Breakfast was excellent. The room was a little dated but very generous in size

Location good
Lovely and clean

We booked a room with a view. The view did not disappoint but the room was quite small. We only stayed for the night so it wasn't an issue. Not sure I would have been comfortable if it had been for longer than 2 nights.
The hotel was a bit run down and could do with a lick of pain and a bit of a face lift.

Fantastic position… Room had a wonderful view, clean, comfortable bed
Decor a little dated…

Location
Room was on a slant wall paper coming off the wall and ceiling

Location, view, relaxed atmosphere, nice sized room. Friendly staff. Reasonable parking not too far away.
Bit of a maze to get to our room. Restaurant not smelling very fresh. Breakfast was alright, but watery fruit juice and poor coffee.

Perfect welcome friendly clean and lovely modern rooms great value

Close to beach and shops, pubs and restaurants in Tenby
Reception, hotel entrance and bar area very dated.
3.6
Friendly staff central position
To be honest one hour for breakfast is way to short especially if the hotel is full.
It was awful to be honest the the sausage and bacon must have been pre cooked most hotels have a minimum of two hours so the food is cooked fresh

Friendly staff.
Firstly which disturbed us... Blood on the walls in our hotel room!?!
Paid for Seaview room but full of bird p**p so could not see the view! The room we received was nothing like the photos on booking.com at all! Other peoples Doors slammed so loud in the night could not sleep good or early. The hotel staff were nice, suppose they normally cater for OAPS, which makes sense. Great if your deaf, over 70 and love a bit of bingo.

Good view, good location
Like a maze inside trying to find our room, Through fire doors with no suggestion room was further beyond that door, Lots of ups and downs as so many levels on each floor
Room was a VERY small double,(Room 9, not sure if it was floor 3 or 4) should have been a single bed, Floors uneven
Breakfast wasn't up to much. Told to attend between 2am and 8.30 as there was a bus trip in, Got ther at 9am and had the dried up leftovers it seems as no one else there
3.6
Location and the fact it had a singer

Location was amazing. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were very good, some of them better than other. View from the window was stunning. The manager is very kind and helpful.
Breakfast starts late (at 8am) it would be great if it starts at least at 7:30 for people who travel.
Receptionist lady is not helpful at all, neither polite. The lobby needs refurbishment.
