Solterra Resort also features an air-conditioned clubhouse, gym, lounge with comfy sofas, playground area, Tennis courts (you will need your own balls and racket), and beach volleyball.
Close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants and 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport.
*Note: Guests who wish to utilize the Amenities, a Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee will be charged at the clubhouse front desk when guests check in. It costs $35 per house/ per stay.

We absolutely Loved this property. It was very clean. It had an abundance of dishes and pots and pans. which is typically not the case. The pool was perfect and the jets for the jacuzi were awesome for my back. We loved the neighborhood and the community pool was amazing. The kids loved it and we loved the club house restaurant.
We will definately stay here again.!!!!!!

Was very disappointed with this place. Our family has been going to Florida for the past 15 years and this is the worst experience I have had. This house is rundown. Toilet paper holders falling off the wall, towel holders torn off the wall with one end still hanging and excessive wear and tear. Majorly needs a paint job. Bathroom walls were filthy and curtains going to back pool deck were full of some food. Games room didn’t have anything that wasn’t broken. 6 pool sticks that were all broken and paddles for table tennis was broken. The thing that made me most angry was the pool and pool deck. Pool deck was extremely dirty and light wasn’t working in spa. After first night I paid for pool head because the spa was cool night time. Only to find out the spa wasn’t working correctly and continued to be cold and low water level for the next few nights. Got there on Monday and spa wasn’t fixed until Friday and they would not even refund the pool heat for those days. This house get a 2 out of 5 rating from me. Never again will I book this house or book any house with the same property manager

The house was the same as a pictures. The rooms are actually bigger than what it shows in the picture and that really surprising the pool heating was a little bit confusing because it wasn’t completely hot for the first day that we got there but it did warm water for the next two days, the hot tub was great. We did have some complications with the back sliding door but we contacted maintenance and everything was fixed. The game room was really fun. We had fun playing pool. There was no issue. We had clean towels and clean bedsheets. We will definitely come back to this house or use ACO housing for other vacation stays the only issue that I wanna point out was that the lock in the front door was a little bit complicated to get into at first because we had to pull the door forward then put in the code and push it and pull it. It was a little confusing other than that everything was great.

House was clean only a few spots that needed cleaned. Pool area was nice but had no child safty screen. Couch in downstairs area needs replaced cant sit on it at all. Had to replace coffee maker and fix pool table. Only other thing was people doing outside work started around 7am which was annoying. Otherwise nice place to stay.

Dec23,2022 My family and stayed at this location and the house was in great condition. There was a leak in the kitchen from the sink which was minor. But the owner send someone immediately to fix it. Overall the house was in great condition and clean. We will use the company and this house if needed again. Thanks again for the stay.

Overall the house was good. The only thing that got us upset was the pool. We paid to get it heated for 3 days and we were only able to use it on the last day. The water was still very cold on the first two days. It was a waste of money!

There was plenty of room for everyone. The furniture needs to be updated and there was a black stain on the stairs that need to clean. Also, none of the TVs work in the bedrooms upstairs or the upstair loft. Please repair or give better instructions on how to use them. Some TVs had Roko, but the remote did not work. There are no dish towels or dish rags to wash the dishes by hand. There was also no face cloths only hand towels. Most people don't even use hand towels. Please update your family room couch it is sinking and has no support.

Very spacious house but mattresses were horrible, all of them, everyone complained of back aches. Living room couch is very worn out, the cushions sink. Walls are dirty and house needs to be painted. Kitchen was dirty, pool and jacuzzi were dirty as well. Dining chairs are very flimsy and need to be screwed on tight. House is great for a big family but it needs some up keeping.

The house was beautiful. The property was nice . But the furniture needs an update. The downstairs couch is terrible the one that’s sitting in front of the TV .It needs to be upgraded . the mattresses in the master bedroom downstairs and upstairs need upgraded. We slept upstairs because the bedroom downstairs didn’t have any blankets. The only TV that we could get to work was downstairs . None of the other TVs would work. There were no washcloths and no dish towels. The shower door in downstairs Master bedroom is swinging. . This house needs a total upgrade. I was not happy.

Unfortunately, I chose to book this house for R&R for MLK weekend. We were all very disappointed with the house as it needs some major TLC. The furniture needs to be replaced in the living room, dining room, and most of the mattresses (including the two masters). The stove was dirty, no soap amenities in any of the bathrooms or kitchen, no response to turning the heat in the pool/jacuzzi so we could not use them at all (left a message that was not answered), the carpet need shampooing and the walls need to be painted. Our registration information had the wrong Club House code and the wrong WI information. The TV in the livingroom and play area upstairs blank out every minute so you cannot watch a show. Could not find the right working remote control for the master's TV. We found a soiled blanket left from a previous visit (soiled with vomit or something else). We did not have enough blankets or towels (2 pool towels). No soap for the washer. The management company needs to do a walk-through of this property before releasing it as a rentable property. The lazy river was closed Sun/Monday so the kids did not have much to do. We checked out a day earlier, as there was no point in staying one more night after all the inconveniences. The house has good bones with the right investment in painting, furniture and cleaning company (placing the right amenities for the group).

We had a great time while here. But the pool could have been cleaned. It was cloudy the first day and only got worse. They also did not provide any washcloths, trash bags, or cleaning supplies. We had to go purchase all of that for our stay. I don’t know if that is normal but we ha e never had to do that before and we have stayed at several other homes. The house was clean overall except for the carpets and the downstairs furniture. It could definitely use a good cleaning. The pillows on the couch smelled like spoiled milk.

I actually did not end up staying the full time, we left immediately because the home was filthy in no shape for a toddler to be in ESPECIALLY during a pandemic in a hot spot like Florida. The fridge was leaking, the beds were old and dusty, the carpet was black from how dirty it was all throughout the house, the vents looked like they weren’t dusted in months, the pool was greasy I didn’t allow anyone to get in that. I wouldn’t mind if the management actually cared to pick up my calls or answer my requests maybe would have sent a cleaning crew again and a pool cleaner but no. Instead they hung up my calls when I called, they claimed they never received all the pictures I was sending. So yes, we checked out immediately.

If we could rate this place a 0, we would. We were scheduled to stay for 2 weeks. From the moment we walked in, the home was filthy yet the "cleaners" had just left. The walls were filthy, with stains all over the rugs, carpets, upholstery on the island chairs and couches!! The couch on the main level was completely unusable as when you sit down you sink into it so bad your legs hit the frame and you can feel the springs underneath from the pull out bed! I'm sure the photos on the listing were taken when the home was 1st purchased, but its obvious the management company has not been there since! The game room was a joke. There was no Foosball ball for the foosball table, 4 of the 6 pool sticks were broke, no chalk, and the pool rack was completely busted. The garage door was also padlocked shut and we were told we could not open it. Games were in the garage, so was the laundry, so it was very strong scented and hot/humid! Cardboard box and and old rolled up carpet were also on the garage floor that no one ever removed. Both king beds were VERY uncomfortable and loud. You could not even sit on the edge without sounding like a whoopie cushion!! Also upon arrival, the hot tub was NOT heated. ACO informed us that we needed to pay for the "heat" to be turned on. No where in the listing did it mention the hot tub not being heated, only the pool. The pool and hot tub were very dirty, the jets didn't work properly on the hot tub and the water level was very low. The screened area around the pool has several large holes, making it very easy for critters to be walking around it, along with their feces! The pool deck was filthy! A pool technician was sent out and informed us the pump to the hot tub was broken and would need another technician, another day to come fix it. This was now going onto day 3 of our vacation! We were very dissapointed as we were very much looking forward to this vacation with our family! ACO advertised 24/7 customer care which was also a lie! In the end, VRBO ended up relocating us and filing a formal complaint to ACO, in which we had to pack everything up and move to a townhome for 48 hours, and then to a final destination! So much for a stress free family vacation! This ruined an entire week of our Florida vacation! This home was no where near what it looked like online! Completely falsely advertised yet no one seemed to care! STILL waiting to hear about a refund, as this is completely unacceptable!

Ive vacationed in Florida since I was 8 with family and I am now 26 with my own family and I must say that this company and home was the worst experience I’ve ever had! I called days before our check in date to make sure that everything was going to run smoothly when my family and I arrived from Atlanta. I emailed the company to ask about having our pool heat and hot tub heated on feb 6th no one responded! and my trip was not until feb 22nd that’s more than enough days for someone to reach back out or at least respond to my email! I called the company a day before arrival to make sure we would not have any issues with the gate code or having our pool heated . The woman on the phone stated that she did not have the answers to those questions and would be putting in a request to have someone to call me NO ONE EVER CALLED . The company did not answer the phone until I called over 30 times . Once I finally got some one on the phone she stated that it would be another 200 dollars to have pool heat BUT the contract said 40 dollars, She also stated that I should have asked sooner when I explained to her that I made the request when booking in a message she didn’t seem to care and continued to tell me it would take a day for it to heat and since my stay wouldn’t be too long I should go with out what I requested! She did mention the hot tub in the neighborhood but we wanted the one that we paid for in our house! We chose this house because of the hot tub and to not it have was disappointing! The house was nice but the walls almost every where had marks on the walls,the master bedroom had stains on the chair in front of the bed there are a few thing outdated in the home. The cleaning crew could do a better job! We also had trouble opening the door they should have clear instructions my family and I were outside for 45 minutes trying to figure out how to get into the house! I called the company 20more times someone finally answered to help get the door open ! You all should really consider having a new company answering those phones!
