The location.
The cheap scent in the lobby area, and the air conditioning in our room didn’t go lower than 75, it felt very warm and we couldn’t sleep.
The bathroom area needs to be cleaned and sanitized better.
Lilac restaurant may have a Michelin star but the food is mediocre, very greasy too.

John, at guest relations at reception/concierge is the reason why my hotel stay was so lovely. He is the reason I ended up booking the room and was incredibly welcoming and kind. He made sure all my needs were accounted for, and was extremely proactive. Love him!
Caralee (Cary) at guest relations is always such a bundle of joy and made sure to assist me with all matters when I needed it. She’s so sweet and welcoming.
Bethany, a server at Azure, went ABOVE and beyond for me and was always attentive. She brought me the loveliest iced latte with attention to detail and was a great ball of sunshine to me and all my friends. She made sure I got the right salad and my favorite, the whipped feta dip with limited chili oil just the way I like it! You can tell she’s hard working and is always on top of promptly taking care of her customers.
Ryan, a bartender at Azure, always is so kind and professional. He’s genuinely nice and caring to me and my friends and goes above and beyond for making sure I got the correct order and is just such kind person to everyone. He always is keen for attention-to-detail, and you can tell he’s really knowledgeable in all the menu items and has a lot of insights to share as a connoisseur of the beverages and food on the menu as well.
Logan a bartender at Azure made me the greatest mocktails and was so amiable, welcoming and fun to talk to!
Rob, a bartender at Azure, is always so kind and welcoming and made stopping by the inside bar a special experience being funny and remembering my order. Him being bilingual was so exciting to have a fellow Latino to speak Spanish to!
Thomas a bartender at Azure is so sociable, professional and extremely kind and welcoming and also is great at remembering all my orders and curating my experience in a positive manner.
Brianna, server at Azure is a pro! She is so energetic and positive and made sure to go above & beyond to make sure me and my friends are happy. She’s lovely!
The smell that resembles sewage - hopefully that issue gets taken care of. But didn’t ruin my experience.

Staff was excelent and did everything for us!!
Upstairs it is like a club for young people, would not recommend it for families. Bit staff made everything possible for us so we still had an amazing time

The property was in a great location in downtown Tampa.
was very clean and well taken care of.
The staff, me and my wife have been to many 5 star hotels and the staff at this was was rude. to the point where all me and my wife did was stay in our room and order room service.

Gorgeous hotel, nicest and most attentive staff members
Lobby had a bad smell

The breakfast was good, location was perfect.
I didnt like the scent on entry.
4.5
Good location, fairly new property.
Extremely expensive hotel with no justification what so ever. In the middle of the night, we wake up by a fire alarm, calling everyone down the street.
Eventually turned out to be a false alarm, leaving the kids hysteric, s compensation was not even suggested.

Great staff; everyone very friendly and always ready to help.
I would like if the room got a little darker .
4.5
Loved the location and the ability to get perfect espresso, warm muffins and fresh green juice downstairs.
The hotel is a scene on weekends - be prepared for lots of people at the lobby and roof deck bars - but a better scene than Miami. Ask for a quiet floor
if you need to turn in early.

The sliding door to the bathroom came off the hinges and was not fixed because I was working in the room when the staff came up to fix it. Also there was no room service menu in the room. Two things that really messed up my stay. I was hungry and could not find a menu to order food so I had to wait over an hour for staff to bring a menu to my room. Second, I did not feel the privacy in the master bathroom because the door came unhinged. Actually there was a thrid thing. Nobody could figure out how to turn off one of the lamps in the bedroom.
You could have been more responsive.
4.5
Fresh, new, luxury hotel with the attention to details.
4.5
The comfort of the room and how clean it was. How beautiful the hotel was. How the little things felt more than standard, like the robe , pillows, and the soaps, etc
The check in process. Was a little confusing. And just the overall initial greeting when walking into the hotel it did not match the feel of the hotel.
4.5
Beautiful lobby and decor. The food was delicious in The Market. Staff was very accommodating.
We could hear construction noise, the trolley going by, and a person getting sick in the room next to us. We requested a very quiet room and were 2 doors from the elevator and could hear the street noise and noise from the pool area above.
