The Regent is gem! A comfortable, well-appointed property located in a great neighborhood. It's a short walk to great dining and shopping on Park Ave, and conveniently located near I-490. Having grown up just a block from The Regent, it truly felt like coming home. Galina is a fantastic host. Check-in and check--out was easy, and communication was excellent. The Regent is our new "go to" stay in Rochester. Thank you Galina for a truly great experience.

This property sits on a quiet tree-lined street walking distance from all the restaurants and coffee shops of park avenue. It had a lot of space and the decor is upscale retro. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was our families first trip to the US and this was this property made it feel like home. Very comfortable and quiet. Had all the accommodations of home and local amenities made it easy. Thanks Galina for being a great host.

I booked a stay because of a kitchen remodel in our home. My first impression of the apartment was how cute everything looked. The apt was super clean which is very important to me. It also felt cozy on the cold Rochester nights. I appreciated how the owner had a fully stocked kitchen, she even had bottles of Gatorade chilling for my arrival. Everything is as pictured and even better. I found Galina super easy to deal with. I had some extra requests and she dealt with them quickly, like a pro. and was extremely flexible. I would also recommend this apt if you’re looking to be close to restaurants and boutique shops. Easy walking distance. Thanks Galina for everything.

This was a great getaway home for us. Very clean and communication with the owner was excellent and super quick response. The neighborhood seemed safe and was right in the middle of Rochester. Basically we were right off the expressway and it was an easy drive to activities on the west or east side of the city. I appreciate the noise machines in the bedroom and our stay was very quiet for city living. Would stay here again!

The place was perfect for what we needed it for! It was close to everywhere we needed to be! Everything was clean and nicely decorated! The kitchen was stocked with coffee and everything we would need! Highly recommend!

We stayed at this property while visiting our daughter in Rochester and will definitely be back. The apartment was very clean and well-appointed. The location is fabulous - easy walking distance to Park Avenue shops and restaurants. The owner was very responsive and immediately brought new batteries for a TV remote when I let her know it wasn't working.

My family loved our stay at Galina’s. We were able to walk to our favorite places (Crumpets, Strong museum), house was very clean, kids slept great, frother made our coffee next level.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. It's very comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. There is parking in the back and a very inviting porch in front. The neighborhood is pretty and ideal for walks and runs. There are restaurants and coffee shops nearby as well as an immense Wegmans. The host Galina was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay, it was even nicer than described! Galina is an excellent host with great communication. Everything was spotless, the beds were very comfortable and the shower was wonderful. A short walk to Park Avenue or the park for a morning walk around the reservoir with a Cafe along the way. Close to the expressway, making day trips a breeze. The front porch was a great spot to have coffee, read or have a cocktail in the evening with plenty of seating. The decor and updates are beautifully done and there is plenty of room for luggage and hanging clothing. Thank you!

Quiet neighborhood within walking distance from wonderful restaurants. Close to best grocery experience in the USA, Wegmans. Loved the espresso machine. Plenty of hot water for showers. Kitchen was well equipped. Loved sitting on the porch. All around great experience.

Perfect little place. Immaculate, comfortable, with all the essentials. Accessible to restaurants within 5 min driving distance. Great communication with host! Safe. Designated parking spots in back of property. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

We had a great stay at the Regent. The property was super clean, and the decor was super cute. The owner was very communicative. We had tripped a fuse and she responded within minutes on Christmas Eve! It has two dedicated parking spots. It’s also near a big grocery store (Wegman’s) and a bunch of restaurants. Highly recommend staying here and also checking out Han’s Noodle Bar a few minutes away. We are hoping to stay again next time we’re in town!
