OFF SEASON SHORT TERM: Lazy River Rentals offers short term rentals between Sept - April only for guests needing temporary housing for employment contracts or home improvements repairs. Guests must provide a copy of employment contract or verification of home ownership. Local zoning precludes rentals for temporary change of residency using home as a primary residence.

Disclosure; Sept 1 - May 15. - Off Season Short Term Rentals do not allow pets and occupancy is limited to no more than 1 guest per bedroom. 2 BR suites have a maximum occupancy 2 guests from 3 BR permits 3 guests, 4 BR permits up to 4 guests. Non Employment Guests would require employment verification and credit check.

         OCCUPANCY & AGE RESTRICTIONS
As per Seaside Heights Ordinance #179 & 55-3. Between April 15 and June 30, occupancy limited to no more than two adults per bedroom plus two children 12 or younger. Minimum age for rentals must be 21 years or older and must be residing in the rental during the rental period. Reserving Guest will agree to provide names, addresses and ages of all guests staying in property. Reserving Guest and Guests under 21 must agree to have a Guardian Consent and a Parent execute a Parent Consent Form issued by the Borough of Seaside Heights. No Exceptions. Reservations during this time period can not have outside guests. Any group rental seeking to check in in which all guests are under 21 years of age or bring attempt  additional guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid. Maximum is 10 adults guests an 2 children under 12.

This professionally designed, 5 BR, 4 BA Single Family non smoking, (Sleeps 10 adults and 4 children under 12) has 2 floors of living space, with each floor having its own kitchen and living room with large smart TVs, 2 full kitchens including small appliances, full size refrigerator, dishwasher & microwave. All cookware & dinnerware provided. Full bathrooms with tub and shower. 4 Bedrooms has a queen size bed, 1 bedroom 2 full sized beds, suite is fully furnished, with large smart TV's and closet systems for organization. Living room has a queen mattress sleeper bed. This property has a multi machine coin operate laundry just steps from the Suite. Standard WIFI Internet provided through out the property by Optimum.
