No TV channels on the TV only some strange apps an pay TV The lightbulb in the reading light needed to be replaced, it took 2 days

The fridge was off and the door was closed when we arrived and it smelled really bad when we opened it, and also we could not cool our food during the night due to that.
The drain smelled bad in the bathroom which made it unpleasant to wash and brush our teeth there.
Would have appreciated lamps over the bed for reading.
Besides that - all was fine and comfy.

The receptionist seemed uninterested of her work, mostly focusing on her computer and her nails. The floor in the apartment was not properly cleaned. Several items of the cutlery was not washed up. The faucet in the kitchen area sat loose. The WIFI was substandard. We had to ask for guiding in order to properly being able to look at programs at the TV. At least the beds were comfortable sleeping in. We will not be coming back for a second stay and we will not recommend other to use the hotel.

Very poor and lacy hotel staff. I would not recommend staying here. Pay a little bit more and stay at a proper hotel.

Hotel staff came across very lazy and not at all service minded.

OK for one night stay, reasonable price and with own cooking facilities. Apartments pretty spartan and reflect utilitarian architecture of building. Considerable distance from city centre, but OK for own needs as I arrived quite late (having travelled 11 hours on a motorbike) and had pre-booked other accommodation in Upsala centre for the next few days.

It was good

When we got to the building, we were asked to pay again, even if we already paid thru hotels.com. We were told that the card was decined (not my card), that we should pay, and then contact hotels.com to fix the problem later. Personally, I'm not a fan of recunds, so we asked if we could call hotels.com first (which was a long, yet productive conversation). It was a fault on their part and their payment system, and we didn't receive any prior message that they had a problem. It was an inconvenience for us, for them, and for the other guests waiting in line. I thought that it was weird to ask the guests to pay again, when they've already paid. We were on traveling mode and booked all hotels thru hotels.com, and ithis was the only accommodation we had a problem with. Since the accommodation is on hotels.com's listing, we unfortunately expected that the business runner and hotels.com have a form of communication. Apparently, they don't.
The room was fairly new. There's a kitchen, and big parking space with EV chargers. Uncomfy bed with small pillow. Trash bin not emptied. And a drunken man living/staying on the same floor, greeting the guests - he was harmless though. It was an okay stay for 1 night.

It was a perfect hideaway to regroup as I traveled. It was quiet and I spent time on my college studies.

Everything is fine, except that one need a code for the entrance, not a bit deal, but it would be better with a tag the comes with the room key.

Cozy, clean, next to bus stop
4.0 / 5.0
It was a very nice and clean room. We didn't receive the check in codes, but there was personnel at the reception so that wasn’t a problem. There is a very good bus connection to the city centre and a supermarket 15 minutes away in walking distance.

Except for the internet and kitchen hood; everything was working fine.

We had problems in the beginning, but they could fix them in minutes. I’m really happy that I chose this place.

It was easy to find, enough parking space for the car. Very clean and high standard room and bathroom. friendly reception. A lot of value for the money. I can recommend it

Great idea and very comfortable and clean. Friendly staff and within easy walking distance of bus stops. Just a couple of things could do with being looked at. The pan handle fell off when lifted, luckily not full of hot water, and there was no toaster, as there was in other rooms. I'd happily stay there again as it's a half-way-house between a hotel and private rental.

Hard to reach with public transport. Surrounded by industrial aerea. Not many scooters available. Scooters difficult to use because the place is surrounded by no-go aereas for scooters on thre sides. No bicycle rental. Hotel does not rent bicycles. Open windows can easily be entered by unauthorized persons if apartment is on the ground floor.

Great place and exactly as advertised! It is a studio apartment and very clean. The only hard part was getting here. Bus #6 is the one that gets the closest. Otherwise, we absolutely loved our stay!

It was nice room with minimum kitchen utencils and needed amenities. Could not use the TV as no channels were there. EAsy location. Very noisy with some people very loud on the balconies.

The rooms are nice and modern. For a longer stay it was perfect to have a basic kitchen to prepare some meals. A microwave would be a nice addition though. The yard and parking area could be a bit better otherwise great stay.
