The bedroom was tidy
The host downstairs were so noisy till 4:30am so we couldn't sleep. The shared bathroom was dirty. The pictures didn't match the property. It didn't say the host stayed there. It was a terrible experience overall.

The overall location of the property was fine, can't say very good, and can't say it was bad. House was clean but very noisy. People were talking the whole night, almost till 5 am. I don't recommend it if you want a place to sleep well.
I booked a single room and the title was "Deluxe Single Room" When I entered the room, it was a single bed (nothing like the word Deluxe suit here). My feet almost touched the LCD at the other end of the bed. You can barely stand if you have a small bag with you. I measured the dimensions and it was around 1.6 meters wide and 7.7 meters in length. Totally uncomfortable. In addition, the power outlet with the bed was very difficult to reach due to a lack of space with the bed and side table. However, the House owner seems to be a good person and the place was very cozy.

this property should be clearly listed as a home stay, it’s a room in someone’s residency and its not clearly stated in their listing.
if this is what you want, fair enough, but it should clearly be stated in their information, not pretend is a hotel room.

If you look for a decent place to sleep at a convienent price this is the accomodation that you are looking for especially if you are not fussy. Clean room and house, friendly hoist. There is a possibility to park outside. It is a shared house with shared bathroom but respecting your privacy. I did have a good sleep.

Ambient place and very friendly staff. Wi-fi good. Hygiene space to live. Must try when you visit east London.

The room was very nicely decorated and put together, and my 1-night stay was very pleasant despite the short time. Everything was very clean and tidy, and I felt at home.
The host is very friendly, but a little too informal. As I was travelling for work, and on a tight schedule, I prefer simple snappy communication to keep things strictly business. A few minor things:
1. The accommodation doesn't offer payment via the booking platform, which would be a huge convenience if it did. Instead, I had to spend a lot of time trying to transfer money to the host's bank account, and the host overlooked the price and didn't consider the Genius discount, so there was some confusion over the amount.
2. The property offers free parking, but this is really street parking if you can find it (I found a space in an adjacent street). There is a driveway, but this can't really be used if the host needs it.
3. There is no shower head holder for the bath shower. You have to hold it manually above your head. For this reason, I skipped the shower, and chose to use the shower at my work instead.
The above are really minor issues. Overall the property is a great place to stay.
