Groundfloor has 70 sqm. living room with fully fitted open plan kitchen, dining area, spacious terrace with furniture, fireplace, 1 wc, 1 double sofa bed. 1st floor has 1 suite (with private wc) balcony, double bed and wardrobe, has 2 bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes and complete bathroom. 2nd floor has 1 bedroom with 3 single beds and 1 sofa bed. You can play table tennis at the property
At walking distance from the villa, 450m, there's shop, cafes, grocery shop, snack bar with typical gastronomy and pharmacy, health center and Coz monastery are within short distance. At 5 kms there's several restaurants and at 4 km there's supermarket. Alcobaca monastery is about 6 kms. Bus stop right in front of the villa, train station (10 kms) and around 1 hour from Lisbon Airport.
