 12 min walk from train station. easy access to various local attractions. Take the Bray head walk if you get the chance. Defiantly take the DART train in the area.

Great touches, friendly staff

It was amazing start to finish. Will definitely return. Upon arrival the Manager moved his car so we could have a better spot. This move was totally unprompted. Then my wife and I and our kids were served complimentary drinks. The room was lovely overlooking the sea. The attached Indian restaurant was excellent. Butter Masala chicken, wow! On the first morning staff already knew us by name. Breakfast was included and offered way more than the standard items. It felt like we were on an exotic holiday far away from Dublin. Look forward to going back.
