Was well suited for our needs would book again

Room was awesome definetely big enough for a family of adults , staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean and suited us very well. Amenities in apartment were awesome

I’ll return

I always stay here as it is comfortable, quiet, and easy to access if I’m working in the city. Sometimes I have my car, and parking is easy underneath the hotel.

Good for groups

Easy to book and deal with. Room was ready and clean when we arrived. Thank you. Good breakfast.

It was noisy. Not the hotels fault but the birthday group on the same floor and the outside noise made it hard to sleep.

It is clean n the staffs are superb. but mist the place is accessible to all just a walk away to Sky Tower n Queens Street.

Too expensive and unclean!

I liked that the hotel was within walking distance to where we were going.

We found the room itself disgusting. The bathroom was dirty with toothpaste still in the sink from previous guests. There were stains on the duvet cover and the floor was filthy.

Great place, especially for the price.

Cute hotel, especially for the price. So close to everything we wanted to see in Auckland.

The "bar" was not really a bar. There were 2 lovely ladies working there, who didn't really seem to know what they were doing, but were super nice.

Great facilities & friendly staff

Hotel location right near the sky tower; nice building with all facilities required; very spacious room; professional staff

Location is great but always loads of people hanging out the front, not sure how safe it is for women on their own

Good staff, good accommodation and having on site parking is a big bonus.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. They were helpful when one of the guests arrived earlier than the check in time. Having parking on site was also very good.

The gym was a make shift one in the basement.

Reasonable value considering central location, good room but total nightmare to access by car.

Very comfy bed, good size room, good shower, central position

Not their fault but roads a total nightmare to navigate with roadworks etc; they charge for wifi?!! good kitchen but could have done with a small couch or similar; everything was via QR codes - hotel info etc

Quick solo trip

I felt safe staying here in a clean space. The staff were helpful and I liked the fact their desk was 24/7. I liked how you had to swipe to use the lift too, felt more secure then other places. My room had a desk and the shower pressure was good. I liked the foyer too, the little touches made it a cool space. Location is a very close walk to the Sky City bus terminal.

You could hear people talking and moving about the hallway. The street outside is quite rough, you need to make sure you are careful especially if you are on your own. $100 deposit upfront (they do return it) but I don't remember reading about that when I booked.

Unpleasant

The staff were nice.

The room was cramped and nowhere near large enough for four people. The fold out bed we paid extra for was uncomfortable and meant there was minimal space to move, and even sit. Do not advertise this room as suitable for four people. It is overpriced for this description and AirBnB offers better frankly.
