The home is beautiful and the location is spectacular. The oversized deck was a perfect way to wind down our days. Our family of 18 ranging from 4mos to 64 truly enjoyed our stay. A couple hiccups which the owner himself called us immediately to rectify. Highly recommend!

We just finished our stay with members of the family as young as 2 months and as old as 91. There was plenty of room for us to spread out but also enough room for us to gather together for meals. We loved eating on the deck together. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and we all loved the views. Thank you for providing an wonderful home for our family to spend a week together in. We had a couple minor issues and Lorie and Ryan were so easy to get a hold of, responded quickly and corrected the issue in an extremely quick amount of time.

The cabin suited our big family of 23. Both Ryan and Lori were fabulous to work with. Everyone in our family of every age group loved our stay. They had something for every age group. Large kitchen and large dining area and 8 bedrooms and bathrooms. It was a beautiful set up. A short drive to Gatlinburg and Pidgeon Forge. We will definitely book this one again.

We booked last minute for a long weekend and the owners as well as property manager were very easy to work with. Everything was as described and we loved having 8 full bedrooms with ensuites. We would highly recommend!

Our 3 generation family enjoyed this property for our annual gathering. The layout of the house allowed each family to have a private bedroom and bath. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware and cooking pans and utensils. The covered gazebo is perfect for dining, games and watching TV at night. The location is close to attractions, but in a quiet setting. The game room was a hit with kids and adults.
The property manager was very responsive to our needs. Upon arrival, the pool room was very hot and she worked hard to solve the issue.
Our rating of cleaniness reflects the need for a deep cleaning, but overall, it was as clean as any house we've rented in the past.
We plan to return to Tennessee in the future and this house will be at the top of our list.

This property is exactly as pictured and was PERFECT for our group of 24. 20 adults ranging from 21-85 and 4 kiddos ranging from 2-5. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of each other. The rooms were spacious, we loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The hot tub, pool, and game room were a huge hit. We had plenty of refrigerator space to cook all of our meals at the house. The covered gazebo area was AMAZING for our family meals and to hang out, even when it was rainy, which was gorgeous. The views are incredible. Location is close to everything you need. We had one issue upon check in with the pool, Lori the property manager had it resolved in under an hour on a holiday weekend. She was fabulous to work with. We would definitely stay here again! 😊

Our family had a great time at the Mountain Escape Lodge! All 15 of us ranging from 70 yrs to 9 mos; great family memories! Even though there are several other cabins around, we never heard any noise. It’s very peaceful and relaxing yet close enough to drive to places. The en-suite bath in each bedroom was perfect. Of course the biggest hit with the kids was the indoor pool and the game room! As a grandmother, I appreciated the safety of the pool being in a separate yet attached building with its own 1/2 bath and safety lock. Ryan and Johanna were quick to respond to any and all questions. It might be helpful to know 2 of the king beds are only accessible from one side but we made it work. We’d highly recommend this cabin to anyone!

We enjoyed our week long stay. There were a total of 9 of us ranging in age from 8-42. Plenty of parking out front. Location was easy to get to. The bedroom and bathroom layout were perfect for our group. The downstairs game area kept the kids busy and gave the adults a space upstairs to enjoy. The gazebo area was so nice. The hot tub was a big hit as well for the cool nights we had. Kids loved the pool too!
Cabin owner and property manager were super helpful and a pleasure to communicate with.
We would rebook in the future for sure.

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The location was great. Pool was just the right size. Plenty of room for big families.

Our group consisted of 24 people ranging in ages from less than 1 to almost 70 :) Altogether we had 12 kids (2 babies, 7 kids ages 2-10yrs and 3 teenagers). Something for everyone! The owners AND property manager were all great to work with and were quick to respond to any questions. The home was clean and had all the amenities we could need. I was worried about enough dining space for everyone but there was larger dining table at the house than what was shown in the photo -- worked out great! Plus it was always nice to eat on the balconies/deck as well. Some people stayed half a week and a new couple then came in but we always had more than enough room for everyone! Bedrooms & baths were all large and bunk room was AWESOME! The outdoor balconies and covered deck with fireplace were a big hang out. A hot tub and pool were a bonus. Kids had a blast in the pool but placement of it is so nice b/c you can't hear them yelling & playing if you're outside that room. The overall location was beautiful -- great views. We drove into Gatlinburg a few times and enjoyed the town as well. Lots to do & eat! We would definitely stay again.

A group of friends and I had our first annual cabin trip weekend at this stunning cabin. The large amount of space, bathrooms and bedrooms provided a comfortable setting and we truly enjoyed the activities available such as the pool table and hot tub. The host/ owner of the cabin and cabin manager Lorie were all extremely polite, quick to respond, and addressed all of our needs. Lorie was truly fantastic. I highly recommend this cabin for your next Tennessee trip.

Fantastic property, very clean and well stocked.
Had so much to do and accommodated our large multi generational family. Having the futons in the bedrooms was a nice bonus for young ones to sleep on. Pool was super nice and kids loved playing water volleyball/basketball while watching ballgames in the pool house. We had been very excited to use the covered porch but unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate and we weren’t able to enjoy the porch- but it looks so inviting. All in all, a 5 star property and the perfect getaway!

This place is fantastic! Great location - close to all the activities in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The house has plenty of space for everyone and the amenities are great as well. The family favorite was the electronic games on the main level - never of worry of not having all the pieces, cards or dice:) The house is perfectly equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses and utensils for large groups. We had everything we needed. The owner and property manager are very responsive to any questions/concerns. We would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Ryan the owner was hreat with communication. Lorie the property helper was very responsive. Cabin was beautiful, only 16 minutes from heart of pigeon forge. Ample parking. Outdoor pavilion was beautiful. Heat private pool was great. Would definitely go back to this property. We had 13 adults with plenty of room and seating

Our big, blended family of 20+ adults, teenagers, toddlers & infants stayed for our first family vacation to the Great Smoky Mountains - it was perfect! Enough space for everyone, super-clean, and great location between the national park, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg.

Excellent layout of the house. The outside decks were nice during the day and covered porch was a great place to sit at night.
5.0
Our group of 21 ranged in age from 4-70+. The house was clean, comfortable and close everything we needed. All couples enjoyed their own room with a king sized bed, smart tv and private bathroom!! All 7 kids enjoyed being together and making memories in the bunk room. Everyone loved the games, it was the best and most used part of the house for us. The moms of the house got a lot of use out of the laundry area as well. .
Lorie was really responsive with the couple issues we did have regarding the garbage and requesting the pool temperature be turned up.
Overall, the house was a great fit for our group.
If I were to critique I would say that more kitchen storage would be nice. With 6 families, it's easy to run out of space for food/snacks.
Thanks so much for a great stay!!

The unit is one of the nicest VRBOs we have ever stayed at in years. It checked all the boxes for our family. We had 19 people ranging from 11 months to 65 years and everyone wants to come back next year to the same cabin. All of the adults had a king bed and private baths. All of the cousins stayed in the bunk room and had such a wonderful time with an amazing game room and swimming pool. I appreciated such a well stocked kitchen and matching dishes and tableware. The whole experience was resort like but being able to be your in your own private house. The owner, Ryann personally called to welcome us and to please call if anything was not meeting our expectations. He gave me the number of the caretaker Lori she was amazing and helped out with any questions or concerns. Looking forward to coming back in 2024.

Our trip consisted of 8 adults and 6 kids ranging from 1-5. The kids had plenty of room to play and things for them to do as well as the adults. I feel like we did a lot on our trip and didn’t get to spend a ton of time in the house but we picked this house in case if we had any rain days, we wouldn’t be bored! It’s a beautiful house and having the pool was definitely worth it. The kids loved playing in it between our morning and evening activities. The outside covered porch was so relaxing at night after being busy all day. We would definitely stay here again. It’s about a 20 minute easy drive to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg with plenty of things closer to the house if you need anything. Lorie is also very nice and quick at responding if we needed anything!

The property has a great selection of activities at the house for teens or adults to do. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was extremely convenient. Place was very clean and the communication was great! Would rent this property again.

Wow! We enjoyed a fantastic week at The Mountain Escape Lodge. Our family of 23 was comfortably accommodated with each bedroom having its own en-suite bath and TV. The home has a fully equipped kitchen where we cooked family meals. Several pool basketball games were played and we even watched TV from the pool. There were plenty of games/entertainment for all ages. The gazebo was huge and offered another space to hang out and watch TV. We had the best view of the mountains and enjoyed watching the sunset in the evening. The lodge is centrally located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg which made it convenient to get to activities and grocery stores. We have rented large homes in the past for family reunions and this home exceeded our expectations. The owners Ryan & Johanna take pride in offering the best vacation experience. Highly recommend for large groups.

This cabin met all of our expectations! It is in a great location and is close enough for easy travel to all the major attractions in the area. The cabin has great views of sunrises and sunsets. There is quality outdoor furniture and seating areas, especially the covered gazebo! It has a terrific game room, outdoor games, pool, and hot tub. My grandkids were never bored! The bedrooms were excellent and nice and spacious. We had 23 people, of all ages, staying at the cabin and there was plenty of space for the family to spread out and have private time. I would definitely recommend this cabin to friends!
5.0
The house was perfect for our large family (six adult children and their spouses and children). Everyone had a wonderful time. Location was perfect for the attractions in the area, also the place was so spacious and relaxing you didn't feel you had to leave the premises to have fun. The game room was a hit with all. The pool was too chilly for the little ones at the start of our stay, but after a call to Lorie, the temp was adjusted and was better for the them. Would definitely stay here again.
5.0
This is a beautiful home, lots of room for everyone. The location proximity to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge is great.
There was plenty of room for all 20 of us. The kids were never bored - ages 8-18, the pool, the game room and all the TVs.
Beds and pillows were so comfy, my brother wanted to take the mattress home with him, I loved the pillows.
Kitchen fully stocked and we were able to cook many great meals.
The covered gazebo area is great. Lots of room and very relaxing, the adults spent most of their time sitting out enjoying the breeze and the view.
The owner and property manager, Lorie could not have been more helpful. She answered any questions and was happy to share some tidbits about the area wildlife with us.
If we travel south again we will definitely without hesitation stay here.

This was an outstanding and perfect home in every way for our family. The pool and hot tub were very nice, but the many games were unbelievable! The pavilion was our place to go, in the evenings to relax in the comfortable seating arrangement by the fireplace. We loved sitting on the deck having coffee or reading in the mornings. This property is in a somewhat remote area, so very peaceful with beautiful views, yet convenient to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. The 8 bedrooms with private bathrooms were big and spacious. We were very impressed with the high quality of everything from textiles, furniture, and all amenities. We were especially impressed with the HUGE TVs in EVERY room, including in the pool room and pavilion! We cooked at least one meal everyday and enjoyed being able to all eat together with plenty of room. It was very helpful having a second refrigerator in the lower level near the game room. All of the wood in this home is ABSOLUTELY gorgeous. This is without a doubt the finest vacation home we have ever rented.
5.0
This was a great property. Everything was exactly as it was in the pictures. One of my main reasons for booking this property was for the location and the fact that every room had its own private bathroom. Everyone enjoyed the game room and the kids loved the indoor pool.
5.0
The cabin was more than we expected. Everything listed about the property is accurate, but there’s so much more to it. We will absolutely return to this property. Well done!!
5.0
We had 7 families and 6 seniors celebrating their upcoming graduation from high school. We had a few challenges with the property, loss of power and a crazy wind storm but the property manager was always accessible and responsive. This home is perfect for a large group because of the 7 master suites and bunk room!
We enjoyed hiking nearby, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge which were close by. On our one rainy day the house has endless things to do with the indoor pool, game room and hot tub!
The large outdoor covered deck was perfect for dining for our large group too.
Highly rewcommend this property for a large group looking to make memories together.

Property was great for a 1 week vacation.

I don’t always leave reviews, however, this cabin deserves 10 stars!!! We stayed for 7 days and we were 20 adults and 8 kids raging from 1 through 17. The cabin was perfect size , ( top floor was kitchen + 4 bedrooms & bottom level was another living room + 4 bedrooms) every couple had their own bedroom and best of all, all bedrooms had their own en-suite bathrooms which was perfect. One of the bedrooms has 4 bunks which worked great because we had all the kids stay in there which they felt they had their own privacy. The 2 level living rooms was very convenient as it gave us 2 separate areas to have the adults in one and the kids in the other, or be louder in one and others could relax in a quieter area. The gaming entertainment in the house was truly hands down the best I’ve experienced. (btw all common areas had massive modern tvs with all the apps you need , both livings rooms have like a 70 - 75 inch , pool room has what seems to be an 80 inch and even the outdoor pergola has another huge TV). Upstairs there an Infinity Game table which was the HIT of the trip. You don’t need to take board games as this game table has all the games you need from 1 player to 10 players. ie. Monopoly, guess who, chess, and about 50 more modern games and all digital. The entire family used that game table at some point in our trip. Downstairs: a pool table, air hockey, digital pinball machine , retro arcade machine and a wall bag toss game which was also a hit.(ran out of space to continue

We had a family of 19 - 8 adults and 11 children ages 6 to 12. Everybody enjoyed their stay. There was plenty of room and the cabin was stocked full of things to do. The location was excellent, we were 15-20 minutes away from anything we wanted to do from dinner shows, Dollywood, Gem Mining, hiking, grocery store and outlet shopping.
The owner and manager were very attentive. We did not have any issues during our stay but they checked in on us.
Thanks for your hospitality! We will be back.

The cabin was big and beautiful, and our family of 20 was very comfortable. We loved the scenic views and everything was perfect. The owner was wonderful and answered any questions we had with a personal phone call and quick email responses. The nearby towns and attractions were wonderful but everyone agreed that time spent at the cabin was the highlight of our trip! We will definitely rent this cabin again.
5.0
From the time we booked the cabin to the day we checked out we received white glove treatment. It is rare in todays transcation based vacation rentals to be treated as a quest, and not a quota. Ryan and Lori made sure we had everything we needed and checked in throughout our stay.
The house is amazing and comes equiped with everything you could need and more. My kids loved the Infinity Game Table, it was fun for the entire family.
Sad we had to leave, but look forward to coming back next year!

We had a great family vacation at this property. I would say that it would have been nice to know that rolling blackouts happen in this area. There is no generator on the property. Considering you’re so far out from town and rolling blackouts occur. I would say that a generator is a must have for this property. The cabin is overall very cozy, with nice blankets and pillows etc. plenty of towels. I am not sure who the cleaning company is for this location, but it would be nice for them to do more of a thorough job but overall it was still clean.
5.0
I can't say enough about this place. We had our Christmas family trip there this year and it was the perfect cabin and location. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom and the video games were a huge hit! Most cabins we rent have these games, but they never work. And we were close enough to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg that we spent a day at each. We will definitely rent this cabin again.
5.0
We enjoyed our stay from the time we walked in til the time we left. The house was clean and if we needed anything it was easy to contact the property owner and manager. Everything was perfect and we cant wait to stay again next year. Food places were less than 25 minutes away. We bad everything we needed in the home. We only got out two days of the 5 to to tour the city. The perfect place to stay. You wont be disappointed.

Renting this property was no trouble at all. Excellent experience the owner and the property manager
5.0
Loved the house! It had everything we needed (but a treadmill would be good) with all the construction it was hard to run. Our grandkids and nephew loved it they had a great time! Our 7 year old grand daughter said it was the best trip ever! The adults enjoyed the porch and fireplace.
5.0
This cabin was an absolute joy to stay at. The indoor heated pool was wonderful and lots of fun for everyone. The massive TVs in various locations were convenient.
All of the king-size beds were extremely comfortable as well! We were all blown away by how nice they were.
Overall, this was a great cabin to stay out with lots to do inside, and with it being so close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, it was a great location for us to get together.
5.0
The location was great. Close to town but far enough away to be in a quiet area. House was spacious and had everything you need. Pool, hot tub, and game room all worked well. Layout of home was perfect for large group. The only single complaint that we had were the dirty floors. The very first night we got there, everyone in our group had black feet and black socks within an hour of being there. It was obvious that the floors had not been mopped in quite sometime. I looked for a mop to clean them myself but there wasn’t one there. The rest of the house seemed very clean, so the filthy floors did not make sense. They were swept we when we arrived, but again were in need of a good scrubbing. I would still recommend the house because it was fantastic otherwise, but I’ll take my own mop bucket and Lysol next time.
