Great location
Clean & comfortable
Room on the top floor was very warm and lighting a little dark.
8.0 / 10.0
Great upfront information, lovely modern clean room and nice extra touches like availability of breakfast snacks and bottled water fridge. Really easy to just turn up and get settled straight away.
We ate at the restaurant and food and service was fantastic. Great location for a night out with plenty of fab bars and places to eat nearby. Would like to return in summer to enjoy the outside space.
The room was a bit hot in the night, but just a tiny niggle of what was a fantastic stay

Large, comfortable room and bed.
Bathroom was nice but could do with a bigger shower head and blind for the window.

nothing it was all great!

Absolutely stunning room, albeit I’d recommend Room 1 for size but Room 2 was brilliant as well. The team were excellent at looking after us and making our stay so comfortable.
We loved everything and the only niggle would be about some of the steps outside from the car park to the rooms were a bit slippy. Perhaps the parking pin/postcode could be updated too.

Probably the best room I've ever stayed in either when travelling for business or pleasure. Large room and ensuite, comfortable bed and tastefully decorated. Food in the restaurant was also excellent 👌
Literally nothing I can think to improve

We loved the location.
The decor was our vibe.
The shower was lovely and powerful.
The little touches like the breakfast items were great.
We personally didn't like the soft mattress so didn't get a good night's sleep.

Lovely room, very clean and nice decor
Comfy bed, nice sheets and luxury towels.
Good modern en suite.
Big tv with lots of channels.
Hair dryer and fan. Both welcome.
No Parking within grounds. Had to walk to a public carpark.
Not far but inconvenient.
Busy road outside bedroom window.
Many Metal stairs, outside for entry into the room.
I’m 77 and have arthritis. Was not aware of the stairs.
Food available for dinner was sparse and not our style.
More snack type food.
Breakfast not available but they did provide mini boxed cereal and milk, together with tea and coffee.
Can’t fault the room though, very nice.
Comfy bed and nice bedding.
Huge, heavy, luxury, fluffy towels.
A bit too much, was like getting dried with a carpet.

Liked the rooms and the no faff check in
Could have done with a floor to ceiling mirror

Very nice room for the price. Nice little touches like cereal in the room and cold fresh milk outside the room door in a fridge.

Ticked every box for us and Nina was fantastic sorting an early check in so we could change in the room before going to the wedding we were attending - full marks from us
No negatives

Nice fresh, modern interior, complimentary water, coffee, tea and Cereal. Nice shower. Good to have socket on both sides of the bed for charging phone!!
Not much! If I had to say something it would be it would be good to have a blind in bathroom and lighting in bedroom was a bit yellow/orange, it would be nice to have a brighter light.

Great instructions, nice clean rooms

The property is easy to find, with a public car park to the rear (small charge).
The room was fantastic and had everything we required. The additional extras like cold water in the fridge in the corridor and the breakfast cereal in the room were a great touch
As it was a warm night it gets very hot in the rooms on the top floor, the addition of a fan would have been good

great for big family party as kind of felt like our own big house.
everyone delighted with rooms and make up mirror went down a great hit.
getting back at night and would have been good to have a front street entrance instead of from the car park side.

good location - comfortable room
I spotted the milk in the fridge in the corridor, but others didn’t - need to point that out. and a lot of stairs to climb - wasn’t expecting that, and you might struggle with luggage of your knees aren’t up to it…

Lovely staff, very clean and modern room that had all the amenities and nicely decorated. Even provided cereal bars, cereal, croissants etc even though breakfast wasn’t included.

they had refreshments on hand, the staff were lovely and helpful, the room was amazing comfortable and well designed, best hotel in stoke on trent we have been too
the only thing was the time we had to leave isn’t like normal hotels around 11:30/12 it’s at 10 am and it’s hard to get a taxi for that time in that area but that’s the only thing.

Beautiful room in a prime town centre location. Private, quiet and very clean and comfortable. Close to all the bars, shops and restaurants. I can highly recommend.
Really can't think of anything I could improve - it was lovely.

Good centre of high street location, lovely well appointed room and great staff. Booking process was easy and the communication and emails were really helpful.
Back step area was a tad slippy in the morning!
