The living areas in this cottage consist of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine and a living/dining room with dining seating for six, woodburning stove and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and a twin serviced by a bathroom and a ground-floor wet room. Outside there is private parking in a car park and a rear gravelled garden with patio and furniture. Within 0.3 miles there is a shop and 0.1 miles a pub and beach. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Seagull Cottage is an idyllic setting for a coastal seascape in Lyme Regis. Note: A welcome pack with milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats will be provided.
