Despite the few challenges, I enjoyed my stay.

The quiet was very satisfying and the meals were delicious and very good portions. The host at the restaurant was very friendly.

The first day, the room floor was dusty, food waiting time was long especially first day and breakfast sheet was not provided to me without asking. This led to getting breakfast later than I needed. Also, access to the restaurant door was not convinient, sometimes I would wait to be let in or out, the receptionist was not always available

The security guard at the main door tried very hard to be helpful- pity the general odds were against him.

There was never hot water during our stay!! The breakfast can be improved on. The hospitality in generally poor- there was no one to receive us at reception. The security guard at the main door often doubled as the receptionist.

Serene environment Casual friendly staff Proximity to Nairobi The food was delicious Late check out Free parking Environment conducive for some alone time if you are not looking to engage in activities Seemed like there was a strong community sense. Majority guests are Hindu

Parking should have canopy Safety concerns- the balcony sliding door couldn't close Priority service given to foreigners. There was little staff support unless you ask for help. Nothing much to do outside of golfing activities. Outdoor picnic spaces would have been nice Waiting time on food orders was crazy You have to select breakfast options the day before so a little rigidity there No balcony furniture Hotel location on google maps isn't updated TV didn't work Didn't seem as clean as you'd expect a hotel to be. But also wasn't overtly dirty

Great golf course! Lovely suites but poor services in the suites

The rooms are exquisite

The night we checked in, a watchman checked us into our rooms. There were no other staff at reception. When we needed towels or additional staff, the watchman had to bring them to our room (this was just wrong on so many levels and really lowered my opinion of the property). The room was booked for two but one set of slippers, towels? toothbrush was available The towels that we left to be removed because they were wet were left folded in a drawer Bad reception and bad housekeeping basically! the breakfast also very unimpressive

Good breakfast and friendly and helpful reception

We were not informed by booking that the hotel is a construction site . The reason for choosing the hotel was also the swimming pool , but this pool was a messy construction plot without water. A lot of construction work was going on. in the late evening and early morning we Heard very loud radio as somebody in the hall switched on the radio , the acoustic is very bad from hall to rooms. After checking out we were waiting 2 hours for our pick up but then we were asked to leave the restaurant Terrasse without telling us why.

Very good

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Also the staff was quite helpful.

Being a membership club,the staff at the restaurant seemed to prioritize the members at the expense of the other guests.
