Eugenia Avenue is the most iconic street on Kiawah Island. At 54 Eugenia, you will appreciate the convenience of being steps from the beach, the charm of the Lowcountry live oak trees draping over the street and the over a half acre home site on which this fabulous 5 bedroom home (including two master suites, a sizable private pool and bunk bedroom) is situated on! When you step inside the home, you are welcomed with an abundance of natural sunlight with a massive skylight and vaulted ceilings. The kitchen has been updated with new cabinetry, granite counter-tops, stainless appliances and pendant lighting. Step inside the front door of the home and you have an abundance of natural sunlight with a massive skylight and vaulted ceilings. One of the home's two master suites and two of the guest bedroom suites are located off of the living room area. The open layout of the house connects the living room to the dining room, kitchen and another seating area near the kitchen. The second master suite is located near the family room and kitchen. The 5th bedroom, which is a bunk bedroom, is located on the second floor just off of the kitchen, hallway bathroom and laundry room. You can access the back porch, sundeck and pool area from the living room, seating area near the kitchen and one of the home's two master suites.

So I booked this house for a 5 night stay, and it coincided with Tropical Storm Debby rolling through. I paid a premium price for this home, and the host and management company did not deliver a premium product.
We wanted to BBQ, and upon uncovering the grill, I discovered it was in complete disrepair. In fact it was barely operable....grates that had caked on grease residue, exposed gas burners.
There was also no speakers anywhere in the house to play music with a Bluetooth connection. I found that odd, and the TV setup are all Roku boxes, with limited Live TV.
One of the main king bedrooms had pool floats left inside, and for a 5 night stay I believe the hosts left us with exactly 5 Cascade pods for the dishwasher and 6 garbage bags. It seemed a frugal approach to what was advertised as an exceptional House for rent. Im not quite sure what they believed we might do with extra dishwashing detergent and garbage bags.
The beach towels were also rather small and flimsy.
I believed I was paying for a 5 star home near the beach and in my humble opinion it was more of a 2 1/2 to 3 star experience.

We had a wonderful time staying just steps away from the beach! The house was so clean a beautiful!! We have a son with special needs and there was beach access very close by that we were able to walk to from our house. Also the pool was very accessible (no steps!)

We had a fantastic time during our stay in Kiawah. The house was beautiful, clean and welcoming. In addition to beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms, there are tons of seating areas for casual activities, meals, drinks and games. The location, just a short boardwalk to the beach is perfect and there is real privacy on a huge, beautiful beach. The iTrip staff is very attentive and provide all the information needed to enjoy the stay.

This house was perfect for our extended family of 10! The layout of this house is wonderful. It's literally a minute walk to the beach. The pool was also perfect. If we could stay here every year for our family vacation we would. You will not regret it!

This was a great home! It was very clean, furniture was very nice, the beds were comfortable...even the pillows. The pool was great, was across the street from the beach entrance. The team was great with getting back to us right away with a few small issues. Small things I would suggest .... a few more towels in the bathrooms, and a few new pans. The Teflon was coming off a few and I don't like to use them once that happens. Also, if there were some cleaning supplies (comet, Windex....) under the sink I would have been happy to scrub the kitchen sink and the bottoms of the pots. But over all it was a great house and a great family reunion. Ages 1 yr to 70 years.

The house was amazing! Very beautiful furnishings-top notch. Lots of space for multiple families. We saw a buck traveling through the backyard every day. It was a little to cool to use the pool but we enjoyed grilling and sitting outside. The gas fire pit was also enjoyed by all.

Eugenia was perfect for our large family get-together! From the inviting facade to the gorgeous rooms and decor, we felt relaxed through and through, with plenty of gathering spaces so we weren't on top of one another. The massive dining table
was vital for our crew and the back family room turned into a puzzle room. The location is great for walks to the beach, The Nest for breakfast and The Sanctuary for afternoon tea. Communication with the owners was courteous, clear and in a timely manner. We had so much fun and made so many wonderful memories! We hope to come again to this relaxing and beautiful oasis!

We had a blissfully relaxing getaway in this super clean beach home. It is steps from beach and has a terrific layout — the house has a great mix of indoor & outdoor gathering spaces as well as private areas for downtime. We appreciated the top notch communications and responsiveness of the management company. We cannot say enough good things about our experience. We will be returning to this home.

Great house, great location. Perfect for travelling with our kids and another family. Close to ocean, tennis, pickle ball, and of course golf. Everyone had a great time. The house was clean and in great condition. Nice common living room for gathering with a smaller cozier more private area for peace and quiet. Didn’t use the pool but it was clean and well taken care of. Kitchen had everything that was needed and separate bar area and refrigerator was a convenient touch. Would stay again!

Our entire family had a fantastic stay in Eugenia for a memorable vacation. With fifteen people including two little ones , the home was super by allowing everyone ample space. Privacy and a quiet environment made us feel at home. Access to the beach was simple and quick. Enjoy!

We have rented this property many years and it is perfect for our family. We love the proximity to the beach, the set up of the house (especially the bunk room for the kids), and the pool. The large dining table is just the right size for our group of twelve too. We will continue us to rent this particular house..perfect for our group!

From start to finish, this was a fantastic experience. The communication and instructions received prior to and during the rental period were top notch and very helpful. The inside of the house impressed the whole group with ample rooms and bathrooms for all of us. Beautiful decor! The pool was a big hit for the kids and adults. Path to the ocean was right across the street and the beaches were beautiful. I can't think of anything that didn't work or was out of place. Thank-you for a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful stay over Spring Break. The house is beautifully appointed with more than enough room for 2 families to spread out. The location is stellar with beach access right across the street and a quick bike ride along the paths for coffee, ice cream or time at the playground. We couldn’t have been happier and will be looking to rent again.

We had 8 ladies stay for a long weekend. The house is beautifully done with modern touches. Beds were comfortable and very nice baths. One thing we felt that needs attention was lighting on the front porch. It was hard to even see the pad to put the code in after dark. We had a very nice weekend and would definitely rent again.

We enjoyed ran and relaxed at your house. So near the beach and starting/finishing line of the 2022 Marathon. Our large group had cozy places to sleep and so many gathering spots in the house and on the pool deck to sit chat and spend time together. We traveled with a group of ten adults and this property was perfectly set up with five bedrooms and five bathrooms. No one needed to share with another couple and everyone was very comfortable. There are plenty of places to socialize throughout the house with ample seating. Access to two refrigerators was wonderful as we used one for drinks and the other for food. The property is directly across the street from beach access and the pool deck was a nice place to relax as well. The home was very comfortable, clean and accessible. The owners were very responsive and helpful as well. I would highly recommend this property.

The house is newly renovated and super comfortable for a large party. Great space for young adults to have a separate area to hang out. Plenty of room. Only slight suggestion would be to update some of the kitchen items like toaster and sharp knives.

We have vacationed at Kiawah for many years and we love the island! 54 Eugenia is the perfect property for our family. We love the great location..super close beach access, centrally located on island, close to bike paths. The renovations on this home are so nice. Some of our favorite features were the outdoor shower, two refrigerators and two dishwashers, wonderful bunk room for the children, and of course the pool! There were lots of living spaces to spread out and the whole house was very open and just perfect for our family. We look forward to our next visit to 54 Eugenia!

House was clean...however, I am picky & quickly noticed cobwebs, & crumbs in kitchen drawers & lipstick on wine glasses. But this did not diminish our weekend at all!

What can we say....this property was everything we had hoped for. Just steps from the beach allowed us the flexibility to get there quickly or use the pool at the house. We rented bikes and road around the island and really enjoyed our family time. We Highly recommend
