Ce est pas l hôtel que nous avons préféré…

Le bungalow était très bien mais vue sur les réservoirs d eau… Personnel du restau très bien un peu plus froid à l accueil. Restau d excellente qualité, petit dej sympa.

Son emplacement, trop près du débarcadère, trop bruyant…

Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

Nichts, sind am nächsten Tag direkt abgereist (am selben Tag keine Fähre mehr verfügbar).

Unter dem Bungalow reges Treiben von Mitarbeitern (Rauchen, etc.). Alles veraltet und heruntergewirtschaftet. Sauberkeit lässt mehr als zu wünschen übrig. Entspricht definitiv nicht der beworbenen Leistung (Bilder, Angaben etc.). Wir haben freundlich darum gebeten uns zumindest einen Teil der ursprünglichen Anzahl Übernachtungen zu erstatten. Dem wurde nicht entsprochen. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

In meinen Augen ist das ein Scam!

Die vielen Treppen zu meinem Zimmer, dass Random Menschen unter dem Bungalow geschlafen haben, alles ist sehr veraltet und sieht verwahrlost aus. Pools waren nicht schön und den ganzen Tag Lärm von den Schiffen vom Hafen. Im Wasser und Strand war Müll. Viele komische Gestalten auf Substanzen in der Gegend vom Hafen.

Beautiful place to stay.

The bungalow overlooking the sea was beautiful. The balcony was so nice to relax on. Loved the feeling of being in the jungle with the noises of geckos and frogs. The air con was also very good. We loved the canopy over the bed to protect us from mozzies too. The staff were very helpful and organised anything we wanted. We were able to hire a scooter on site too. A must do is the snorkelling trip organised through the resort. We did it twice.

The breakfast was not very good compared to other places we stayed in during our travels in Thailand.

Dejlig oase / jungle lignende område, skønt poolområde, sødt personale og for os var beliggenhed på øen god - forholdsvist tæt på restauranter mm

Meget larm fra både og dyr i området - man vågnede næsten hver nat til høje skrig fra dyr på loftet, lidt kedelig morgenmad uden variation og med dårlig kaffe og så trænger hotellet til vedligeholdelse - fx ved poolen

Le respect de la nature avec les bâtiments qui se fondent dans celle ci et la plage

Kayak vétuste attention. Personnel froid arrogant. Petit déjeuner nul. Ménage une fois sur 3 . Chambre vielle équipement vieux .

Really beautiful hotel, you might want to ask for a beach front room as it make it all worth it.

The hotel is super clean and tidy, staff is very sweet and helpful. The room was equipped with anything, including umbrellas, a beach bag, and two sarong (I ended up purchasing one!). I also used the laundry service which was great and super fast. The pool is beautiful and relaxing although not sure how the bar service worked.

My room was up in the trees, which wasn't very clear from the description on Booking. I had to go up concrete steps first and then wooden steps, quite steep and I would have appreciated been made aware about it. Somebody with movement difficulties cannot use that room. Also, wildlife is quite active at night, meaning I didn't have a quiet night in my whole stay. I would have also appreciated this being specified in the hotel description as I might have chosen a different hotel. The restaurant is ok, breakfast is ok but nothing mind-blowing. There are better and cheaper restaurants, also for breakfast, just outside the hotel.

I'd love to visit again

Upon my arrival at the resort, I was initially skeptical, fearing that it wouldn't meet my expectations. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the room. It was really charming and inviting, very comfortable bed, and super calming. The two pools are great, although I did not use them as much. The resort is much less ‘fancy’ or ‘luxurious' than I had anticipated, but in a good way, this was actually a positive aspect for me. I appreciated the quietness and the resort's distance from busy areas, making my stay more enjoyable than I had initially thought. The staff is great!

Sehr naturnah kein Luxus aber für 3 Sterne ok

Angekommen am Pier standen wir auf der Transferliste des Hotels obwohl wir keine Angaben hierzu gemacht hatten. Wir wurden samt Gepäck kostenfrei zum Hotel gefahren. Herzlichen Dank. Wir hatten Zimmer Nr 5 , gut gelegen, allerdings sind die Wege innerhalb der Anlage sehr holprig und mit vielen Stufen versehen. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, bisher das beste Essen auf unserer Reise

Die Anlage entspricht der 3STERNE Kategorie, allerdings gibt es einige Bereiche die dringend besser gepflegt werden müssen. Garten, Poolbereich- defekte Liegen, aufgeplatze Auflagen, zerschlissene Sonnenschirme. Hier fehlt definitiv die Pflege der Einrichtung. Insgesamt macht es einen recht abgewöhnt Eindruck.

J'ai beaucoup aimé la chambre très chic et grande , tout était parfait. Le personnel est sympa. Le petit-déjeuner est top et très jolie vue 2 belles piscines autres activités présente dans l'hôtel !

La situation géographique était mauvaise car pratiquement rien autour pour manger ou magasin il fallait un moyen de locomotion pour se déplacer.

Tolle, ruhige Anlage und sehr nettes Personal.

Sehr gutes Frühstück und äußerst nettes Personal. Die Lage des Restaurants ist genial. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sehr schön angelegt.

Sehr gute Organisation, sehr nettes Personal und die Bungalows sind Traumhaft. So stellt man sich Thailand vor!

Nice stay

We stayed 2 adults and 2 children age 9 and 13. We had separate but still attached rooms, which was a huge plus and the location is really nice.

Great place, great breakfast, lovely staff, not good when the rain comes in, gloomy and the mossies will get you

The staff are exceptionally helpful, it is a spacious and green environment, the bungalows are spacious and comfortable

A lot of mozzies coz of the jungle environment and now the wet seasons arrived, also a lot of screaming kids around the pools, their parents need to think about other users, it’s not a fault of the resort but parents not thinking about other people

Pretty but we had no access to facilities when we wanted them

Beautiful pool.

The hotel closed the pool bar, without notice, at 3pm. They also closed the restaurant to guests because there was an event. This meant there was no food or drinks available for guests from 3pm onwards. Worst still, they’ve lied about this to booking.com when I raised a complaint. Shameful.

Superb

Location was great, rooms were lovely and unique (we stayed in a family sea view), beds were comfy, pool area was large and clean, breakfast had good options, staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant had delicious food and cocktails and the view was amazing!

The wafting aroma's of marijuana was annoying - especially while us and our kids are eating dinner. If the staff could ensure people do not smoke inside the restaurant would be respectful for all.

Overpriced room category ( " romantic sea view " ) with a mismatching quality

beautiful gardens, fab pools, great location ( close to the town and the beach ) good room cleaning

our room was different from photos on booking.com .We paid about 150 EUR p/n for our " romantic sea view " room but our room had only partially sea view ( one roof / bungalow in the front ) Our room was tiny ( 20 m max ) not 40 m as advertised and with old tired basic furniture , We tried to change it for a better one but without any success ( we did not want to change for a similar tiny bungalow after 5 days of waiting ..) The management were really difficult and mean and the best offer was to return our money ( which was really disadvantage for us as we could not find any decent hotels at last minute . It's really unfair that the hotel is taking a fill payment in advance , using your money as a free bank ( 6 months in our case) and then just trying to make a refund ( without bank charges ) instead of a good service. They have to be honest with their advertisement as the price is not match the quality We had a good experience in the past at this hotel but it's looks that after coved it's completely different place

peaceful location with beautiful pools and gardens ( if you are lucky with your bungalow)

fab gardens, pools, location , room was a reasonably big close to the pool Good and regular cleaning

1)breakfast the same every single day , 2) strange behaviour of one female staff who is constantly opens all dishes , touching all food without wearing her gloves , steer all dishes ( ???) but not brings any new dishes , As a result , all dishes are cold .

Very good

nice rooms, good value for money, great spot for snorkeling and great privet beach with water games provided by the hotel, hotel also picked us up from the pier.

hotel massage service was a joke lady just talk on phone with one hand during the whole time, i literally stopped in the middle and asked her to leave, she took the money and left hahaha. breakfast was basic and and coffee is bad, restaurant also not best food. our room was on top of a hill hard walk.

Superb

Bungalow was very spacious with some thoughtful features and a nice big terrace. Very friendly and helpful reception staff, felt more like 4 star than 3 star. The private beach was lovely and peaceful and in a great position at the end of the main beach.

Some of the staff didn’t speak English so well but it wasn’t a big problem for us.

A delightful stay in a lovely hotel

The hotel is very well situated and is very well run. It is exceptionally clean and all the staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and the restaurant food in the evenings was delicious and well presented. Our room was spacious and we loved the large veranda and it’s comfortable seats. We also appreciated the mosquito net. Thank you for a lovely stay.
