Gerne wieder!

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Wir kamen am Abend spät an und sie hat sogar noch ein leckeres Abendessen mit lokalen Spezialitäten gekocht! Die Lage ist ruhig in einem kleinen Dorf neben Mestia. Das Zimmer ist gut und es gibt eine gemütliche Stube. Sie spricht ein bisschen Englisch und fliessend Russisch.

We want to see the real life in Mestia, so we did not stay dirwcly inside the touristic center. Exo-cozy house is one of the best place to be part of a real sweet Swan family. In the garden you are neighbour with a living Swan tower, in a clean animals surrounded with out any bad smell. Friendly Charly shepperd makes all our days with smiling. Have a flass of local wine in the sun set in the garden with the variety of flowers makea our day. The food is upon your request ar prepared by local ingredients. Also lobby ias decorated with real wood carved furnitures also you can use it not just for looking. Also at the loby there are very intersting local information books they have. We really like to be part of thia cosy family in 2 days Mestia stay. Thank you to share your life with us, ı hope we had a change again to visit you...

Beautiful Stay with a tricky location.

Big Rooms with comfy beds. The fireplace was awesome and the hosts were warm and supportive. Especially the elderly man, he was awesome. Overall a beautiful and satisfying stay.

Location was a bit tricky as maps shows us a different location so you have to contact the host to get the correct road, There is a dog in the compound and there were no signs, we got startled but the dog is trained.

Pefect staff, location, food,... almost everything. Location is not in Mestia, it's actually in a small village nearby, but we were aware of that and we didn't have any problems with it. The hosts are extremely kind and generous. I suggest trying their dinner, it was very delicious!!!

The only problems were the dogs, that were really aggresive and were trying to bite us everytime we would be leaving and entering the apartment. It was veeery scary. We are usually against keeping the dogs on chains, however when they are aggresive like these ones were, we really think it's necessary, and these dogs were running free around the property..

Good experience. Strong recommendation

Very friendly and helpful staff. They helped us to solve some of our problems with the car. Room was very clean and well equipped. Breakfast was homemade and very tasty.

It was a little bit cold at night even though we had the electric heater on all night.

Authentic guest house with friendly hosts and possibility to order dinner

The guest house is situated In the middle of an ancient village Lashtkhveri. The ehuis is very authentic, but the part for the guests is nicely decorated and clean. We ordered dinner almost each day. It was very convenient, and the food was very tasty and abundant. Dinner costs 25 GEL per person, an excellent value! It was the nicest accommodation we stayed in our 3 week trip in Georgia.

Fab guest house in rural Svaneti

Homely guest house with fab breakfast included in great price. Comfy beds and nice shower room. They were kind enough to let us leave our big bags while we trekked and return to get them after for no additional cost.

The place is 3km from Mestia which can make getting the marshutka a little more difficult, but we managed okay. The dogs barked and were a little scary!

Amazing place in Mestia with a great and friendly owners !

Amazing warm feeling , great owners , super helpful and friendly , helped us a lot , the breakfast and dinner were amazing ! loved that place. Great view from the window Great value for money.

The location is a bit far from the city center , its great if you have a car , if not - taxi is needed.

Cozy and clean room, amazing hosts caring about you and making your stay comfortable. Great location: it is only 3 km to the center of Mestia. And of course, delicious homemade food - breakfast price is included to the room rate and you may order dinner which is very cheap in comparison with restaurant food.

Wonderful farm in the mountains just below Mestia

Off the beaten path, enjoy the garden, farm animals and quiet beautiful views with a well equipped room and bathroom. Home made breakfasts were unbelievable and the hosts helped us book a horseback ride tour that wasn’t too expensive. Lovely food from the garden, we loved how relaxing the location was, a short drive to mestia, we stayed another night!

For Google maps, you need to go up toward mestia a bit further (past the house) then turn down the next dirt road. A bit hard to find and I think the host that sometimes is there and speaks English wasn’t, but we made it in the end! Maybe ask before hand so they can write to you.

Superb

Facilities were really nice, clean, everything renovated in the recent years. The heating is a big plus, especially during autumn time 😉 The breakfast was tasty and different meals every day. The dog was funny too, joined us everyday on our hike. Hopefully he got home back safely, as during one of the hikes he just turned back, thinking maybe that we are crazy to. To a whole day hike with 25 kms and 1900m elevation gain 😜

Well, the guesthouse is outside of Mestia, the walk from the city center is around 3 kms long, and not the most pleasant ones, next to the highway. However, of course it is clearly stated in the description. On the other hand you get the nice village atmosphere 😉 Also, unfortunately there is a language barrier, English is not spoken. However, we always managed to get to the conclusion. A little bit of Russian and "international language" solves the issue. Many reviewers mentioned that the family is very welcoming and nice. Unfortunately we did not experience that that much, we barely met with the owners. Maybe it was also because of the language barrier. It is not to criticise them, they were not rude, don't get me wrong, just we expected more based on the reviews.

Very good breakfast! We started our hiking trip to Ushguli from the guesthouse . No problem to leave the car in the garden.
