About this house rental

You’ll fall in love with this family owned peaceful spa-like retreat with a beautiful gathering area, 65 inch smart TV with soundbar, dining table for 10, (count our chairs compared to others) with access to the beautiful pool with wading pool for the little ones, top rated golf course, restaurant, shopping, and more! Our furniture and bedding is updated and fresh. We have a pack and play and high chair available upon request. DVD’s, books, and games are yours to use. You won’t run out of towels or toilet paper here! Past guests comment on how well our villa is stocked! We strive to keep our perfect 5 star reviews!

In addition to an awesome location, there are 2 playgrounds, ball diamonds and soccer fields across the street at Branson’s Rec Plex. They offer indoor pickle ball and extensive work out equipment and indoor walking track. Of course there is a outdoor walking track as well!

We are unbelievably close to shopping of all kinds and restaurants, yet you wouldn’t know it by the peaceful and private location.

The Fairway Getaway is family owned and operated. We see to every detail to make this villa comfortable, clean, and well stocked. If we don’t have it, we’ll get it for you! Our villa is cleaned by family members, not some company that could care less about the property.

Our laundry is at the end of the hall with an overhead light. There you’ll also find pool toys, cooler and picnic basket.

Our back porch has enough seating for all our guests. The gas grill comes with propane and is ready to be fired up.

We have added a live slab snack bar that is a huge hit! It is the best spot to enjoy a drink, work on your computer, or for the kids to sit and play. There are unobstructed views to the TV while you are working in the fully stocked kitchen. No matter where you are in this condo, you’ll love it! We hear there have been some fights over who gets to sit in our chaise lounge!

We have been to Branson every year for the last 12 years minus 1 for covid and this was by far the nicest VRBO we have rented! The location was wonderful and there was not one necessity that was not provided and plenty of everything! Thank you for opening your home to us! Excellent!!

The property was perfect for a week vacation, and with four bedrooms we had plenty of room to spread out. It was well cleaned and stocked with essentials, and very centrally located. Very quiet and relaxing. Jason was a fantastic host, very communicative and responsive.

The owner was great at communicating and the house was wonderful! It was extremely clean and the kitchen was the best stocked of anywhere we have stayed. The neighborhood was clean, kept and very quiet. If possible we will definitely stay here again!

We are a group of senior citizens who have stayed at this unit many times. It really feels like home to us. It is very roomy and well stocked. We will be staying here again when we get ready to go back to Branson.

This a beautiful villa. We had six adults and the space was perfect. The location to all the events in Branson was great, just a short drive to all the shows and shopping. We had a problem getting the key out of the lockbox to check in but after calling Jason he arrived within 5 minutes and opened the villa. I would highly recommend this place!! We will be back!! Thanks Jason!!

We really enjoy staying at the Fairway Getaway. This was the 2nd or 3rd time there and it's a nice, quiet place that is close enough to the main attractions of the area while still being off the main drag. We really love it there.

Great Location on a quiet dead end street on a beautiful golf course Beautiful home and lots of room for 6 adults and 2 kids It was stocked with everything you could possibly need and if not there were stores within a mile or two of the house The amenities were great and we loved being able to grill out and hang out on the back deck. There was a pool and a small fitness center available for use and Communication with the host was super easy We’d definitely go back- highly recommend

The location was very convenient and away from all the traffic. The pool was wonderful and the kids had so much fun. We went to a Mexican restaurant near by which was excellent. We had a large group but the condo gave us lots of room. I would come again in a heartbeat.

The property was great! There were little personal touches throughout that really made it like a home away from home, like makeup mirrors in the bathrooms, hand sanitizer and lotion available for use, coffee pods. Things they didn’t HAVE to provide, but they did, and it was very nice! Also mu and my husband’s favorite thing about the property was the two person chaise lounge chair- it was HEAVENLY!!!

The house was clean and well stocked with supplies. Location was ideal , nice and quite, close to grocery stores . Golf course was very nice . We enjoyed the pool and had a wonderful time over all. I would recommend this property and would stay there again .

This was our best vrbo experience to date. Jason was an excellent host. It was well stocked and each room has the same size bed and bathrooms. This is great when traveling with groups because you don't have to choose who get's the "master suite". I would return to this location anytime we wanted to return to the area.

This was probably the most well-equipped VRBO I’ve ever stayed in - from the kitchen equipment to spices to tons of comfortable seating to the basket of comfy blankets, it has everything you need and more. We had three families (so, 5 adults and 4 teenagers) and no one felt cramped or crowded. Would absolutely stay again.

It was suppose to be me & three of my sisters staying here for my birthday weekend. It end up being me & two of my sisters cause my other sister couldn't make it. There's not enough words to say how gorgeous the place was. We were so speechless. The place had everything to accommodate our stay. Will most definitely stay here again.

This was our second time staying at this villa. The Host, Jason, was quick to respond to any questions or needs. The villa is very clean and well stocked with anything you could possibly need. We cooked two nights during our stay and the kitchen had everything we needed! What we love most about this place is that it is very close to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back!!

Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful and comfortable home. Clean and organized. Very accommodating. We would love to stay again and will recommend to others! The only complaint were the pillows and I even hesitate to mention it but we all agreed we wish we would have brought our own. It was a lovely place for our family to stay!

There is nothing we don't like about this property. We have been coming to Branson once or twice a year for probably 10 years now and since we found this property it is our only choice. We have stayed here 4 times now. It is beginning to feel like our second home. The house is beautiful and very well stocked. The new owner is just as accommodating as the previous owner. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean and comfortable place to stay.

The house was perfect for my family! Literally had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. SUPER CLEAN!! The kitchen had everything you can imagine you would need for cooking. The bathrooms were beautiful. PLUS Target/Walmart and other convenient stores are a very sort drive! The host was easy to communicate with! OVERALL absolutely wonderful house!

Very clean, each guy had their own BR and bathroom, common area was very large and it worked perfect to grill and eat dinner in the Villa vs. trying to find a restaurant open late after we played 36 holes of golf.
