Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt bei einem fantastischen Gastgeber!

Super saubere, geräumige Zimmer mit großem Balkon. Das ganze Haus war wunderbar und wirkte wie gerade erst neu erbaut. Besonders hervorzuheben war aber Ivano, der Herr dieses B&B. Ein wunderbarer Mensch, dem man es anmerkte, dass für ihn das Wohlergehen seiner Gäste an erster Stelle stand. Er servierte jeden Morgen persönlich das Frühstück und lud uns an einem Abend sogar in seine Taverna zum Grillen ein! Obwohl er nur italienisch spricht, war die Kommunikation mit ihm unproblematisch, da er sich immer ausreichend Zeit nahm um alles zu klären (im Zweifelsfall mithilfe einer Übersetzungs-App). Am ersten Tag fuhr er uns sogar mit dem Auto ins Stadtzentrum und zeigte uns dabei auch die Bushaltestellen, die wir für spätere Fahrten benötigten. Obwohl sich das B&B etwas abgelegen am Rande eines Industriegebietes befindet, kann das Zentrum Pescaras von dort problemlos mit dem Bus erreicht werden. Die nächste Haltestelle der Linie 6 befindet sich nur etwa 500m entfernt (fährt relativ direkt Stadzentrum und Bahnhof an und dann sogar weiter bis Montesilvano). Auch der Flughafen ist nur etwa 1km entfernt. Lärm ist trotzdem kaum ein Thema, da das Haus seitlich der Landebahn und daher nicht in der Einflugschneise liegt (ohnehin gibt es dort nur wenige Starts und Landungen am Tag). Auch die Straße beim Haus ist nachts nur wenig befahren und auch im Industriegebiet wird nur vom Vormittag bis zum frühen Abend gearbeitet (aber auch dann kaum hörbar). Der ganze Aufenthalt war eine Freude. Falls wir wieder mal nach Pescara kommen, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten!

Es gibt nichts Negatives zu berichten.

It was one of the cleanest rooms which I ever visited. Locality is very good, once you need to go early in the morning to the airport. The owner does not speak English very well, but he was very kind. Shower cosmetics are better than in more expensive hotels.

The mattress was really soft. The room has an AC, but if you don't like to sleep while running AC, it is impossible to sleep there, because outside there are a lot of shining lights, so curtness is on windows and it is hot in the room.

Overall, my stay at this bed and breakfast was a delightful experience. The hosts were gracious and accommodating, the room was comfortable and clean . I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

It is an amazing B&B really close to the Airport. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. What a super apartment.

Lovely hosts, beautiful and comfortable house and homey ambience!

Everything was great! The whole house was so clean, modern and beautiful. There was even a pool in the backyard! The hosts were so kind enough to pick us up from Pescara Centrale and to bring us to the airport for our flight. The breakfast was more than enough for 2 people. The coffee was great! Above all else, the hosts were very warm, welcoming and accommodating! Such lovely people!

Although the house is not very accessible, the hosts were kind enough to offer transportation ad part of your stay.
