The Inn has all the amenities for a very comfortable stay. Lemonade/apple cider with doughnuts throughout the day. Continental breakfast that is well stocked. Coffee quality can improve a little :-)
Room was clean and cozy, a waterjet pool was nice for a hot water dip after a day of moving and biking.
Great hotel at a great location and wonderful amenities.

Our room was small, but very comfortable. The walls were thin and we could hear the conversations of the guests next to us. Every afternoon, there was coffee, hot chocolate, tea, and a snack. Breakfast was the usual hotel carb loaded fare. The hotel was within walking distance of many restaurants and shops.
Our bags were delivered from the ferry to the hotel and stored until we checked in. After check out, we could arrange to have the bags sent to the ferry and they were held in St. Ignace for us to collect after our ferry arrived.

From the moment we arrived till the time we left, everything was great. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. This was our first time staying here but certainly will not be our last!

Great place to stay with kids!

A fabulous hotel. Very friendly staff. Amenities were great. Would definitely stay there again.

Spent a couple nights in Turret room, just as pictured! Outside our door was a living room 2nd floor, which no one but us used! Great staff very pretty bldg and a short walk into town. Bike rental across the street.

Wonderful. Only problem was the tv. Had a terrible time getting it to work

The hotel room was very small and bathroom was tiny and barely had enough space to back into but not turn around. The sink was outside the bathroon which made getting ready a chore. There was NO phone in the room even for emergencies. Heat and air conditioning were impossible to regulate. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
4.6
Very old cramped room. Sitting on the John your knees hit the shower curtain and I’m only 5’4”. No hair dryer, no iron. Sink next to my head by the bed… not in a bathroom. Toilet and tiny shower in a water closet.

Wonderful

Beautiful historic Victorian hotel. Clean, comfortable and quaint room tastefully decorated in Victorian style. Nice continental breakfast with GF options (thank you). Very nice surprise with outdoor spa/whirlpool. Very attentive and helpful staff.

Inn on Mackinac is a wonderful Victorian Inn with the charm and character you would expect. It is a great location, a little quieter but still close to all the activities on Mainstreet. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and good continental breakfast. Baked goods are yummy. Donuts and cider offered in the afternoon and cookies in the evening.

I would highly recommend the Inn on Mackinaw
Great location and nice breakfast
Very quiet
Old fashion decor - which I love

The Inn is nice and our room was super comfy! Our air conditioner was not working great so the room was very stuffy but by 9 pm with the window open it had cooled down and to sleep was great. Beds are super comfy. The few people that worked at the Inn we encountered were not the friendliest but we still enjoyed our room and stayed greatly!

It was our 39th anniversary! So I splurged on a bed and breakfast on the island! The room was a huge disappointment, bathroom was very small, no iron or ironing board. The pillows were very generic! Stayed at a cheap Best Western on the way up, and they had twice the breakfast you served! The staff was great but the accommodations were very subpar!

Very nice stay. Room was lovely. Bathroom was very small. Other than that it was great!

We asked for a room that sleeps 5 - 2 adults, and 3 kids ages 13, 14 and 15. We were given a room that stated it sleeps five only to have 2 beds. The staff had to look to see if they could find a folding cot for us. The room was small, and didn’t accommodate a cot! The bathroom was tiny and didn’t feel clean. We were on the left side of the building next to seasonal staff housing for the island so we experienced partying until late hours of the morning and 2 nights someone vomited outside the window. The spa pool is not a pool at all, but a hot tub. Sadly the manager never reached out to us when requested and the staff on site were not helpful and two of them were downright rude. We’ve stayed on Mackinac 5 times in the last 10 years and have always had an amazing experience. We will not stay at the Inn on Mackinac again.

It was a friends reunion. Had a carriage tour, went out for a nice meal one night, hung out on the porch watching traffic, shopped, chatted, etc
4.6
Front desk super helpful! Hotel for the price over all is not a good value for the $$. Continental breakfast was basic, all carbs. Good service for your luggage transportation. Ok hotel

Very nice reception, and the breakfast was very nice.

The bed and breakfast well very clean and service was exceptional.
I do wish that there was more table/counter space in the bathroom. The outlets all worked, but didnt hold our phone chargers very well- the spring contacts are probably worn out and the sockets themselves need replaced.
This is probably the best value you can get on the Island as far as room

We loved being in Mackinaw Island. This place is great because it is close to the restaurants and shops but down the street a bit. Tables and chairs on the veranda for eating and being outside. They offer a simple breakfast but had gluten free muffins which was a plus for me. Beds weren't as comfortable as I'd like which was the only downside to our stay. Large jucuzzi tub in the back deck was lovely.

Rip off cancellation policy. Tried to change my reservation by one night to the next night even a more expensive room. Not a chance. Billed me for both nights. Room was a sham also. Big money for a tiny pound room next to the front patio and Childs play room. No hair dryer unless you walk down in your robe to get one from front desk. My wife liked the muffins, that’s about all I could say was good. Stayed on Mackinac Island dozens of times at 7-8 different hotels. Would not stay here again. Cancel trip if only place to stay.

Beautiful Location. Lise to harbor and 2 blocks to downtown. Staff were friendly and kind and accommodating! Breakfast offerings were fresh and generous. Jacuzzi is large and wonderfully relaxing. We would stay there again

Terrible internet connection.

Absolutely delightful stay at Inn on Mackinac! We’ve stayed at five other properties on the island and I have to say, this spot was perfect in that it was quiet, clean, and always had hot water and the staff were incredibly courteous and helpful. Lattes in the morning and fresh lemonade after a long hike in the afternoon and walking distance to everything without the noise. We’d definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed the continental breakfast- the chocolate croissant was one of the best I've had. The room was comfortable and clean. My only complaint is that I did not care for the self-check-in luggage. I didn't like that anyone could access my luggage in that area.
4.6
Incredible location. The corner room has great views of both downtown and the marina.
4.6
We've stayed here multiple times. We love the staff, the ambiance, the location, the hot tub and the porch. This is why we come back every year. However, this time our room was not up to par. The bathroom was so small you could barely stand in it. We had our two teenage kids with us so, we had 4 guests total. There was no place to change or have any privacy which made it awkward with the kids. Also, the breakfast left much to be desired.
