Basic hotel, clean, friendly. Older furnishings but was well maintained and clean. Only thing was we were sleeping in and the yard service blowers coming by the front door at 9:30 was obnoxious. But it has to be done and it was after 9 am.

It was clean for an older building and budget-friendly compared to hotels in Boston center. Tub had drainage issues & luckily we didn't need to run the AC/heating unit - looks like it would kick up my allergies.

1 night unplanned stay. Good enough for the night but nothing special. They really need to update the property and rooms. Could use power wash outside and/ or paint outside. Inside,b there are holes in walls plaster, chipped paint, and other damages. AC is very outdated and sooo noisy. Window's don't open, that's just unreasonable in this day & age. Light over 1bed didn't work. Clean enough considering all that.

The most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was stained and dirty. Holes in the walls, dead bugs in the light fixtures, outlets and the tv did not work. Our door looked like it was kicked in then repaired poorly. The shower had mildew and the room smelled like smoke. People were sitting out in parking spots, drinking alcohol, and listening music real loud. We were unable to change rooms due to no availability and there were not available rooms in hotels around. We ended up going to Walmart and buying linen and pillows and not even using the facilities. Couldn’t get out fast enough.

Room very smelly as had had dogs there for a while, they didn't have other rooms & it was midnite almost when we checked in. Fortunately they gave 1/2 price on another night in a different room. Paint peeling on wall also.

Good price, near Boston. Good bed and shower. The room was clean. My only complaint is that it was very smelly (like feet odor). I left the door opened for half an hour to improve it.

We had 2 rooms, the room I was in reeked of a wet dog that had peed in the room. After I complained, the front desk guy came and sprayed the carpet. It didn’t help. Basically the place is a big motel. There was always people hanging around outside of their rooms talking. One idiot woke me up at 5:30 AM one morning talking to someone on his phone outside of his room that was 2 doors away from me. I would only stay here again if I was very desperate or on a very very tight budget.

We checked in late at night on Friday. We stayed till Sunday both going out and returning but no replacement of toiletries, bedsheets, nor sweeping of our room was done. No meals, no beverages. There was only coffee, but I doubt if every single person living in America is a coffee addict.

Checked in very late at almost 1am and the gentleman at the desk was friendly and got me checked in no problem. The double bed was surprisingly comfortable and the room and sink area were clean, but the bathtub had seen better days with a couple of blemishes in the finish. The room was $105 and I feel I got what I paid for.

This property should be shut down by the health department. Dirty / stain bed sheets. Drywall damage in all areas. Hole in the bathroom door. Peeling paint on the walls and ceilings. Bathroom shower base is yellow and peeling. Moldy silicone all around the shower walls. The unit smells like it hasnt been cleaned in years. Very unhealthy for anyone to be staying at this location.

Pictures were much nicer. First room had yellow and black stains on comforter, check in staff was very friendly about getting us another room. Rooms smelled of mildew and very run down. Not much options for food unless you have a vehicle. We managed to stay a night before checking out and staying at a nicer hotel. The low price point is a reflection of what you get. Would not recommend.

I have asthma and I had an asthma attack as soon as I entered the room, the air freshener used in that room brought on the attack. I addressed my situation with Marie at the check in desk, she moved me to another room and I was able to get a wonderful nights rest. Thank you Marie

The staff was friendly and helpful. However the hotel desperately needs updating and repairing. The paint was peeling from the walls in our room. The air conditioner barely worked and mostly blew warm air. The toilet wouldn’t flush half the time and the shower didn’t drain until much later.

Checked in late. Got to room to find that the light over one of the beds did not work, the strip of plugs between the beds did not work, the water out of the tap was hot, the walls around the tub are falling apart, there are large rust stains in the tub and the frame around the door is falling off. The pillows are thin and very firm.
