Front desk staff and valets were great.

One night event with old friends in Cambridge. The hotel was empty. Noise from trains stopped early enough that it was not a factor

Hotel was really nice and staff was great. Room was quiet. Views from the room and restaurant were awesome. Shuttle was convenient. I only had issues with the mattress I had was worn out and the curtains let in way too much light around the edges.

It was a tough time for us because my father was rushed to the hospital and ended up passing away but everything there was very comforting. The ability to get good food right there was nice and the room worked out perfect

Rather old hotel. Over priced for what is offered. AC did not work for a full night.

The room was great, but despite being a non-smoking room, it smelled like someone had been smoking inside.

the location was nice, our room was slightly disappointing, we reserved a river room, however the window was damaged so it obscured the view we paid for, the sheer curtains were shredded. The rest of the hotel was nice, the employees were all happy and helpful. Our room was clean. I let the mgr know about our issue with the room, he took care of us with a smile.

The hotel was pretty in the lobby but the room was tired looking .. the bedroom was comfy but the bathroom was so very tiny.. I could not even bend down to shave my legs in the shower.. it was a very decent stay for the money but not sure I would return..

Good location. Hotel is a bit old & needs an update. The key problem is the smell in the hotel & the rooms. Some kind of scent.

While it’s an old hotel with some funky design choices, the updates are well done, location is amazing, staff are AWESOME, bar/restaurant is solid and views are some of the best if the city! Special shout out yo Hagos and the night crew who went above and beyond to help me out after travel drama.

The stay was great! Room was clean and quiet. My only concern was that I used the valet service and when I checked out they did not check my ID. Had I lost my ticket anyone could’ve taken me car

Broken shower head made a mess as well as hard to shower :-)

Great room within walking distance to Fenway! The balcony facing the river was so peaceful. Will definitely stay there again!

A hidden "Destination fee" charged after the fact, no matter how big or small, is just awful business practice. My stay was fine, but you've lost a future customer.

The restaurant was not available for happy hour or meal time. The lack of substitutions for gluten free, dairy free, or even variety of healthy menu items was disappointing.

Danna was fantastic. She was better than a concierge. She gave us great advice on what sights to see, how to get there and where to go for good meals. Most importantly is how nice she was to me and my son. When we come back to Boston we will stay there again because of her. She is an asset to your company.

Hayatt in Cambridge has very nice staff, they are all very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is located prectically on MIT campus, the people around are very nice, and you can almost feel the youth in the air.
The hotel itself is a little bit old, but very vell mainained.
The only minus was a cleaning service, the cleaning lady didn't change our towels even after we ask her. And also this hotel has a HIDDEN FEE, something like 20 per day.
We also stopped at the hotels bar, the bartener was super knowledgable and nice.

Our daughter attends Boston University, so we’ve stayed at this property several times. Most recently moving her in for the fall semester. Proximity to Boston University is pretty good, not a bad walk at all, and the view from the bridge over the Charles river it’s really beautiful. Property is a bit dated, but it’s clean and seems to be well-maintained. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, always made us feel welcome. Dining options are limited. We appreciate access to the walkway along the river for a scenic stroll. There are plenty of dining options not too far away on the Cambridge side, and more if you cross the bridge to the BU side. Also plenty of delivery options if you got a hankering for a pizza! Like all the hotels in the area, the rates tend to go up at the beginning and end of the school year, It can also be difficult to find any accommodations so I’m at least happy to know I can expect clean room and good service at this property. The property does have a very nice exercise room with plenty of machines and weights.

When we arrived the valet greeted us and was very friendly. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. When we went to our room there was a small issue that was corrected quickly and we were even given a discount on our parking. The Nevermore (drink) was delicious and the food was impressive. The BEST part of our stay was Janice (executive chef) - she was WONDERFUL!!!!!!

Clean, excellent service, wonderful river view, close to Harvard University and MIT.

Did not like the $20 a day facilities charges—“free” water bottles, discounts at local sites, exercise room, etc. This was never disclosed upfront and must be paid at check out, whether you used the facilities listed or not! 😡

My stay at the Hyatt Regency Boston/Cambridge was exceptional. The location provided stunning views of the Charles River and easy access to both Boston and Cambridge. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every need was met with a smile. The room was comfortable, modern, and offered all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, it was a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality.

I loved this hotel. My room had a beautiful view of the city and the skyline view on the top floor was even better, I enjoyed the breakfast selections as well. If had to come complain, my complaint is I have yet to receive my deposit back, even after the calling the hotel.

Our room was clean, and the balcony overlooking the Charles was awesomeness! The restaurant service was horrible. We waited a very long time for our food, and when our food came out...we were missing one person's whole meal. The waiter never came back to check on us, so we saw the chef walking around and had to ask him for our missing meal. We will never go back to this restaurant.

Ok at best. No pool but top dollar prices. It was gross to see a rubber glove laying on the floor in the bathroom. Dining is out of control expensive. We definitely won’t be back again.
