Great Location next to the high street.
The apartment is really lovely. Love the decor. Everything you could possibly want. Cosy & comfortable.
There is nothing not to like.

We loved everything about our stay. My kids marked it a 100/10 and wanted to stay again for the night.

Sehr schön eingerichtet, gemütlich, gute Lage, sehr sauber
Dusche ohne Trennwand, leider war nach dem duschen das ganze Badezimmer nass

It was well located with nearby facilities. The interior was pretty (for the but’s see remarks).
The fire doors were highly impractical and heavyweight. Not all appliances were there (including the bluetooth speaker). The shower wasn’t practical either, if you used it the toilet and the sink would both be wet too from any spray. And although marketed for six occupants that is a big stretch. It would sleep six, yes, but not comfortably house them for longer than half an hour.

Ontbijt n.v.t.
Locatie aan een doorgaande weg. Maar behoorlijk geïsoleerd huis.
Nette gedeelde badkamer
Zitplaatsen voor 4 zijn beperkt.

Nicely presented apartment
Right on the high st. Convenient for shops etc but also it was noisy, particularly when the co-op got a delivery at 6am

Lovely deco, very inviting and comfortable
Party below, a few stains on headboard and sofa. Bed is quite small

Great location, beautiful decor with wonderfully quirky colour schemes. Cosy and comfortable .
There were only 3 coffee mugs in an apartment for 4 people.
4.4
Studio flat was cosy with decent kitchen and bathroom.
Blinds were not good at keeping out light and some windows had no blinds. View from the kitchen was of a neighbours dumped rubbish. Expensive for what it was.
4.4
Great location. Lovely place. Comfortable. Clean.
The shower didn’t drain properly and meant a wet bathroom floor
4.4
Lovely apartment, perfect for our two night stay.
Living room seating not quite enough for four adults.
4.4
Perfect location in town opposite a supermarket. Very stylish and high quality interior and furnishings. The staff were very helpful and responsive. Excellent value for money too.
Bathroom needs a mirror

We booked the apartment last minute. The owners were very quick to respond to our questions. The location was great. The rooms were comfortable and clean.
The shower was a wet room with no shower enclosure.
4.4
A beautiful and fully equipped property. Perfectly located near the train station and supermarket, and private parking at the rear of the property,
We didn’t feel comfortable with the transparent glass panes around the door, we felt it lacked privacy so we ended up covering it up at night. A blind or frosted glass at least would be much more comfortable.

Great apartment. Loved the decor. Comfy beds. Quiet location
All great

The flat is very comfortable and clean. Appliances and cooling tools are very qualitative. It is located in the city center and Kingussie is a very charming place. You have all commodities next to the apartment (grocery, cafe, restaurants…). I highly recommend this place!
Our flat was at the ground floor and was a little dark but not a big issue!

We really liked the colourful interior and modern facilities
The bathroom/shower was nice
Central in the village/town so convenient
Couldn't hear other guests in their apartments or in the corridor
private off road parking was good
Prompt response to any queries we had was much appreciated
spacious bedrooms, good sofa bed
Road noise/co-op lorries unloading in the morning
no where to put/hang keys, bags, coats and shoes in the hallway
fire doors were VERY squeaky and noisy/slammed. Maybe some oil?!
no hooks in the bathroom
no bag / suitcase rack
no drawers or dressing table
kitchen worked but was bijou
it was expensive for what it was

Amazing place very comfortable department close to all services in the city a great place to stay if you plan to do routes around.

A fantastic place to stay and an ideal location to explore Cairngorms. The service from check-in and throughout our stay was great. Apartment was very clean and comfortable, the decor, the amenities, private parking, all in all an excellent stay.
Private parking, a good kitchen, 2 mins to co-op grocery store.

Comfortable apartment in the center of Kingussie. Right across from the COOP which was handy.
The building is not very sound proof, doors close with a loud bang which isn't great if your neigbours arrive at 2330 and keep dropping the door behind them with a loud slam while unpacking. Also sounds reverberate through the walls, like young kids who were at 2230 (bedtime anyone?) still playing with a ball in the next door room.
Also the electrical vehicle charger in the parking behind the building is not operational (and it doesn't look like it ever has been, the device number on it belongs in the app to a unit in London (???)) so don't count on using that.

We loved the decor and the facilities. The kitchen was well fitted out. The bed was comfy, and the shower was great. The location is a nice pit stop for if you want a little luxury on your trip up north. But Kingussie is a bit limited with no entertainment and few options for food and drinks. The papartment overall was excellent, and I would recommend it to friends and family.
There were only a couple little wear and tear bits such as the blind above the bed falling down but I can't really fault the level of attention in general. High marks

I’m very astonished by the cleanliness of the apartment and I enjoyed the quiet small town’s atmosphere. On the other hand, the hospitality of the citizens is amazing me as well.
The magnetic Oven didn’t work. Those appliances and equipment should be checked OK before the customers check in.

The apartment is in the center of town, there is a Coop store just opposite of the road, and convenient car park. It’s very cozy and well decorated, The kitchen in living room is very clean and tidy.

Had everything we needed. Was clean and tidy.
We thought the bed was a bit on the small side. Narrow mainly, thankfully we’re not tall people as is was short too.
4.4
We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was lovely, modern and clean with everything you could need. There’s a co-op and coffee shop at the front of the property which is perfect to pick up some food etc. Location was great too, 20mins away from everything we wanted to see ie. The green loch. I will be booking again in the future.
Nothing

Our apartment was finished to a very high standard , very comfortable and we wish we had stayed longer , our apartment had a leak so we were transferred to a smaller apartment with apologies and partial refund but it didn’t spoil our stay
We loved it , it was previously a police station and the refurbished has done a great job, good eye for design and colour
We had no problems
The place felt quite luxurious
Maybe would have liked a wee welcome pack with milk and a biscuit or something , I travelled from Newcastle and it would have been nice to have a cup of tea when we arrived

We stayed in the Queens lodge - everything about it was perfect 👌🏻☺️ Highly recommend ☺️
4.4
Beautifully furnished wee ground floor apartment with easy access.
No hand soap or bath gel.
Struggled with setting up sofa bed and bedding. Earlier request for help went unanswered.
Having an internal door chain lock would have made it feel more secure.
4.4
Well appointed, comfortable apartments. Easy to access and well located near cafes, a small supermarket etc. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom was large with good quality fittings.
The bedrooms, at least in the apartment we stayed in, were tiny, with the bed taking up all the space in the room - I couldn't even walk around it - I had to climb / roll over the bed to access the other side of the room. I'd say even though it was a double bed, it really can accommodate only one average sized adult comfortably. The other small quibble i have is the otherwise large and excellently designed bathroom did not feature a single hook to hang up a towel or clothes.

Kitchen
Traffic noise 😠

Beautiful decor, dog friendly
No blinds or curtains

Location is good.
Facts: their listed contact number was for a person on holiday. No emails were ever replied to. Booking messaging was inoperable for their booking on my side. I called and emailed several times but I could not access the property and they took 2 days to respond. I had to book elsewhere and they have refused a refund. They believe they need only use messaging and their failure to be contactable through other means is irrelevant. They also believe this "service" was worth the full >£500. I cannot speak for the actual property beyond location - however the host's lack of integrity might affect other visitors if they also encounter problems.

We booked the 2-bedroom apartment, a fantastic stay. Would book again in a heartbeat
