First off, the place is an old ~4 story building on the edge of a pedestrian zone. You will be greeted with a grand door, and a beautiful marble interior and marble stair case. Walking in was amazing, giving the impression you had picked a truly amazing place. Amazing details in the shared areas. Art, glass floor, atrium, etc. It was the service which really let us down. There were two events, I’ll let you judge: 1) Prior to our arrival, we started getting phone calls. They were concerned about whether we were aware that it the bonfire festival was on, and the streets would be closed. Nice service right? But what got strange was how much they called. Are you still coming? Have you decided? Will you be cancelling your stay? It started to feel like they did not want us to come. That they realized that if we cancelled, with the festival, they could get 2x the rate 2) After the long drive, we wanted a shower to freshen up before we explored the city. There was no hot water. We mentioned this on the way out, and went about our day. The next day, on the way out we mentioned it to an older gentleman who materialized, who started to tell us that was impossible, because it was electric heat. He started to come across patronizing and would not listen or help. I raised this with Hotels.com, for whom they lied that there was water. I raised this directly with the company, who seemed to get emotional, offered nothing of value. Very poor customer service. Cheap.

We really love the location of the property!! It's in the heart of Alicante. A lot of restaurants to eat nearby. Our room had balcony with lounging and dining area. Our hotel room had kitchenette, so it's perfect for longer stay. I love our spacious room and spacious bathroom! The hotel room had beautiful decor too. We really enjoy our stay in Alicante and this hotel room made it even more special!! 🌴🏖️😎

Great location the access to the property was a little confusing, that said a rep did arrive quickly and sorted us out. Great location and property was exactly as described on their website. The only downside that was outside the control of the property was late night/early morning street noise from late night revellers. This did not distract from a very enjoyable stay would recommend.

I rarely ever write reviews but this establishment warrants one! From the moment booking to check in they were extremely pleasant and accommodating. The front staff and director (Jesus) was nothing less that excellent! I HIGHLY recommend this place for couples, families, everyone!

Excellent location in old town however it was very loud at night. Apartments were large nice comfortable beds. Shower was large but the hot water kept getting cold too quickly and so we had to give time between showers. Kitchen was nice but no microwave and not enough cooking spoons, no strainer so lacked a complete offering for people who like to cook on holiday. Reception staff very nice and friendly and responsive. Overall great location but the apartments are a tad overpriced

Property is right in middle of old town so everything is on your doorstep. Grand building with high ceilings and very spacious lounge kitchen which can be separated by sliding doors from bedroom area. Huge bathroom with 2 sinks and really good shower. Access super easy with code provided. Really enjoyed our stay

Really excellent stay. The rooms were gigantic, clean and ultra modern and made our time in Alicante that extra bit special.

We stayed for three days early Feb. The room was very nice, complimentary bottled water/teas/coffee pods. daily room clean and replenish of water etc. Weather was warm during the day but cold at night. heating was very good when needed and easily controlled. The large terrace was a pleasant place to sit out for a morning coffee or with a glass of wine after dark. Excellent shower room and toilet.

Excellent property, spacious room. equipped w all kitchen needs. Highly recommend it. Only drawback is that the taxi dropped us off and we had to walk to the hotel as its in a pedestrian only zone.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Facility was clean. Located in a fun area of town. Walking distance to most places. There was a previous comment about the street being loud at night but we didn’t find this to be the case. Slept well. Very large suites. We would stay there again.

A lovely facility, with historical background, spacious suite, central location, beautiful remodeled bathrooms, modest kitchen. Downside: on a very noisy street with nightlife until 3:00 a.m. firecrackers going off (on a non-holiday), loud shouting, singing, motorcycles, etc. On the other hand, very gracious and accommodating staff.

The property we were in was absolutely stunning, we were so impressed! The photos online do not do it justice. The service we received was fantastic, met us at Reception on the agreed time, walked us through the room showing us how everything is used. They also got someone to make up the sofa bed for us as well which was a nice touch. Coffee machine and complimentary pods along with bottles of water was provided as well and refilled each day. The room was cleaned each day as well. Would highly recommend staying at one of these suites!!
