Perfect for families! My kids did not want to leave. We had 4 children 8 and under and they had a blast. The rooms were spacious and the amenities were the best. We had an arcade, air hockey, multiple restaurants, heated pools and jacuzzis, cornhole, and more available to us!

Perfect location for me as I took a helicopter tour and their airport was around the corner. The staff was the highlight of this hotel all of their recommendations were great! Aliyah at the front desk was fantastic!!

The restaurant (Desert Lounge and Grill) serves the most horrible food. The steak was rubbery and tasted awful. It was like something you would see in an episode of nightmare kitchen! I had to send it back and the hostess apologized saying that I wasn't the first one to do so. I ordered a burger instead and that was super dry too. Such a horrible experience.

A wonderful stay on our roadtrip, with a great location, minutes from the Grand Canyon. The kids loved the arcade, bowling alley, and indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs. The room was spacious and clean, with nice amenities.

The ac PTac unit made more noice than a plane The walls must be very thin that we could hear people in the toilets very noisy at all times The next day we wanted to use our voucher for breakfast we got to the restaurant 15 minutes before were told they were not serving any more very rude we lost the 50 rewards The more uncomfortable mattress in many stays using Hotels.com

Fantastic. This place was just wonderful for our family. From the smores in the evening, to the game room, the dining, the amenities - just top notch. And it's all in the same building which is awesome. And we didn't even bowl or go to the pool! So so highly recommended.

The staff was very nice and helpful. However, the room wasn’t as nice as we thought it would be. The smell when walking in the room, and in the elevators, was so strong! Almost like a paint/stain smell and that was a big deal for us as we do have a child with chronic asthma. The bed was very uncomfortable and the room felt very old. The coffee maker was also not clean. Overall, just not somewhere we would stay again.

My only complaint is the number of dogs but this is more about one dog. A family left their dog in the room and it barked for the entire time until they finally returned at 2100. The hotel management did nothing about this issue and was not even on site when the family returned. There was almost a brawl in the hallway as the family returned and was as rude as their pet. Hotel did litte to mitigate this issue.

The resort was beautiful. The staff very friendly. Only disappointments was the breakfast buffet being overpriced as well as the games rooms and bowling alley. Also it was disappointing they had already closed down the outside fire place. The heaters could have still been used for evening drinks

A wonderful and comfortable place to stay around the Grand Canyon. There is no place better. The room was spacious, the bathrooms were amazing and the beds were comfortable making for a relaxing place after hiking.

The room and the staff were great however, we had multiple "housekeeping" issues. Multiple items had been overlooked and not restocked. There was no hand soap, then we found that the tissue box was empty, and finally an empty shower gel. Then to top it all off one of our two bath towels was dirty.

We stayed 3 nights to see the Grand Canyon. Perfect location. Easy access to the whole town and the park. Very nice staff. We ate dinner at the restaurant once, and it was very tasty. Food price was consistent with the other places in town. Nice touchbwas free s'mores every night in the patio with the fure pit. Lots of fun.

It was a neat place just minutes from the Grand Canyon. Quite a few things for families to do to enjoy their down time. The one downside: paid for an upgraded room to include the breakfast buffet. The buffet was fine but we were served about 4 ounces (literally) of juice and never saw a waiter again the rest of the meal. Kind of lame for a pricey upgrade.
