Fully Remodeled in Spring 2024!

Dune Our Thing #114 is a gorgeous, 5-bedroom, oceanfront home completely remodeled in the Spring of 2024 and is ready for you to enjoy! This is a Landmark Vacation Rentals home that offers plenty of space for a multi-family beach trip with the open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen on the top floor with fantastic ocean views! Enjoy waking up each morning and sipping your coffee on the top deck while watching the sun rise over the ocean. There is plenty of room to cook and gather in the kitchen and living spaces on the top floor and find your peace as you gaze out the wall of windows to the sea, and guests will have ample seating for movies and game nights after a day on the beach! The kitchen offers bar seating for 5 as well as a dining table with seating for 8. For your convenience, there is a half bathroom located on the top level as well as one bedroom with queen-sized bed and private en-suite bathroom including a standup shower.

The lower level has four additional bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with TV and private en-suite bathroom with luxurious walk-in shower. The deck off the master has its own private entrance for you to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean anytime of the day or night. Down the hall, you will find a third bedroom with a set of twin over twin bunkbeds and a fourth bedroom with a set of twin over full bunkbeds and TV. The bunkbed rooms share the full hall bathroom that includes a tub/shower combo. The fifth bedroom has a queen-sized bed, TV, and private en-suite bathroom with standup shower. The washer and dryer are also located on this floor for your convenience.

There is a keyless entry lock on the main entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There’s no need to keep up with keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive. Professional cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay.

Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.

Please note: Pets are not allowed at this home. Smoking is also prohibited inside. There is no landline telephone in this home. Cable TV is provided for some TVs a using the provided Spectrum cable box. Other TVs are Smart TVs with streaming capability. There is no grill provided, but grills are available to rent through LandmarkRentals.Rent who will deliver your grill clean and fueled. Grilling is allowed only in the parking area, away from the house. The beach access is at the dune walkover under the carport. This is for beach access only, please do not play on the dune, thank you for your cooperation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our family reunion at the beach house. There were 10 of us (3 generations), and the top floor great room / kitchen / dining room combination was large enough to accommodate all of us. The views were amazing!

We loved staying at this property. Everything was as advertised. Minor observations: microwave door was duct taped but still worked, would suggest having slip covers for the couches that looked a bit worn and understand that the light colors show stains, would have been nice to access beach from one of the decks but understand the erosion issue. The sunrises from the upper deck were worth everything. I hope our family can stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Five family members flew in from England for a get together after nearly 20 years. There were nine of us all together in Dune Our Thing. The ocean front house suited us very well and our stay will be a treasured memory in the days ahead. We would certainly recommend this property to others who need a large space and a great location.

House was great! Kitchen was large and living area was light and airy. The beds were comfortable and the master bathroom was superb. Decking to the beach, however, looked like a work in progress and only had a railing on one side. The first step onto the deck was higher than normal and something our grown children warned us about when we were walking to the beach. All-in-all is was a great house t for vacation.

Great beach house! We were pleasantly surprised that new steps had been installed for direct access to the beach. The upper deck flooring was a bit weathered, so shoes were definitely needed to avoid splinters but definitely not a big deal. The few minor issues we had, were addressed quickly by the property management. A few more indoor comfortable seats would have been nice as there were just 2 sofas besides the bar stools and table seating. All that said, the house was beautiful and professionally managed so we would certainly recommend it and would love to return.

We had a great time on our short stay. The property was clean and the open concept layout of the top floor allowed our entire family enjoy each others company while keeping an eye on our curious 2y.o. It was great to be able to just walk out on the beach, those who wanted to sit and enjoy the sand and waves all day did, and those who wanted to enjoy the deck did their own thing. The deck was great as some days were a little too windy for the beach. Each family had their own bed and bathroom. Town was very quiet, with short drives to restaurants. We had a miscommunication with the rental services in getting chairs etc. (make sure you rent a week in advance!) but they were able to recommend a company to help us out. Overall, great stay. Sad it is over.

Reviewer Comments: Walls scuffed, carpets stained, couches stained & torn, screw door ripped, bed pillows stained, mattresses stained and sagging, beach access from beach treacherous, toilet seat loose, tissue holder coming out of wall, carport area full of sand and toys strewn about, starter supplies lacking. Beautiful view and wonderful friends saved our vacation!

It is great for families with children, you can head to the beach and quickly head back to the house for lunch or snacks. The house was beautiful and well-kept. The only downfall is the house does need some repairs; the couches were very worn down to where you could see the inside stuffing, the door wall tracks were very rusty and difficult to open doors, the freezer and icemaker did not work. We called maintenance and they sent out a technician, however, was unable to fix the ice maker. The maintenance man did state this property was just purchased, and the owner is updating doors windows and deck. I hope to come back to this property next year to see its updates.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, very comfortable and has all the amenities of home. I would recommend bringing extra kitchen (hand) towels if you plan to do most of your cooking in house. Other than we lacked for nothing!
