Vi vi havde tre værelser værelser 307 308 otte 305. På værelset 308 var der ingen morgenkåbe på på værelset 307 var der to morgenkåbe og ingen morgenkåbe på værelse 305 Dette gjorde vi ikke noget ud af da vi ikke brugte den og tænkte ikke yderligere over det De to morgenkåbe på værelset 307 to vores piger på værelse 308 ind på deres værelse og brugte dem Da vi dagen efter skulle tjekke ud får vi at vide at der mangler fire morgenkåbe jeg fortæller til personalet at der hele tiden kun har været to morgenkåbe Jeg fortæller dem også at vi er på Bhop og derfor kun har fire små skuldertaske med og vil gerne vise dem De siger til mig at jeg skal betale for de fire morgenkåbe hvilket jeg selvfølgelig nægter at gøre De beskylder mig for at stjæle fire morgenkåbe og jeg Beder dem om at kigge vores tasker igennem de åbner den ene taske hvor der kun er snorkeludstyr i og jeg siger til dem at jeg vil have de tjekker de andre også og dem kigger de og de finder selvfølgelig ikke de skide morgenkåber Det er rigtig dårlig service og dårlig personale på stedet

Relaxing

Upgraded our rooms for free. Very clean and staff were very friendly. Great location, close to everything. The man at the service desk was lovely. Looked after our bags after check out and dropped us to the marina to catch the ferry for free. Would definitely go back

mooi resort met alles erop en er aan.

Prachtige plek, mooie locatie. geweldig zwembad om te zien. Het lag overal dichtbij.

Jammer dat je vanaf het resort wat minder gemakkelijk de zee in kon. Verder wel fantastisch. daarnaast zaterdag er erg veel mieren in onze verder super mooie luxe kamer. dat is jammer. ze hebben ons wel een spuitbus gebracht.

Great Central location, lovely staff, large rooms with balconies, clean and deep pool

Location was super convenient to the pier Staff were super friendly Pool was clean and deep for swimming Room was large and spacious with a great sized bathroom Large balcony Lots to do around the immediate vicinity

This hotel has a good location and we loved the pool area. The room was spacious and kept clean.

Great location close walk to Main Street and Sairee

Pool was sensational. Good location to town and sairee beach. Beachfront views beautiful and food great

Wi-fi never worked. Pool bar dated. Gym outdated and not everything worked.

The pool and main bar had a very limited choice of drinks and the tiling around the pool needs some attention

Amazing beachfront resort. Just a few steps to the beach. The food is amazing The food at the Montra hotel is absolutely amazing. They have a great variety of dishes, and everything I've tried has been delicious.

The rooms are clean and comfortable The rooms at the Montra hotel are always clean and comfortable. I've stayed here several times and have never had any issues. Perfect location

Great customer service from Su, we had some cleaning issues with our room and Su upgraded our room free of charge.

Gym is very bad and filthy, I wasn’t able to use it all. the pool when we arrived were very dirty, with dead bugs on it. we asked them to clean it, but it was only cleaned the next day. In order to go to the main road, needed to climb a hill each time.

The hotel is in a perfect location, with great staff.

Location is perfect. Extremely nice and helpful staff. Clean room.

The resort itself is not up to standard, a renovation and upgrade is recommended. .

Extraordinary Large Tiered pool with beachfront vista. Large rooms, with Thai decor. AC worked great, comfortable beds. A lovely stay near restaurants Free shuttle from the pier

Reception staffs are not helpful room not secure

Near the harbour

Reception staff is not helpful, no service mind at all. The worst thing is... there is no door chain and peephole, someone knocked my door at night and feel unsecured. Also, for day time, feel like staying in pool villa, loads of kids in the pool, a bit noisy. So, avoid choosing this hotel if you want to have more privacy. Moreover, there is service charge on payment via credit card....

Loud, noisy and not at all relaxing.

The pool was big and the staff tried hard to make a good New Years party.

There was tonnes of building work throughout the holiday which was unnecessary. We had to ask repeatedly for it to stop. It didn’t. Staff tried hard to support us but manager wouldn’t listen. Ruined the holiday but they gave us a discount. Even with the discount we wouldn’t have paid that much for staying there. Very disappointing and ruined the holiday.
