Super easy. Great communication. Very comfortable bed. Excellent WiFi in remote area. Bistro next door super convenient.

Little uncomfortable because far away from anything and neighborhood make us feeling spooky when night time but on day time the view is nice

A very relaxing, peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The check in process was simple and quick. I stayed in the Lichen room and the room was MASSIVE. I had the best sleep in years. Thank you Jessie and Lee from the Blackbird Bistro for the hospitality!

My favorite spot in VT! Located in a very sweet, rural town, the elegance of these suites will wrap you in luxury that’s not overdone. The Blackbird Bistro is right downstairs and serves the absolutely most delicious mocktails as well as cocktails and has something on the menu for everyone. I’m a nondrinker who’s after healthy and delicious while my partner enjoys a good old fashioned and comfort food. We both thoroughly our meals. Stay true to who you are Craftsbury Farmhouse! P.S. love the funky tunes during dinner hour ;)

Simple, quiet and the Blackbird Bistro next door had a nice bar and good food.

Such a little gem in the Vermont Countryside. Well appointed, clean and cozy space. I read by the flowing brook where there’s a deck, had dinner at the delicious restaurant on the property and enjoyed the sunset looking at the fields across from the B&B.

This is a magical place to stay in a beautiful country setting in Vermont. My room was charming, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The food at the Blackbird Bistro is delicious, and the coffee and smoothies at the Whetstone Cafe are delightful. I would absolutely stay here again.

We weren’t sure what to expect when we arrived, this place is very secluded. But as soon as we got there we were happy with the “apartment”. It’s very clean and the area is beautiful! Also the bistro has amazing food as well, just make sure to check theirs it’s open.

Beautiful guesthouse. Best massage ever. Nice meal at the bistro. Lovely hot tub. Love the Vermont’s NEK.

Was looking for a quick get away after a very stressful year. The farmhouse was more than I expected. Easy self check in, beautiful cozy space, fun dinner next door, and a relaxing night in the hot tub. Super comfy bed! I will definitely be back.

The pictures and description do not do this place justice! We stayed in the “blue room” and it was delightfully charming as well as sparkling clean and well equipped. The bistro downstairs has delicious food and drink with awesome staff! I said on more than one occasion “I love this place”. Do not overlook this stop!

This is a Northeast Kingdom gem! The area is beautiful even in mud season. It’s 10-15 min from the surrounding villages so it was really convenient to have the on site restaurant to visit when we didn’t want to travel far. The Genny is also super convenient for coffee, supplies and deli items. We loved the hot tub and sauna, and the fireplace made the unit warm and cozy. There were lots of thoughtful amenities in the unit like dishes, heated floors in the bathrooms and robes. We would stay here again for a thoughtful and authentic experience.

Very clean… had plenty of amenities. Very welcoming vibe.

It was available in winter time and it is in a beautiful ideal location. The specific room we got had a shared hallway with a Midwife's office, that wasn't ideal. The dining table and prep food prep area is very small. Overall the room was clean and quaint. I think it would be much better in the summer when all the features of this property could be used.

The place is conveniently located off of Route 14. There are two general stores just a mile away, each offering their own styles, one more geared toward millennials and the other toward the locals. Liked them both for sandwiches, goodies and other necessities, since the bistro wasn't open for most of our stay.
The beds are comfortable and the room was fairly clean. Dust bunnies behind/under the furniture.
The photo of the building is from the field in the back. It is right next to the road.
This is an old farmhouse and the stairs up to the room are not to code, so if you have any problems with stairs, don't stay here. It also felt very awkward to know you are sharing the hall with someone renting an office and the bathroom is out there in that hallway.
We had the room above the bistro and they say it closes at 9 pm, but there is a fire pit outside and people stayed well past that. Luckily, we sleep with a fan and there were some in the closet, so we were able to sleep.
They say they have a coffee maker, but they don't. It is a french press. If you don't have time to boil water and wait for your coffee to steep, you are out of luck. Was expecting a regular maker.
This is not an inn, it is like an airbnb and they ask you to clean your dishes and strip the beds when you leave.
This place is good if it is your final destination and you just want to sit there and relax all day, but not if you want to get out on the road early.

You would be hard pressed to find a similar set up. Craftsbury Farmhouse is a delightful 19th Century farmhouse converted into a rental in front/a bistro around back and a yoga/spa along the side/in front of several "glamping" sites. I was able to book a spa treatment the day I checked in which made me very happy. The property is beautiful. The rooms were homey and comfortable. I was visiting family in the area so unfortunately I wasn't able to visit the bistro. I'm hoping for an excuse to return to the area to stay here again.

The property was under some construction. The room was clean and comfortable, and I liked that it had another room with table and chairs and couch. The availability of coffees and teas, microwave and fridge was a plus. Steep stairs to room, and needed a chair with arms. My companion used the hot tub, which was perfect.
