Très bon séjour trop court.

Parking disponible sécurisé. Proche du centre, idéal pied à terre pour visiter Palerme. Frigo dans la chambre, rare pour un 2*.

Petit déjeuner correct mais pas pour les amateurs de salé. Excellent emplacement, jardin agréable. Propriétaire très attentionné, de très bon conseil pour les restaurants.

Dormitorios un poco antiguos. Hay que modernizar . Hace falta una mejora en el baño . Sale olor del resumidero de la ducha y desagüe lento.

Altes Hotel an sehr guter Lage zu Fähre und Altstadt zu einem guten Preis.

Lage, Preis/Leistung, Platz für Fahrrad, ruhige Lage, es hatte alles was man für einen Aufenhalt braucht, schade dass es nicht besser unterhalten wird.

Dreckige Balkon-Fensterläden und Balkonboden.

nice and quiet

Good sizes of rooms and a beautiful terrace as bonus, very quiet and a good location for shopping.

I would like a kettle in my room because I wake up very early and would like to have my coffee. Breakfast and coffee available downstairs at 7.30 which is a bit late for me.

Good value for money.

The staff is very helpful. Small single room, but has everything needed including normal size refrigerator.

Neighborhood with prostitutes after 11 PM, but safe with no problems.

Great view of the botanical gardens

The room had a balcony, which overlooked the botanical gardens: nice view and rather quiet for a city like Palermo. The staff at the reception were always around and available to help. There was a fridge in the room, and the AC unit was *not* located directly above the bed so we didn't catch a cold :) The location was also nice, close to the seaside promenade and within walking distance of the city center.

When we checked into the room, there was no toilet paper (although it was immediately provided to us as soon as we pointed that out at the reception). Sometimes, you could hear voices in the corridor, but not too loud.

Calm and comfort in Palermo

The hotel is a treasure in the area to the right of the railway station. The building is very nice. Very nice staff, the room is air-conditioned, the hotel has an elevator to the floors. It has a beautiful garden. The building is not modern, but there is no problem with cleanliness or equipment. The hotel is just around the corner from the train station. The room was pleasant, our window overlooked the garden. The bed was super comfortable. The air conditioning cooled the whole room, it was very pleasant during the day and at night even though it was 40 degrees outside.

Much better than the 2 star rating suggests.

We stayed in late July 2020 and although we didn't have breakfast we loved the room. For the three of us, there were 2 bedrooms, one with a kitchen area and a really big veranda. Very clean with friendly staff. Free car parking at front of Hotel, but you might not get a space if the hotel is really busy. The outside looks a bit shabby but fine inside. Close enough to walk to all the main tourist spots.

You could not be 100% sure of a car parking place. Reception was only enough english to get by.
