Staff all friendly and polite.
Room clean and tidy and breakfast good, but prefer the normal buffet type..but do realise its not possible when not so many guests in the winter .
Tv reception could be better.

Very helpful understanding reception staff, as we had booked a lovely sea view room, but due to Storm Darragh it was too noisy, we asked to be moved and it was no problem.

The hotel looks lovely and is right on the beach front. I'm disabled with limited mobility and I was using crutches so id requested an easily accessible room as close as Possible. I was on the upper floor but there was a lift. I needed to get my things in from the car but wasn’t offered help until i had struggled to get it all to the reception, The reception did then offer to help take it to my room but didn't seem overly pleased about doing it. And then when leaving the next morning one of the young men cleaning offered to help me get it downstairs, then i had to get it to the car. The room was clean and tidy and even though it wasnt a front room there was still a lovely view of the Great Orme. The shower room was clean. I wasn't impressed by the buffet breakfast or the coffee, in-fact i couldnt eat or drink it. The staff weren’t very interactive so there wasn’t much conversation with any of them.

Friendly staff and attentive, great breakfast and amazing views . Fantastic position on the sea front.

Had a lovely weekend! Hotel bit dated and tired but ok the tele wasn’t the best it’s not linked to the wifi so terrible reception we asked to be moved as we wanted to watch tele they did move us to a better room but was still unwatchable. Pool was small but clean and warm overall good stay

Pleasant hotel with lovely staff. The roof in my room (324) needs recovering as there are water stains on it. Buffet breakfast was good with good choice of hot food and a lesser choice of continental.Bar prices were quite expensive compared to other local hotels but entertainment was provided.

Excellent location, staff really friendly.

We had great stay, 2 couples with 2 rooms. We had lovely large beds, plenty of space, and clean rooms that were well stocked with towels, pillows and tea and coffee facilities. Nothing else was needed. We were very happy.

Great location, lovely hotel but rooms a bit tired

Dog friendly accommodation
Very tired hotel needs total refurbishment pictures on website looked nothing like the rooms.
Restaurant looked like it was falling apart, crumbling plaster on ceilings.
Food not great quality.

Comfortable friendly hotel. On the seafront. Reception staff nice & friendly. Room cosy & warm. Even though we did not have a sea view room we had a nice view of the pier.
Only drawback is small car park £6 per night. Costs not pre stated on the booking app. Llandudno itself was friendly and the ski centre was really worth a visit

At the moment the hotel is having a repaint outside, when i come to open the window i was unable to, the reception team was very helpful and even offered to move me. The maintenance guy (big thumbs up to him) tried but was unable to, rhe window had been shut outside. The team did all they could to help.

Like going back to the 70s. Really needs modernising. Looking at the pictures when i booked, it looked really nice. Unfortunately my room was tiny, if you sat on the toilet you had to rest your chin on the sink. Staff were great.
Update your pics on your website though

We've been to The Marine hotel a few times now, so we knew what to expect. In a great position right on the front near shops, just getting a little run down now. Service not as good as it use to be, but you get what you pay for.

We try to get to the Marine Hotel once a year and have had Family Room accommodation. This year my husband passed away in May, but I got myself together and booked, this time 2 double superior rooms for myself and my daughter plus partner and my grandson, who lives with me. We were very pleased , particularly with the one room, which was really a bedroom and separate sitting room. Beds were super comfortable and everything was spotless.

The food was fantastic, we had breakfast and dinner., lots of variety and very tasty, the dining room staff were all amazing and very helpful, the hotel is very tired and could do with a major renovation, the cleanliness of our room was poor, the bathroom was not cleaned for the 5 nights we were there !

We had decided to stay an extra night, so chose this hotel as our previous hotel had no rooms. The room was clean, tidy and quite big. It had a lovely view though through a small window. However, the WiFi was rubbish and kept going off. Oh and the lift was slow coming up to the top floor where we were. Other than that can't fault it.

We stayed here for a weekend to celebrate a wedding. We were given a basement room but it was perfect for what we needed, plenty of room for a family. The room was clean and in good condition but due to being in the basement we could hear people walking above us all hours. The hotel was looking a bit tired in places but the breakfast was gorgeous and the staff were all lovely. We would return!

Room was adequate; small with a sea-view.
It was clean. Slightly dated, but was good value for the money we paid.
Drinks in the bar were expensive, I would have expected hotel guests to have a discounted rate.
We walked/ran the promenade and pier, plus we walked the Great Orem (full loop). All easily accessible from the hotel.
Cheap food and drink in the Palladium (Weatherspoons); nicer more expensive food in The Cottage Loaf. Also close to Conwy and Conwy Castle.

Third time staying at the Marine hotel and great, friendly service every time.
Lovely sea view on this trip and the bar is very relaxed and reasonably priced.
Location is excellent, within walking distance of all amenities and attractions.

We book a double bed and ended up with 2 single ones which were very worn and one of them had a rip on the corner the room was very hot when you got in had to turn heating down the room could do with a real good make over and better window and only one lift which is hard work when everyone is trying to us it on check out or breakfast

It looks as though the hotel is currently under some degree of renovation but don't let this put you off staying here. We had a room at the back of the hotel, on the ground floor which was spacious and very comfortable as was the ensuite. The customer service, especially from the reception staff, was superb. The breakfast was tasty, plenty of choice (buffet style) and very well priced. The hotel was scrupulously clean. I would not hesitate to stay here in the future.

Well… I checked in at 3 o’clock as could not before this time, could only park in the coach area to drop my cases off as your hotel as no area to do this, phoned your hotel to inform them that I couldn’t park and that I had left my suitcase at reception and could not return till about 9 o’clock, was looking after David Essex VIPs, returned at 9 o’clock 6 hours later!!!
and my cases we still sitting in reception, went to my room, so looking forward to having a shower… really the amount of scrum on the shower head and the water pressure it has to be the worst shower, and I have back packed around Europe.
Trying to have drinks with David and the band but the queue at the bar (how embarrassing) god bless him the guy is trying to serve everyone, did you not realise that after a show that the bar would be busy?
So come upstairs to relax and watch TV and guess what the TV …is well lets say struggling, ask reception to help… oh that’s the wind, nothin I can do !!!
I think who ever owns this hotel should come and stay in this room, no invite one of you best friends to come and stay in this room/hotel?and ask them their opinion of their experience.
Would really appreciate someone to contact me.

Bedroom was a good size but the bathroom was quite small. The staff were all friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the warm pool

Good location but needs some refurbished in the rooms which were tired hence the average score

Have stayed here several times. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and basic but modern. Good powerful shower (always rates a hotel for me!). Central for everything in Llandudno. Free parking around between 4pm and 10am. They allow dogs which if your not a dog lover might put you off but not seen any badly behaved ones yet.
