Staff was very friendly
2.5 / 5.0
Our room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom had enough space for two people to move around in freely as well. Everything was stocked. We were in town for the Pacer's game, and while we didn't spend much time in the room, it was very comfortable. The staff was also very helpful with showing us the easiest way to walk to the game, which is only a block up, you can see it from valet, and lounges to go for nightlife.

Booked at the very last minute while I got to town. Courteous staff, clean environment, room had a mid-modern century design/feel
Bathroom layout very good, very clean and spacious. Look forward to go back when I will visit Indianapolis again.

Could not sleep at all. The room sounded like we had our windows open and the cars going by were driving through our room. The curtains would not close. There was about an 18-24 inch inch gap so it was like the lights were on all night. Worst night I have ever spent in a hotel. Awful!!!

The location was great for what we traveled to Indianapolis for. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
4.0 / 5.0
Room was nicely decorated. A bit noisy since the room walls are basically all windows. Disappointed there was no hand soap in the bathroom.

The hotel was very good and so was the service. One of our rooms had a broken light fixture and the other one had a dripping faucet. We let them know at the end of our stay because it was only for one night and there was no time to fix the problem while we were there. We ended up leaving a phone and an iPad behind and they helped us have the item shipped to us at home after the fact. They had a very good system in place and the staff were kind and helpful.

Was a good time

The hotel room and lobby were nice. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. However the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and we and other guests were stuck outside for 20 minutes only to find it was a false alarm. We were not told why it had gone off and no one apologized to us about the inconvenience. The only reason we knew we could re-enter after a while was because guests just began walking in. No one from the hotel staff alerted us that we could. The breakfast was extremely expensive in the hotel and was not worth the price. As a person who frequently stays at hotels I’d say it is unlikely stay here again.

Staff was outstanding!

The hotel is nicely remodeled, the room is spacious, the bathroom is large. Very nice! However the bed mattress was lopsided and low to the ground and the lobby bar/restaurant closed at 9pm causing us to have venture out among an unsafe area. I did not feel safe.

My family came down to see the Fever play, the hotel was in a perfect location to walk to the game and get food after , the staff was very nice and our room was clean. the only thing that we didnt like was the noice from outside , we were on the second floor facing the bus terminal and we could hear every person yelling and the cars/motorcycle until about 2 in the morning, maybe next time i will just stay higher up on the floors

This was the BEST hotel stay I had. My husband is 6'4 and staying in small hotel rooms isn't quite comfortable with sharing beds. This hotel rooms are SPACIOUS and GORGEOUS!!! The interior decorations and relaxing chairs along the the modern touch is BEAUTIFUL! The staff was amazing. The colors and the hallway filled with pictures of iconic historians added a blissful touch. Street parking is only 2.00 per hour! You can download the parking app or pay at the meter.
We will DEFINITELY stay here again!❤️❤️❤️

Clean and modern. Very polite and helpful personnel. Does need some brighter lighting in the room. Overall, very nice and convenient to downtown Indy.

The room was very nice and spacious. Around the hotel was not safe. There is a bus stop nearby and seems like a place a lot of homeless people hang out. Many bail bond locations. We were on a lower level floor and it was incredibly noisy in all hours of the night.

looked tired. My room was right NEXT to the roof top bar that was frustrating. Across the street from the bus stop. Should not be giving that room to anyone

Hubby & I discovered this property 3 years ago and fell in love with its Vibe, Comfort, Service & walkability to great Fountain Square hang-outs; Calvin Fletcher Coffee, Amelia’s Bakery & Bluebeard farm to fork dining. Always book when we’re in the area.

Location was great, wasn’t sure where to park so just did valet
1.0 / 5.0
I was charged over 250 dollars extra after staying there. I was charged for valet parking when I didn’t have a car there. Was charged twice for dinner. Was charged for something else. Called multiple times, emailed multiple times to get that rectified, so far nothing. I have been calling since Monday, it is now Friday.
The blackout curtains don’t go all the way. So, the room was pretty bright by 7 am.

We liked the modern, well appointed rooms.

It was a bad effort by the hotel. No-one at the front desk for 10 minutes at check in (11PM). Elevator card reader not working. Room card reader not working. (1st) Room HVAC not working. Only one other room choice and it too was right above the outside generator noise that was not good for sleeping!!!! All this said, the lady at the front desk could not have been more agitated by my requests for heat, quiet, and rest. Not going back. Terrible energy, negative, and just not good.

Fantastic staff and amenities. Rooms were clean and well decorated. Loved everything about our stay here.

Everything was spotless, staff were very friendly too. Outside the hotel however was very busy and noisy, its located on a busy intersection right across from a big bus station. Not much the hotel can do about that.

Upstairs bar service was pretty bad. They never came to our table when we arrived, the bartenders looked at us and did nothing. Had to go to the bar to order drinks to find out they were almost out of everything, no Johnny Walker Black, only had enough Crown Royal to make 1 drink. Was pretty disappointing.
4.0 / 5.0
Front desk staff and hulman bar were amazing. Very accommodating and friendly had all the answers to questions and very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. 6th floor bartenders were a different experience altogether. It was busy and they seemed short staffed at least that’s what they said. I understand that bartending can be a stressful job but telling your guests all the things you have to do before they get to you several times just seems unprofessional. For the price of the drinks I would expect them to have all the components listed on the menu and made well, they weren’t. Overall we had a great experience. Maybe the 6th floor was just having a bad night but we didn’t even finish our drinks and went to another bar to finish our night. Front desk and downstairs bar couldn’t have been better.

Beautiful and quiet. Even with a major sporting event down the street it was quiet, restful atmosphere with excellent customer service.
