Nice stay close to the lake - Perfect for nature lovers

Anett is really kind and helpful. The villa is super nice, cozy and clean. The new bathroom is super nice. A lot of hikes close by. The view from the room is super nice too

We find the breakfast a little expensive for what it is. Keep in mind the the first restaurant is at 20min by car. otherwise you have a supermarket at 3 minutes

Hasselbakken er restaurert av vertinne som skaper en vakker atmosfære i flotte omgivelser med utsikt over Mjøsa.

Rolig atmosfære i vakre omgivelser, både inne og ute. Fantastisk varm vertinne som er svært imøtekommende. Et sted jeg stadig kommer tilbake til.

a beautiful villa

a big beautiful house/villa with beautiful furnishing, a very well equipped kitchen for common use. rooms and bathrooms are super clean and equipped with everything someone needs. I would love to stay here again

Fin plass, hjemme koselig:) Hyggelig vert:), egen plass i kjøleskapet for å lage egen mat:) Fin utsikt, rolige omgivelser, og det var en hyggelig plass å overnatte på. Bra service:) Stor + med teppene som lå i gangen som du kunne ta med deg på rommet:) Grei pris for plassen:)

Ikke eget bad, var to enkeltsenger som ble satt sammen til en dobbel seng. Ikke noe galt med det... men de skled fra hverandre:( ellers behagelig senger:) det var litt lytt mellom rommene.

Ein ganz besonderes Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist ein Schmuckstück, es gibt viel zu sehen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, alles war sauber, Frühstück sehr gut, die Besitzerin außerordentlich nett und hilfsbereit. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den See obwohl wir Gartenblick gebucht hatten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das ganze Ambiente einfach toll. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

Great place for a single night pitstop or a couple of days to explore the area. Great value.

Friendly host. Nice and quiet location. Cozy rooms and common areas. Comfy bed. Nice and clean. Surrounded by nice nature, great for not too demanding hikes. I originally booked a two night stay, ended up staying for a third night. I would absolutely stay here again.

The host forgot my breakfast one morning, but I was compensated a free breakfast the morning after. Other than that zero complaints.

Breakfast was amazing with a bunch of fresh fruits, the beds were really comfy and the staff was great. But the showers were amaaaazing! Also extremely cute cat who wanted lots of cuddles

We had to leave the cat where it belonged and did not use the karaoke machine

There was a cat which I have strong alergy to. Toilets were kinda old and on a hallway, there was something smelly.

Movie like stay

We booked this location by chance looking for a hotel to stay instead of camping due to the weather conditions. The price was really good and description made us thrilled to explore this location. We felt as if we are guests at some old mansion coming for a late party and staying overnight - really movie like experience! The owner of the place waited for us and greeted us warmly, and also got us a small present to comfort us after the day out in the rain. We had a small issue with the payment due to the network conditions, yet it was quickly addressed by the host. It was the first time I've stayed in a guest house of such concept and I totally enjoyed it! There is also a really cool shared guest room at the first floor, where we were able to enjoy dinner, and have a pleasant calming conversation. During morning, we had a fantastic view over the lake to enjoy during our breakfast!

I believe we were expecting a bigger variety within the breakfast options, but it was completely OK (just standard, so not exactly a 'dislike' or something).
