localização excelente, estamos há 2 quadras do Theatro e num bairro lindo, limpo, arborizado e com ótimos restaurantes e cafés.

o atendimento, todo o time do hotel no possui nem empatia e nem profissionalismo , o que não falta são situações ruins. por sinal, não condiz com a cidade, todos os locais fomos bem atendidos , menos no hotel. A viagem é sempre um momento de refazimento, uma esperança de esquecermos um pouco as duras exigências do cotidiano e assim relaxarmos, na expectativa de na escolha de um bom hotel, termos dias de reis, com bons serviços e com muita presteza. Foi assim, que escolhemos a rede Accor Gran Mercory. Como estamos em tempos pandemicos, liguei antes para me certificar dos serviços e de sua efetividade, asseguram-me que estes estavam normais e em operação. * No primeiro dia, o nosso wi fi, nao funcionou. Solicitamos a conecção ao atendente da recepção, que disse ter resolvido o problema por três vezes, sem sucesso. O caso somente foi resolvido com muita insistência. Soube wue se tratava de erros na digitação de nossos nomes. * vale lembrar que entre as solicitações, por vezes no balcão, fomos totalmente ignorados por atendentes que se desdobrava em papéis e computador. * Em um dos dias de nossa estada, o pratinho do café da manhã acabou. Na ausência de garçons disponível, solicitei um à senhora que fax os lanches, ela burocraticamente, decidiu que somente os garçons poderiam atender a minha solicitação. * assinamos um documento, no check-in, sobre danos aos equipamentos do quarto, ao usar o secador, vi que havia uma peça solta, comuniquei à recepção, que disse que trocaria o equipamento, porem isso não aconteceu. * na segunda-feira, dia 24 de janeiro, iria usar a piscina, porem havia um evento ema sala com porta abertas para a piscina e muito movimento. Fiquei inibido de usar do meu direito, em detrimento de estragar o referido e evento no terraço. * resolvi ir à academia, porem, ao correr na esteira, quis beber àgua, porém, nso havia copo no local.

Nice location, but needs work

This hotel has a great location., walking distance to several pubs and restaurants. The included breakfast was good and in a very nice space on the ground floor. The staff, for the most part, was helpful. Also, the parking attendant was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is getting run down. Several areas of the walls were all marked up ( in the hallways). In our room, the veneer was coming of the furniture in several locations. The Split AC unit was dripping water all over the countertop. Maintenance had to deal with it twice while we were there..

Good value for price.

Good location. Near danceclubs, good restaurants and shoppingmalls. One of the nicest looking hotel restaurants in town. Good price-quality ratio. Maybe the lobby could use a lil more ambiance..music..lighting..(?).

Great location with amicable accomodations and views.

I loved the location, staff, and the fact that there was a restaurant which great food and a really good bar. There was plenty of seating in the lobby area and I was close to everything.

I did not like the fact that my room was connected to another room and the bathrooms shared the same wall and vent and I could hear the other person taking a shower and urinating from sitting in my bed! I also did not like the fact that this hotel chain choose not to advertise their restriction on guest visitation nor did they respond to my emails asking about the restrictions a few days prior to my checking in.

The check in is very slow, but the location is great, a good hotel but not 5 star

Location is great, rooms are confortable but not a 5 star standard, there were amenities but not very good and you had to ask for more all the time. The pool is just fine, but there is not service direct there, you have to ask for room service if you want to drink a beer by the pool.

The check in was extremely slow, it took about 30 minutes. I've never seem that in my life!

3.8 out of 4. The fact that you have someone whom spoke English was a big help.

Breakfast was far better than the Radisson Belem. I didn't have to ask for the staff to clean the room and everyone was courteous and respectful. I was very pleased with the service and cleanliness and the ambiance.

The room was slightly dated but very comfortable.

the junior suite is a good choice, spacious (as advertised) and well equipped. the door staff and bellmen are very professional, as expected for this kind of hotel

complete and total disrespect that I experienced on both stays. I have been around, do not wear a suit and believe that I am openminded. I have never in my travels (station manager in french airport) been treated in this way. especially not in this range of hotel.

Try to check on your booking! and stay.

Good location, nice breakfast.

I booked Superior Room with a king size bed. but I got a another size bed room and low floor. The view on the lower floor is not good at all. I was very disappointed by the room which was different from the reservation.
