Average hotel. Near a big mall. Nice bar area/poor area and good drinks. Average breakfast. Noisy AC. Poor mood lighting in the room- very all or nothing. No English TV & No Netflix.

Great neighborhood, pretty and quiet but with good coffee shops and restaurants. Lovely staff. About 3 blocks to a main road and train access. Only improvement to suggest is adding a desk in the room.

The reception people were amazing! Great security and location. However, breakfast staff was not so friendly. They started to remove the empty plates from the buffet counter before the breakfast time ended without adding or replacing them with full dishes. Sometimes there were no plates, and food replacement or clean plates took a long time to arrive. Overall great experience.

This hotel was great! It has the amenities of a large hotel like dining, bar, pool, great breakfast, etc., but the feel of a small, boutique hotel. The staff were all very friendly and were able to help us in English when our Spanish was a little rough. The location is nice where it's quiet, but easy to walk to many shops and restaurants.

Located in a quiet, tree lined neighbourhood. We felt safe walking about day and night (small town Canadians). Breakfast eateries located close. Dinning located about 1.5km away. All very walkable and as mentioned we felt safe at night walking back at 11pm.

It was perfect. I travelled solo for my friends’ wedding and it was really convinced, clean, I felt safe and the staff was very helpful. I had to check-in in the middle of the night which I was a bit nervous about but when I arrived at the hotel it was such a smooth experience.

The hotel is modern and in a great location, can walk to many places and there are lot of good restaurants near by and shopping too. Rooms are good size with modern bathroom and kept very clean by friendly , cheerful housekeeping staff. Lobby is ambient and there is a wonderful cafe that does great food and drinks. Again the staff are so friendly and welcoming and this was really consistent during my stay, everyone so kind and helpful!

Our stay at the Ola Santiago was really good. It's a new modern hotel, and the room is really clean. The staff are absolutely amazing as we had to change our flight with latam, and the airline was being difficult. I definitely recommend the hotel. In a perfect world, I'd recommend the hotel offer a box of Kleenex and a larger sink area to get ready in the morning. We also had the breakfast, which is good, but got a little bit boring on the 4th day of having breakfast at the hotel. Great hotel, I recommend staying here!

The hotel was very modern and it took a little time for us as seniors to get use to the modern aspects. However once this was accomplished with the help of the cheerful staff. It was very comfortable. The breakfast was great, the outside and pool area were adequate and we enjoyed utilizing it. Lots of restaurants in area, very walkable. Great experience.

Extremely disappointing stay. The room is designed with style over performance. The double room had 1 “seat” positioned underneath a large lampshade so that each time you stood you would hit your head with the lampshade. There was 1 Nespresso cafe pod for 2 guests. This wasn’t replenished daily. During our 4 day stay we received a replacement pod on one occasion. The same applied to bottled water. There was 1 free bottle of water for 2 guests and 1 glass to drink it from. Seriously? Either don’t provide these items or provide a sufficient quantity for the number of guests. Toiletries. There was no hand soap in the dispenser and the shampoo ran out too on the second day. This should be checked daily by housekeeping. I found a used plastic conditioner bottle on the bathroom window ledge. On our second night we received a small bar of soap each and conditioner bottle (the same as I found discarded by a previous guest). Were we meant to receive this on day 1 or should this be replenished daily? It wasn’t! Bathroom window. The window above the shower had no blind or method of closing. Our first room was overlooked by another building who could see into our bathroom window! When I complained we moved to another room which still had the same problem (I was told it effects all rooms) but was less overlooked. The window is tinted, however, when the room light is on the tint doesn’t function. This also caused light to bleed into the room if the bathroom door was left open! Design ove

I didn’t like the fact that not everyone spoke English especially shuttle services that were hired by Hotel. I think when you work in this industry 2nd language is a must at least proficient so people can communicate. But all the stuff at front desk spoke English and was very helpful great location and safe place.

This place has it all: efficient & friendly service, solid design, great breakfast, well-furnished gym & a very nice neighborhood. A little pricey at retail cost, but after I found a steep discount through Expedia, it was also soft on the wallet.
