Stanza abbastanza grande. Frigo in camera.

Wonderful stay - big rooms, balcony, clean, comfortable, good location tucked away in a quiet area, close to great cafes and a beautiful property surrounded by trees. Highly recommend!!

It's a very peaceful and quiet place. Generally I think that it is good place to stay for the money that you pay. But there are a few things that you should notice...
This place is located far from everywhere and they don't have enough bikes for all guests. Shop where you can rent bike is in 2km. They don't accept cards and dollars. There is no hot water in the shower and no flush in the toilet (you should use bucket)

great location, friendly owner, clean bungalow and good value for koh Kood!
poor lighting inside the bungalow, bathroom needs to be refurbished, no decent helmets when you rent a bike.

The staff were very flexible when I had to make changes to my booking. It was easy rent a scooter from the guesthouse. Having my own fridge and warm water meant I could make my own breakfast.
No mosquito net for the bed, and in the first bungalow they gave me the window's mosquito net was absolutely torn apart. The level of cleanliness didn't meet my expectations for the price I was paying, I even had a cockroach visitor.
2.5
Quiet location.
No drink making facility in rooms. No internet in rooms and only at reception during the day. No daily cleaning of rooms. Dangerous walkways especially for kids.

Found this place the day before our arrival through booking . Not far from boat docks and had a bar next door . Newer buildings and nice room . Owner also didn’t mind us extending our stay one more day last minute which worked perfect for us .
Unfortunately the beds were so firm that we couldn’t stay any longer because we lost sleep . We are used to firm Thai beds but this was even more firm lol .

I liked everything. Room was cosy, clean and quaet. Rented a scooter for better price with PD. You can borrow snorceling mask for a small tip, and they have complimentary coffe and tea on reception area. All great. Thank you. Will come back for shure.

Beautiful place run by a very nice, friendly and lovely couple. We'll definitely come back!
Some guests were very rude making too much noise at night not respecting this is a peaceful place.

It’s a lovely setting with rooms around the garden area. There are different rooms & sizes to suit varying budgets.
There are a number of resturant’s nearby so you don’t have to walk back into the main area for food & drinks. There is a bar called Barlist close to the Guesthouse too.
The owners are helpful & lovely people.
Nothing we don’t like, just hints & tips…I’d say ideally you need motorbikes for the location & Koh Kood as a whole as no taxi service. However plus side is you can rent these from PD Guesthouse.

The lady that runs the place is amazing, very friendly and helpful.
We had a basic bungalow, no air con but we didn't need it, fan was fine. Lovely setting around the garden.

the owner is a nice lady
not soo clean a bit dusty here and there

Location is not too bad, super close to an amazing waterfall where you can go every morning for an early swim.
The staff is nice and you can pretty much get everything from the lobby (food, motorbikes, book trips etc)
The beds are extremely uncomfortable, the toilet was super humid and full or ants, the shower doesn’t have hot water and you won’t get wifi in your room, you’ll need to go to the lobby if you want a semi solid network (data signal is poor).

The lady who welcome me was very nice and helpful
The location : 15mn walk to the beach, and 5mn from a small shop
Quiet and pleasant area
Very good and nice little restaurant just above
Cold showers
Very hard mattress
Very old towel (u could almost see through it)
I honestly had better for cheaper in some other places in Thailand, but I cannot say it was bad either

The property was 15 min walk from the beach (which had amazing sunsets!) There was a shop on location which was handy for water, beer, etc. A few restaurants & an ATM within walking distance also. The room itself was basic enough but it was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful in ordering us a taxi the next day.

Good calue for the money and nice bar and restaurant nearby.
I little far from the beach, but close to the relaxing waterfall :-)
