311 Carolina Boulevard is truly a rare find with ocean views, private pool, four spacious decks, and outstanding amenities to meet your every vacation wish. Step into your vacation dream that features five bedrooms, each with a king bed, four full baths, and an inverted floor plan so that commanding views can be found throughout the living space. This is just the beginning!
Upon entering the home, take a moment before walking upstairs and enjoy the beauty of the foyer, the lower level sitting room, and the private study that features a sleeper sofa. It defines the quality and workmanship of this incredible home. Featuring a reverse floor plan, four bedrooms are located on the first level of the home. Each of the four bedrooms have new king mattresses, all new furnishings and two feature a private bath, and two share a jack/jill bath. One of the highlights of the first level is the front large deck. Also featured on the first level is a ½ bath near the study.
An elevator (available for special needs guest/requires separate deposit) provides easy access to the second level of the home where you will enter into the beautifully decorated living area. Both the living room and dining area feature new furniture purchased from one of the finest stores in Charleston. The construction, design, and hold no short cuts at 311 Carolina Boulevard. The dining area has seating for 12 with an additional seating at the kitchen island for 4. 311 Carolina is a chef's dream with exceptional stainless-steel appliances and an extra-large built in refrigerator. This house was one of the best that we have stayed at on IOP. The layout of the house was perfect and the outdoor living space provided wonderful entertaining and dining space. The management company was extremely responsive and helpful. We can't wait to come back!

I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a modern, clean, comfortable and convenient home. We arrived and the house was exactly as expected — arguably even better. It’s easy to get to and from the beach, into town and close to local markets. It’s spacious, has everything you need and the views are spectacular!

We rented 311 Carolina for our family vacation! The house was newly renovated and had beautiful ocean views and a terrific kitchen and bedrooms. The house had an elevator which made it easy to move all of our luggage. The management company was great and very responsive. Enjoyed it!

This is a very nice house that we enjoyed for a one week stay in late May 2021. The property is in great condition, and can easily accommodate two families. We stayed as one family, and had lots of extra room, which was a treat. Property management was responsive to our questions. The short walk to the beach was great. The pool, while unheated, turned out to be fine given the warm climate. The elevator was a nice bonus feature, especially for luggage. Overall, this is an outstanding rental home.

The property was immaculate and the pictures didn’t do it justice. By far the best rental property I’ve ever stayed in. Beds were comfy. Everything was clean and spotless. We made full use of the kitchen and it was properly stocked for our needs. I literally have no complaints. My only suggestion would be to put a television in every bedroom but for many, that won’t matter. I would not hesitate to book again. We’re already talking about making the trip to Charleston an annual one and always booking this property.

Property was amazing if not better than the pictures. There were plenty of dishes and silverware to accommodate our party of 11 plus some. Overall the house was very clean - the floors could have used a little better scrubbing, so it wouldn’t be a place I walked around in my new white socks. Other than that the house was very clean and would rent again!

This home and property were absolutely perfect for our large girls weekend gathering!
Kitchen: excellent for hosting and entertaining. Plenty of silverware, plates, bowls, coffee mugs, and cups as well as serving platters and dishes. Pots, pans, and knives were all SUBSTANDARD, especially compared to the quality of the kitchen. If you're a cook, I would recommend bringing your own cooking gear. Further, the ice maker was broken and one of the two keurigs was broken as well. Considering the price of the stay, these three deficiencies were notable.
Couch and TV set up: couch is hella comfortable! There are no provided blankets, so bring your own for all the coziness! There is also NO manual to operate the built-in sound system, so no surround sound for the TV, and could only play bluetooth spotify in the living room, not also through the kitchen speakers.
The door to the study is iffy - fell off its track multiple times.
Everyone raved at how comfortable the beds and pillows were, so that was a huge positive!
Everyone had plenty of space to stretch and relax.
Directions to the beach were not provided, but we did eventually find the pathway - would have been nice if this had been provided.

I stayed here with my husband and four other couples for a recent wedding in Charleston. This house was AMAZING. Five bedrooms with king beds and their own bathrooms made it absolutely perfect for adult couples without kids. So much outdoor seating. Kitchen had everything you could ever dream of. So much room for entertaining. Backyard area and pool were gorgeous… only wish the weather had been a little warmer to enjoy it, but it is November! One block from the beach. The house came with everything we needed… toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry and dishwasher pods. We will definitely be staying here again!!

This house was absolutely incredible. The location was fantastic and the entire process with the management company was flawless. We had 5 couples for a long weekend and didn’t want to leave. The amount of places to hangout indoors and out and the beautiful location made the trip. We’d definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time relaxing at the house. Views were amazing, weather was great. The overall decor of the house was not only beautiful but also very comfortable!! Would love to stay there again.

Everything was great. Location is wonderful. House was very clean and accurately described. Great pool area. A personal communication on check in would be a nice touch. Learning all the lights, the audio system and all the amenities took a couple days. Consider providing some written instructions if a personal walk thru is not possible. Definitely 5 star.

Great overall trip, house was as advertised. Plenty of house for our Family of 12. Kitchen is Exceptional as was the pool. Only minor criticisms would be the ice maker in Kitchen was preety slow to recover, and wish there would have been TV's in all Bedrooms. Internet was slow at times but I think it was a provider issue, not anything the Homeowner could control. Decent access to the beach (about 3 - 4 minute walk). Be careful parking ANYWHERE on IOP, the ticket police are very zealous and the fines are exorbitant.

The location and the house was wonderful. The elevator definitely came in handy for our elderly parents and with groceries. The kids loved the pool and all the deck, lounge areas were nice. We highly recommend it.

The PERFECT and most beautiful home for a large group of friends or family celebrating any occasion! Comfortably sleeps 10-12 adults and more than enough bathrooms for everyone! The outdoor space was incredible - two decks, a rooftop deck and the most stunning backyard and pool area! Only a 2-3 minute walk to a beautiful beach and a 20ish minute drive into downtown Charleston. I look forward to renting this house again in the future!

We spent a lovely week at this property with our friends (4 adults, 4 kids total). The house was impeccable and the layout was perfect for a larger group format. Multiple spaces for relaxation indoors and outdoors - the pool area is particularly nice although the pool itself a bit chilly in late March. Very short walk to the beach and easy to move around / across islands and onto the mainland from here. Kudos to the management company as well as the reservation and guest management system was very slick - no issues or confusion accessing the property.

A great house for a great family vacation. The floor plan and location are both great; the kitchen was well stocked; the beds were all comfortable and the entertainment system was super. The decks provided a great space to hang out and there is plenty of parking. What else could one want? Thanks for a great time!
