My review is bad because after I left I realize I left a work shirt and battery charger in the room. I call and was promised a return call. No call was placed. I went to the hotel. They then claimed to check with the house keepi g and said no shirt (dress shirt with company logo) and battery charger was found. It was my fault that I left the shirt but it was obvious there was no concern. A d obvious that some had taken these items. Horrible service and attitude.

Doors to outside were easily opened without a key card. The doors to the room were difficult to close. Needed to be slammed. Bathroom had a translucent barn door so anyone who used the facilities during the night woke everyone else up with the light.

The room was clean as were sheets and towels. The check in was quick and smooth. There is a bit of noise from surrounding area and hallway. Overall worth the cost and I would book here again.

Priced too high for what you got..no shower caps..no bottled water.... Floor in bathroom cold and didn't look the cleanest ...stain on carpet..very dingy looking ...no night lights... No extras in bathroom...no cups except for Coffee...had to go and ask for glasses for bathroom

Visibly dirty, there were cobwebs in every corner, and a buildup of dust beside the ac unit. major water damage with peeling pain on ceiling in bathroom. In a serious state of disrepair. Not all rooms have a bathtub, even though it states that on the website. The toilet seat wouldnt stay up since the lid of the tank was overhanging too much. Our room was ground level and had a sliding glass door that went outside. It just didnt feel safe.

Bed was fine Room was clean Carpeting has a smelly odour They tried masking it with a spray but it was overbearing the spray and once it wore off it smelled musty and old. I’d suggest removing the carpet entirely in these rooms.

Door to our balcony would not open so we could not sit outside in the evening. Coffee maker and coffee in the room but no cups to make a cup of coffee so what’s the point?

Customer service was great. We found the rooms tired, our socks were black from walking on the carpet. Did not like the frosted glass barn door for the bathroom, the light lit up the room at night when the light was on.

The hotel is very conveniently close to the highway which made it accessible. Also locally about 10 minutes drive away to downtown/waterfront and sites. The property is clean and well maintained. The mini gym is also convenient to get some workout in while you're here. We stayed at ground floor which is same level as parking and is conveniently accessed through a balcony door making loading and reloading your stuff a breeze. We also had a pet and there js some grass in the area so very convenient for the furbaby as well. Our bathroom door wont fully close and the balcony door handle was broke but would still so I guess thats okay. The linen smelt bad though like vinegar sour smell. Maybe they clean the sheets with vinegar. It was sour smell I did not like. Staff was okay, just doing their job minding their own business. This is a 2 star I dont get other reviews some people expect 5 star on a 2 star hotel. I would stay here again because its so convenient, clean and comfortable. For me its a 4 out of 5.

It felt like a dingy hotel in a scary area. There wasn’t security at the doors (back entrance/exit doors) and the parking lot was far from the main office. The bed sheets were damp.

Employee at the front tried to charge me $826 for “security deposit” after i already paid $700 for the room upfront. Also informed me before checking in that they had a lot of crime and it was a “high crime area” which wouldve been nice to know before booking. I was there for a week and my room got cleaned maybe once. Definitely never staying there again and do not reccomend anyone else does either.

Bed was comfortable. Our room was cleaned thoroughly before we got it there were wrappers on the floor. The alarm had been set by someone and went off in the morning at 6 am. The rooms are not very sound proof you could hear everything happening in the room upstairs. As well the room was very humid to the point the carpet felt damp.

We will never stay here again. The carpet was disgusting, it was super damp and smelt weird. The room smelt like mold. We were on the bottom floor which had a sliding door to the outside. No screen to protect from insects coming inside etc. Bugs in the bathroom. Door barely shut properly. The sheets etc felt damp the whole time due to lack of air flow. Disgusting. Never again.

Great place if you just want a comfy bed, and quiet clean room to sleep in, and not much else. The pool is across the parking lot at the second hotel building- not super convenient, but available if you want to use it. The building is older, and could probably use some repairs- however the staff was working hard to keep it clean, and the rooms were updated nicely.

Run down and dirty. Garbage bin by the back with a bunch of stained mattresses thrown in. Possible infestation? Shower not real clean, hair stuck in drain. Security in stairwell all night, lots of traffic during night, not sure who was coming in and out and what for…. Maybe get a room by the hour here, not sure.

Quite beautiful and practical at the same time. It would have been nice to have breakfast included.we went to Denny’s- the wait was very long for everything—but the food was very good. We had the pool to ourselves in the morning which we appreciated very much. The coffee maker did not work at all- that would have been great to have coffee… Perhaps more products like bubble bath or bath salts?

I might have missed it in the fine print but having to pay for parking seemed werid to me, we weren’t downtown or where parking was hard to get/limited. I didn’t appreciate that. The building is older and the doors are loud to close so all hours of the day peope leaving you could hear them being slammed. Otherwise room was clean and the staff were friendly and it was nice having Denny’s right there.

This location was very convenient to the 401, the buildings were well-maintained and clean. We found the bed to be very comfortable. I was surprised that at a suburban location. There was a parking surcharge the front desk staff were good but they were having some difficulties with their reservation system.
