Excellent accommodation

From this day forward, Chevin End Guest House is our first go-to for Yorkshire accommodation

An exceptionally warm and friendly welcome to a clean, tidy and well-run guest house. The rooms are spacious (without being cavernous), very clean and contain all the expected amenities. The view from the window and the outside balcony is exceptional. We particularly liked that all the bed linen and towels are spotlessly clean white and I have never slept as soundly on a bed that wasn't my own 🙂 A full English breakfast is available in front of a roaring log fire in the dining room and other breakfast options are available.

I have racked my brains to try and find something to add here - but there is nothing I found to dislike. Chevin End Guest House, on the strength of just one visit, has become our go to accommodation destination when we visit family in Yorkshire.

Beautiful location and rooms with a view

Wonderful location with a beautiful view - I'd highly recommend the rooms with a terrace. The breakfast was wonderful and the host was extremely understanding and patient when accepting payment via cash after our stay as my bank had blocked the payment. Could not recommend it enough.

I have only good things to say about our stay. It is a shame that my partner had a medical emergency and that we could not stay for our second night but we look forward to returning again in the future.

Lovely place to stay

Arrived later than had anticipated and they met us, then showed us to our room. The room was lovely and the view from the window, even at night, was spectacular. The breakfast was delicious. We had wonderful conversations and left slightly later than we had planned to leave. Would recommend the accommodations to anyone and would stay again if we travel abroad again.

The roads are narrow but that is several places in the Ireland countryside…so cannot really complain about that now can we…😊

Excellent accommodation and hosts

Double deluxe room is perfect, ultra clean throughout, wonderful panoramic view towards Otley and Ilkley moors and hills. Delicious full English Breakfast + other choices. Excellent friendly hosts…Nickie very helpful giving advice on where to visit and more.

Breakfast was good, friendly staff, location with great views, room had large bed, tv, sofa, tea and coffee making tray, wet room. Even the weather was great!

Bathroom sink very small with high pressure taps. Difficult for hand or face washing. I suspect the bed may have been memory foam which (purely personal preference) I find very hot.

Very pleased with our choice of guest house.

Well appointed room, nice breakfast, beautiful outlook, convenient to the airport, very very pleasant and helpful owner.

Would have preferred a Queen bed to a double but it was all very nice.

We've stayed here twice now and would definitely recommend. Rooms are spacious and clean with everything you could need in there and if it isn't just ask and it will be provided. We had a family room and there's plenty space to set up the travel cot for our baby even with a double bed (which was very comfortable) & 2 single beds. The location is stunning, green fields out of every window and a couple of pubs serving food in a 5 minute driving distance. A good decent full English breakfast to start the day with a good choice of cereals and juice. Perfect place for a relaxing stay

Great little place to stay over in Otley

The view from the patio doors/decked balcony was great. Room/bathroom very clean, bed was very comfortable.Good cooked breakfast in the morning, other choices were offered.

Great breakfast, friendly cats.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating and suggested a great sightseeing opportunity at Chevin Tops. Interesting view from room. Yummy breakfast with various options eg: omelette or vegetarian full breakfast.

Room lacked a bar fridge, but if you need a fridge or microwave in room, just ask before arrival.

Really enjoyed it and would certainly stay there again

The food on offer for breakfast was excellent. Good choice of cereals and fresh fruit. The full English breakfast was really good and piping hot when brought to the table. The staff were very efficient, helpful and friendly.

My second stay and very pleasant, will definately use them again.

Very nice room, GREAT view, very clean, modern, comfortable. Wouldn't mind a brighter light, but that's being picky. Very nice breakfast and staff very friendly would definitely recommend the Chevin End Guest House.

Pretty much perfect, as I mentioned above a brighter light would be helpful.

Nicky and her team were so welcoming, the views absolutely stunning and the rooms were so comfortable. Breakfast was tasty, and plentiful There is a great pub at the end of the drive which did lovely evening food Highly recommend

A very friendly and comfortable establishment in a spectacular setting.

Spectacular scenery. The staff were friendly and attentive. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. There was an electric heater in the room which was very efficient. Ventilation was good. There was off road parking. The breakfast was well cooked and there was a good choice of food.

I did feel cold the first night because the windows were wide open when we arrived. This may have been because the property is dog friendly so the room needed airing, The following two nights were fine and it would not stop me booking a room there again.

Beautiful views and accommodaing staff.

I love the accommodating staff. I am on crutches temporarily and the staff brought breakfast to my room in a bag. It was the biggest, best bacon,sausage, egg and mushroom bap I have ever had.

Like everything about the accommodation; the staff, the views and the pub next door.
