The Reef Club #106 is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that accommodates 8 guests. Escape to the shores where stunning sunsets and calming seascapes are enhanced by a contemporary elegance and charm that will please everyone in your party. Family-friendly, fully updated, and freshly equipped with the highest quality furnishings. Modern and versatile, this property is the perfect getaway for making memories surrounded by peaceful sands and spectacular ocean views. Sea breezes flow through the private balcony into a bright and open oasis accentuated by chic quality furnishings. The Reef Club complex is nestled in the charming community of Indian Rocks Beach with upscale amenities including a beachfront pool and jacuzzi, tennis court, and BBQ grilling area.
Owners, Rich and Diana take pride in providing guests with a premier vacation experience through their vacation rental units that are family-friendly, fully updated, and designed with quality furnishings and comfortable bedding. This beachfront beauty has a gulf-front balcony with access from the master suite and the living room that allows guests easy access to soak in unparalleled sunsets over the gulf's waters each evening. With this being a first-floor unit, guests can take the spiral staircase to the ground floor and out to the pool and beach. This unit is in an ideal location being close to the elevators, assigned parking space, and the outdoor amenities closet filled with beach items. You can access these areas from the spiral staircase as well. The complex of Reef Club has plenty of outdoor amenities to enhance your vacation experience including a relaxing heated pool, hot tub, covered dining tables, grills, tennis court, and sun loungers to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.
Kitchen: Updated and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. Amenities include a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, both a drip and Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, and blender. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Area: Beautifully appointed dining area complete with seating for 6 and a breakfast bar that sits 2.
Living Room: The stylish living area features a flat-screen smart TV, ceiling fan, a cozy sectional, and elegant accents leading out onto the balcony with ample seating and a spiral staircase leading directly to the pool and beach!
Bedroom #1: The master suite features a luxurious King Bed, plush chaise lounge, smart TV, ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom. This room also has beachfront balcony access.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Offers dual vanity sinks, a spacious walk-in shower, and a bidet.
Bedroom #2: Hosts a Queen bed and bonus bunkbeds, nightstand with USB port, ceiling fan, and smart TV.
Bathroom #2: The guest bathroom has a granite vanity with a sink, a tub/shower combination, and a bidet.
Bedroom #3: Provides a cozy retreat with a Queen bed, nightstand with USB port, ceiling fan, and smart TV.
Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer provided in the unit.
Beach Closet: 6 folding beach chairs, rolling cooler, boogie boards, and sand surf toys.
*Elevator on property! This unit is on the 1st floor. The ground floor is parking.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No unapproved pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Pet Policy: We can accept 1-2 small dogs ONLY that weigh 35 pounds or less in this rental. A non-refundable pet fee is required. Cats are not allowed. Requests for larger dogs must be submitted and approved by management. Pet must be on a leash at all times when outside of the unit; is not allowed onto the furniture, sand, beach, pool area, or pool. Pet must not bother any surrounding guests and pet waste MUST be picked up by the pet owner.
Parking: This unit comes with 1 assigned parking spot. There is limited guest parking available on a first-come/first-serve basis.

Within the quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach, you will find some of the best local restaurants, ice cream shops, coffee shops, breweries, and local beachwear shops as well as fiery sunsets. Mc Gough Nature Park is just over the main bridge and is a favorite for families to visit. It is just over Walsingham Bridge and the park features wildlife such as owls, bald eagles, hawks, turtles, and more. Walking trails, playground with zipline, shelter houses, and restrooms. Local orange store Yellowbanks is just up the road from this park, it has Florida-grown citruses, juices, and fresh orange ice cream. The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.

This property was great for five adults and two kids. The bed setup was perfect for our group. It was nice being on the first floor, we only used the elevator for luggage. Between the condo and the utility closet filled with beach gear, they seriously have everything you need. It was also very clean and well decorated.

This condo was the perfect size for our family. Finding something that fit children, parents and Grandparents was hard to do. We are so happy we found the reef club. The best part was the location; close to so many places we wanted to see.; and just steps from the beach! Thanks so much. We would definitely reserve again at the reef club!

The property was great! Nice amenities. Our condo was just as described. Plenty of dishes and cookware if we wanted to make any meals. Great location, roomy and comfortable. Nice views! Parking was right under the unit. Stairway to the patio was nice and convenient, along with having the elevator for moving luggage. Upon arrival our sliding glass door had a broken lock, but a call to the management office was answered quickly and a new lock was put on right away. No issues and the repairman was so nice. It really is a wonderful complex. We were looking for a nice getaway for 6 of us and this was perfect. We met many unit owners and renters at this complex and all were great people. Hope to go there again!

Probably the best location for a beach stay. Weather was coolish and cloudy the first 3 days and we had our 3 yo granddaughter with us for the week. Thank goodness for the elevator, heated pool and the hot tub. She had plenty to keep her busy.The condo is close to everything too! Spacious and comfortable. Some initial info was incorrect..ie., wrong pool gate code and wrong wifi info. But I I made a call and we got the wifi info and luckily another guest gave me the gate code to get back from the beach! Overall the weather could have been better, but the facilities made a big difference.

This was a great condo for my disabled husband and I, with easy access to elevator across the hallway, a bidet in master bath, a walk in shower, a well equipped kitchen, and they even put a counter height stool in, at my request. This condo does not have a recliner, but the beds are high and the master has a great mattress. The view is across pool deck and tennis court, with Gulf above the dune vegetation, but not beachNicely maintained. We had a family get together and the area is very walkable for restaurants, ice cream, and the nature preserve/dog park across the street. The pool was warm and the hot tub was hot, with easy steps down. We also appreciated the easy beach access with only a small step-down and short level path. The parking lot was only half full, and everyone seemed to respect assigned spaces. We would be happy to stay here again. Our family had 3 condos covering 3 generations, and really enjoyed our time together here

This condo was okay... location is great, but I have stayed in other condos in this building that were much nicer and had better communication. Check in was outlined and easy, but there was no parking pass anywhere. The internet didn't work the majority of our stay... and the bottle of wine discussed in the description wasn't there. I messaged about those 3 issues the night we arrived and then called the number listed to call the next morning. I got no reply to either. We had no parking pass the entire stay and internet on occasion as we continued to reset the router. The view, property, and balcony area were great. The inside had some updates but they were very cosmetic and at closer look things were pretty rough. The beds were comfortable and it is a good amount of space. I would stay here again if it was the only available option in the building but it wouldn't be my first pick.
