Great location, but doesn’t feel like a boutique hotel

The location is perfect, close to everything but doesn’t feel noisy. Paul was really nice and helped us with everything we need immediately. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the design of the property was cool.

The place itself doesn’t feel much like a boutique hotel - more like a homestay, with shared kitchen, kind of a living room in the entrance, and no room cleaning. We stayed in a room with a private new bathroom, but the room was a bit strange - the bathroom was connected to the balcony, which means it practically feels outside. In addition, the bathroom, although it’s new, was smelly. It was nice place to stay in, but didn’t feel for us like a boutique hotel as we expected, and was overpriced in our feeling.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt auf der Insel.

Ana ist ein Schatz, sehr nette Gastgeberin. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Nah zu vielen Bars und Restaurants, dem Nordstrand und der Fähre.

Would highly highly recommend!

Anna's beautiful bnb is just wonderful - it's clean, quiet and has all the amenities you would need in a great location. The detail Anna has thought of just make your stay so relaxing plus the pool on the roof is an added bonus! Anna goes above and beyond for her guests and made our stay one of our best during our travels. The bnb has a water machine (saves plastic and buying water), beach towels and everything you might need for the beach! We ended up staying for 6 nights when we only had 3 originally booked!

Don't let the shared bathroom put you off - the bathrooms are big, cleaned (daily) and the shower is amazing!

Exceptional

Ana and Luis are great, welcoming hosts who open their home to guests. Delicious breakfast - different every day. We were there over Father's day and Ana asked for any special requests for that breakfast. The house is very close to the Playa Norte and Ana has some extra beach towels, cooler, chairs, and umbrellas that guests can use. There are also couple of bikes if you're interested in biking around the island. There's even a small pool on the roof good to cool off and chill. One night, she took us and few other guests to El Patio for some live band and it was so much fun. Truly made us feel at home. And if we're ever back to Isla, that's the place to stay.

Great B&B and Location

Anna, the Manager, and Louis looked after us very well. They had some very interesting tales to discuss. Breaky was great, the location was one block from the free beach. The beach was a great place to be first up in the morning before the day crowds come. Love the decorations around the house. Good local restaurants as well.

Highly recommended. Would come back

Everything was just wonderful. Anna and Luis are great hosts and very nice and interesting people. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the shared balcony and pool were very nice. The shared shower and toilet were cleaned daily and had everything you need (towels, soap and shampoo and even ear cleaners). The room has a TV with Netflix and Disney+ and the breakfast are really good. I would definitely come back and recommend everyone to stay here.

We are planning to stay here again on our next visit!

The breakfast was wonderful each morning, fresh and served with a smile. The location was central to everything we needed and Luis answeredall of our questions about the area. They offered many items for our use that we would have had to rent or purchase otherwise, ie. Bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas, coolers.

Perfect B&B to stay on Isla!!

the property was absolutely amazing. there is a roof top pool and a ton of free beach rentals available. Anna is an absolute all star and is so welcoming. if I could give higher than a 10 I would!
