About this house rental

This Awesome 4bed/2bath home is WALKING DISTANCE to the Bridgewater Channel, London Bridge & the English Village restaurants & shops. It is located on a nice quiet cul-de-sac. The inviting backyard is huge including carved tiki palms, natural gas heated pool, large covered patio area, granite bar & built-in gas bbq area, wood burning fire pit, horseshoe game, corn hole game, & ping-pong table!!!

This property is less than a mile away from the Lake and London Bridge. There is a large garage, large long flat driveway, and another large flat RV rock area next to the driveway for extra parking. This home has a unique oval archway leading to the huge living room with 2 couches & a large flat screen TV. The Living Room has a Glass Slider Door to the back yard and 2 large windows overlooking the backyard & pool. The Dining Area also has a slider door overlooking the pool & backyard. The kitchen has new granite countertops, backsplash, new gas oven w center griddle, & new appliances.

The Master bedroom has a King bed with a Slider Door that overLooks the pool & backyard. There are 2 additional bedrooms with Queen beds & one has a slider leading out to the back patio & overlooks the pool/ backyard. There is a large 4th room with a full/full bunk bed, & a Queen bed as well.
All of the rooms are good sized with ceiling fans. The 4th bedroom has a tall floor fan.

The back yard is huge and has 2 covered Patio areas with ceiling fans. There are misters near the granite bar & built-in gas bbq area. The sparkling pool is large & rectangular shaped. It can be heated by the natural gas heater (*renter pays for gas usage to heat pool). Gas is rare in Havasu & it is much cheaper to run than Propane for heating any pool. The tropical backyard has palm trees and carved tiki heads throughout. There is also a horseshoe game, a ping-pong table in the garage, & wood burning fire pit for your enjoyment!

This house has been remodeled with a new AC unit, new roof, remodeled hall bathroom, new carpet throughout, kitchen remodeled, & new exterior stucco & paint! It’s comfortable & spacious & our Guests become regulars after their 1st stay here!

We start you out with 3 rolls of toilet paper, & a roll of paper towels. Laundry pods, dish soaps, shower wash, & soap at each sink are provided. There are also napkins and coffee filters provided. Winter Guests may need to provide some of these items depending on their length of stay.

There are security cameras on the exterior of the home for the safety & protection of our Home & our Guests. Tampering in any way with the Security Cameras will result in a charge to repair or replace the damage done, including Service Call fees. These cameras are in the front driveway, each side of house & one in the backyard overlooking the yard & pool.

Owner is available to assist with any questions you may have during your stay, only a text or phone call away!! No Property Manager or Middle Man to deal with.

This property has a fantastic location with all the necessary amenities, making it easy to get to the lake and boat ramp. The host was exceptionally friendly and responsive, always available by phone to answer any questions. The pool was perfect for cooling off, and it was clean with an ideal temperature. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The property met every expectation and then some. The location was centrally located to everything you need and want when staying in Havasu. It was so easy to find and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. There was plenty of room for the boat and the other vehicles we had. There was plenty of rooms and bathroom for our family of 9. I really appreciate the bunk room because all the kids could be contained. The house was fully stocked with essentials. At the end of each day we enjoyed the pool and beautiful set backyard setup. Thank you Jaime for being so kind and helpful. We will be renting again.

Jamie, the owner, was very responsive to a few minor incidents that occurred. House was clean and well stocked. Great vacation get-away!

I cannot believe over 40 reviewers didn’t bother to mention that 18” sheer drop into the shower pit,(with a couple of very precarious steps and a bit of a handrail a person could sustain serious injury). Then there’s the 8”drop from the dining room to the living room. And in between these two fiascos, there are uneven undulating tile floors. It should come with a mobility issue warning. Yes, the garage smells. There is an acrid odour in there. If it’s closed up, or the weather gets warm, it’s enough to bring tears to your eyes and burn your nostrils and throat. The owner admits to two cameras on site. There are at least 6 watching your every move as you enjoy your expensive getaway. No privacy for you, so don’t do anything here you don’t want to see on the Internet. The place is old sad and tired and needs a thorough cleansing from top to bottom, replacement of cutlery, pots and pans and linens and appliances. it is a good location but keep in mind the proximity to the hospital and fire hall with the sirens and choppers landing and taking off at all hours. I have sent a list of maintenance issues that need immediate attention to the owners. Hopefully they will stop blaming their renters for their problems and do better. If this is an example of what this platform and owners are offering for vacation rentals, then I can only suggest the use of hotels where they are required to meet certain standards since many cities and towns do not regulate this industry.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay at this house. Check in was super easy and the host/owner of the house is very nice and helpful. The house was as described and perfect for our group of 6 adults. We will stay again, the next time we plan a large group trip to Havasu.

We had a nice stay with our kiddos and friends in celebration of my husband’s 40th birthday. Close proximity to London Bridge, launch ramps, and everything you need. We enjoyed the pool and had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. Jamie was super helpful in providing recommendations for us as it was our first time staying in Havasu. Thanks for everything and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

Group of friends, who travel together all of the time, took our first trip to Lake Havasu. This house was perfect!! From the beautiful, and fun, backyard to the nicely sized bedrooms and baths, this was a great house!! We spent more time at the house than we thought we would. We loved how much fun we had playing cards, ping pong, and hanging by the pool. If we ever go back, we would definitely stay there again. The host, Jamie, was so informative and easy to get hold of. If could give this home and it’s hosts 10 stars I would!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. Jamie is the most attentive and caring host we’ve had the privilege to work with. She provided great information about Lake Havasu and things to do during the time of our visit. She responded to questions immediately and checked in on us periodically just to make sure we had everything we needed. The home was as described and was a great winter haven for us. We would definitely stay here again.

A few friends and I stayed in this beautiful home for a weekend to celebrate my birthday and it was great! The house was very clean and well-stocked when we arrived. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. Jamie was an exceptional host! She was easy to get a hold of and communicate with. We will definitely be staying here again!

The home had a smell . Garbage disposal smell padio furniture was so stained that you couldn't sit on it. Grill was dirty would not cook on. The place was nasty. Out group of 4 women did not stay there one night .we did not receive any compensation. So sad so sad. Our vacation was ruined .

House was stocked well, All appliances worked ac blew nice and cold. nice pool area a little deeper then we usually get but worked out well for some volleyball and throwing the football around. We had a great 4th of July!!!!!! The house was clean with very well provided instructions. The owner was also very responsive to all requests and questions. Our family had a great time at this property the home was very cozy and the backyard was perfect to provide all members of our family a great time. We will be staying here again!!!

This was the first time we've stayed at this rental property. We booked this trip last minute. The house was perfect for my family of 6 . The location of the house was ideal and only a few minutes from London Bridge and the place where we drop in our jetskis and boat. The owner, Jamie, was awesome. She is very nice and very easy to get a hold of. She was VERY accommodating and the perfect host. The house was extremely clean and very well organized. We had no issues or problems with this rental house whatsoever. We're looking forward to staying here again the future. :)

Communication with the property hostess was above and beyond! After booking I received very helpful information via email about the area. After corresponding it came up that we were interested in renting a boat. Jamie gave me the information of a friend who rents out their beautiful pontoon and was able to work with them on a 2 day rental. I would highly recommend!!! The property itself was just as advertised! The heated pool was amazing we could adjust the temperature and always enjoy getting in the water. We felt like we were at our own private resort! The patio and yard boast ample shaded areas for lounging and playing. The kitchen and living room were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable, we felt right at home! I have rented tens of properties over the years for our family vacations and have never stayed in the same place twice. I would without any hesitation rent this property again!! Thank you Jamie!!

I can't say enough about this property.. Owners thought of everything to keep you and people happy. Not only do you have the lake so close but, they provide horseshoes, ping pong, corn hole and pool!! They even tell you the Best places to eat and play at, but why.. House had everything you will need.. And Super Clean too!! Thank you again best time ever!

Overall the location was great a few minor hiccups of not being able to use the WiFi on our personal devices. Majority of the time we where out by the pool or at the Lake. Definitely recommend this host and location.. Made memories with the Fam Bam

The house was everything as described and more. There was tons of space for all 10 of us. The thoughtfulness of amenities throughout the house made the trip just that much better. I’d rent from Jamie again in a heartbeat. So much thought was given to every detail.
