One of the best apartments I've ever stayed in. Everything was at the right place, the host really thought of everything. Very modern and well equipped.
There was an unpleasant odour at the bathroom/toilet at arrival and lasted all throughout my stay. There might be something wrong with the plumbing, hope it will be sorted soon.
The welcome brochure needs info on the heating system, it can be confusing especially when you arrive late.

Lovely stay, very welcoming and beautifully done out with an amazing view. Cosy log burner for the evening, which the dog loved curling up next to!
Nothing to dislike

Lovely, welcoming accommodation. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Loved the Christmas decorations and being able to use the fire. Set in a quiet location with lovely views.

Five stars is not enough to appreciate how wonderful this staycation really was.
Harry & Caitlin you guys should be utterly thrilled over how beautiful your annex really is.
Being the first ever staycation we’ve ever booked through booking.com and not really knowing what to expect to be treated to such a cosy, homely cottage out in the woodland right by Honiton town.
We have family 7 minutes from the cottage so we didn’t actually get to take it all in but honestly I couldn’t recommend this enough!
Everything was thought out so well, down to the fresh milk, butter, orange juice, cereal, bread and cold water waiting for us upon arrival. A pack on the table with all the information needed including a mini bar which you can give a donation as a thank you, but isn’t mandatory.
We will definitely be coming back, knowing you’re minutes from my grandparents and we can bring our furry friend for the ride too!
Thank you for such an incredible experience☺️

Beautiful cottage in a beautiful location. It was well stocked with food when we arrived. There are books to read, games to play and lots of information about walks in the surrounding area.
Beds are a very personal thing and for me the mattress was too soft but I did get used to it over the week.

A very clean well equipped cottage with a wonderful view across to the local village/church. The location is very peaceful and relaxing. We stayed for one night to break our journey home from Cornwall to London. Breakfast provisions were provided by the host which included fresh eggs, milk and orange juice. The bed was very comfortable leaving us feeling refreshed.

Almost everything, there was nothing missing that we could have needed,
Lot's of little touches that made it feel home from home
Location perfect for nearby Honiton and trips further afield, Exeter, Lyme Regis etc
Views exceptional, very quiet location, slept well
Harry and his wife were very welcoming and helpful
Only little niggle was wifi , could have been stronger but not major issue.

Home from home. Great breakfast provisions. Very pleasant and helpful owners. Great spot for seeing East Devon. Great for our dog as it had an enclosed front garden and grassed area.

What a beautiful cottage in a stunning location. Everywhere was immaculate, nothing was to much trouble and the little extras (handmade soap, bottles of wine and breakfast) were much a appreciated. Also great value for money. We will be back for a long weekend. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect and we felt like home. Location, views, design, equipment, everything was wonderful and on top of that practical. Even some dog toys, bowl and treats ready for our Irish girl.
What I didn't like was that we had to go home.

Well equipped cottage, spotlessly clean with amazing views. Lots of thoughtful extras, even a bowl and biscuits for our dog!
