I recommend staying in this hotel.

The room was fine. Capsule coffee is always available downstairs. Enough place for parking. I didn't have big expectations, and I wasn't surprised by what I saw.

The town is very small and struggling with economic activity a little bit. The shops and restaurants will be closed after 9-10 pm in the area of almost 10 miles around.

Enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again! Really nice man at the front desk 😁

Very clean with coffee available to guests In lobby. Nice tables outside to sit and eat or enjoy your coffee. Quiet neighborhood and not your standard hotel feel.

Very clean and appealing to the eye the temperature in the room was perfect and the people were very nice

Personal freundlich und bemüht. Lage ist sehr gut, zu Fuß sind Geschäfte, Restaurants zu erreichen.

Das Zimmer mit Kingsize Bett im ersten Stock war sehr großzügig, bequem, hell.

Zuerst waren wir im Erdgeschoss in einem Zimmer mit Queensize Bett untergebracht, das klein war und die Fenster ließen sich nicht öffnen (waren wohl schon ewig nicht mehr bewegt worden). Leider funktionierte auch meistens die Schlüsselkarte nicht, was bei spätem Eintreffen am Abend kleine Probleme bereitete.

Pleasant

It was nice. Quiet.

We were told we had to put $100 additional deposit that would be refunded immediately upon check out. It was not. I had contacted them and they told me within 24 hours. It was not. I had contact them again and I was told that it would be 3 to 5 business days. It still has yet to be returned. I will be calling them tomorrow to ask them about the deposit once again. The room itself was already on the more pricey side for two nights and ask for an additional $100 deposit Just seemed like a little overboard.

Pleasant place, working to be better

It was a nice location and walking to stores and restaurants was easy. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The Inn is under renovation, so it's a bit outdated still. However, it will be very nice once finished, the 'bones' of the place are excellent which makes you know soon the place will look amazing.

It was good, would have been harder for a long stay.

I went in with the knowledge this is a small economy motel, and it met those expectations. The desk clerk was very kind and helpful for my stay. I even called her afterward and thanked her - 1st time ever. Also had new air conditioning unit.

Kitchen was un-expectantly closed for updating with no back-ups in place such as vending, coffee bar, pantry, or even drinking glasses in room, although there was a tiny fridge and microwave. No desk chair, desk mostly taken over by tv. No kleenex in room.

Renovations apparently going on. lots of clutter in hallways, no kitchen, no coffee even. There is a big table right outside the check in window where a coffee station could be set up. sadly, no price adjustment for these inconveniences. The woman at check in and check out was pleasant enough.

Undergoing sorely needed renovations; hallways cluttered with vanity, sink replacements and shared kitchen for breakfast is closed.

Staff very pleasant, building in need of repairs and renovations. Price did not match the quality of what was received.

Property location was great and easily accessible.

Good facility (under construction in 2022 Aug) that can improve in a few ways

1) Small, quiet building 2) Attention to cleanliness for reserved rooms by staff-on-duty 3) Well-kept bathrooms 4) Quite descriptive reference notebook about the history of the area in-room

A) Holes in floor by air-conditioning, which seemed dirty B) Tags on mattresses and appliance cords (for lamps, hair dryers, televisions, microwaves, and any other electrical equipment) are unnecessary, and should be removed before items are placed into rooms, to prevent hindrance to retractable cord items, and sticky cords C) Although the place was under construction, a small breakfast could have been offered instead of none-at-all D) Window latches seemed rusted or old, and not completely functioning E) Ceiling lighting would be helpful F) Stains on lampshades (perhaps cleanable with sprayable isopropyl alcohol or lemon ammonia) G) Bathroom counters were tape-marked for some reason (may be upgrading to polished stone bathroom counters?)

Caveat Emptor

Low price and good location.

Property was poorly maintained; lawn was over a foot high, old mattresses and other garbage piled on the side of the building. I think this is a converted nursing home.

Price was great since we booked over a month in advance, nice location in 5min walk from 24/7 7-Eleven. Just what we needed

My stay was mediocre at best; this was the second worst hotel I stayed at in my life.

The service desk assistant was kind and courteous. The room did not impress at first with no clear red flags, but was clearly a bit worse for wear.

The room and the other customers. The room was filthy, to be frank. The entire carpet was disgusting. Needs a steam cleaner or something (which could be easily rented and done in an evening, tops). Felt like I was back in a college dorm with the decor, too. The other customers were up all night running around the hallways making all sorts of noise. Didn't get to sleep until 1, and there was still shouting then.

Inn is in the process of being updated so the kitchen was not great, and the laundry was not available. However, neither affected our stay and we plan to book again on our next visit to the area. Michelle, who cleaned our room, was friendly and accommodating and made our stay very comfortable.
