It was horrible

The person who checked me in was wondering.

The first room I got smelled of moles. I had to ask to change my room because I have asthma. The second room I got the bathroom was leaking. I had to change my flight to leave a day before I was planning on checking out which they said I won’t be getting a refund. Rain started falling and the bathroom leaked even more. I spoke to a lady who did breakfast and she said that it was the caused of the AC they also sent a gentleman to check he didn’t do anything at all.

Desastre, me dejaron en la calle!!!

No pude alojarme al llegar a la recepción me informaron que mi habitación tenía problemas y no podría quedarme ahí . Les consulté si habían más disponibles y me indicaron que no. Sin embargo, aún aparecían en booking habitaciones disponibles. No fueron capaces de informar.

No me gustó es mi tercera vez y esta ha sido la peor la grabadora haitiana nos trató mal y sobre todo cuando le pregunté

Estaba incluido el desayuno, cuando fuimos a buscarlo no dijeron que no porque eran las 10 de la mañana y vi una chica a esa misma hora desayundo y ellos no noticaron a qué hora se podía bajar a desayunar

Don't not even try no water staff refused to give refund

Nothing there was no water in our room.

I checking in at 8:00 PM and paying in cash. However, upon entering my room, I was surprised to find no water available. Despite my attempts to contact the front desk through calls and texts, I received no response. Even after speaking with them in person and waiting for 30 minutes, the issue remained unresolved. The front desk declined a refund and directed me to pursue it through the booking platform. Additionally, the room conditions were disappointing, with visible disrepair, including a falling-apart room, a roof in poor condition, and water leaking into the bathroom from above. My overall experience was extremely unsatisfactory and left me no choice but to share this feedback.

Great location and price!

The breakfast was excellent, with a healthy meal, juice and coffee. The location and price are excellent. The room was spacious and clean.

The electricity went out the last night there and I didn't sleep well with no AC, water or lights. The staff weren't that friendly or helpful.

It is not somewhere I would want to spend time. I just wanted somewhere to sleep before heading to the airport in the morning so it was fine for that.

great place to just sleep in the centre of the colonial zone.

fantastic location. very quiet location compared to typical DR noise levels. it was super quiet. Room has AC

walls are paper thin. I was lucky my neighbours didn’t talk all night or have the tv on or make other noises. otherwise it would have been hard to sleep. Room is very basic, very small and very old.

You get what you paid for. the place location is very good, many restaurants, shops and historical sites within walking distances.

the place is outdated. for some reason they always lock the entrance door without providing any keys to tenants. It’s a 1 star Hotel.

Good location not much else

Location and some of the staff were friendly.

Don’t ask for an earlier breakfast then 8am you won’t get it, one of the young members of staff was extremely rude but all the others were fine .

Simple efficient

Arturo was very efficient in making the check in and stay a breeze. Great location and price.

It is only for sleep and go type of place. Not for hanging out to relax.

good price and queen bed and Netflix tv smart and good size room and great breakfast in the morning included

A MONUMENT STAY

JUST THE LOCATION

The room says double room with two double bed good for 4 but its not what it is describe in the booking. It was a small room fir 4 person and small for 2 double bed. That’s why, What we have instead is one double bed good for two and one double deck bed. 🙁.
