Room was spacious. All but 1 staff member were very friendly. Good location.
WiFi did not work in our room. We notified front desk on arrival- they ensured to look into it and call back to our room and leave a message with an update. After going out for a walk and returning, there was no update. We called the front desk again and was told it was fixed, but still would not work. We were left to troubleshoot this on the phone with tech support ourselves. We had to stay in our room for 1.5 hrs waiting for a call back resolution. Finally we asked if they could help us and we suggested a new room. Front desk staff were reluctant but did finally offer a new room, so at 9pm we had to move all our belongings to a new room. Hotel provided no apology or compensation. We did not have data plans on our phones for USA or else this wouldn’t have been a problem.

La posizione non era ottimale rispetto alle università ma alla fine l'ho scelto io e lo sapevo.
Letto, materasso e biancheria top come sempre. Colazione buona ma non eccezionale

Clean and spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Great location. The water filters are amazing.
You can hear your neighbors. The fitness center is super small and old.

The overall hotel and room were clean and open. Nice size sitting area, coffee and teas to drink and a mini fridge in the room. The staff when we checked in and when we checked out were all really nice. I also liked the suggestion made by the person when we checked in regarding parking.
In the washroom, the sink and the tub were not raining fast enough. The Iron seemed like someone had used it on plastic or something and was covered with some white plastic substance. The closet to hang your cloths on seemed a bit small as well.

No ice machine on floor
3.0 / 10.0
The hotel has a great location and is immaculately clean.
The in-room bathrooms, while aesthetically interesting, are impractical and the design diminishes their usefulness. In-room amenities, like our mini-fridge didn’t work and the TV was incredibly slow and unresponsive. Additionally, the elevators were inoperable upon check-out and exiting with stairs required us to switch staircase halfway down from the 6th story, because one set of the stairs doesn’t go all the way down. Finally, the ice machine on the floor wasn’t operable and while it’s a small issue that was fixed by calling the front desk, all the issues culminate in an experience not befitting of “4 star” hotel.

Everything was fine
They didn't serve lunch in the dinning room and there was know access to late night snacks.

Love the room but the pillows are WAY TOO SOFT. I have back and neck problems and so, need shoulder support when I sleep. Even stacking all four pillows doesn't help. Perhaps have a more sturdy pillow in the closet?
Staff is great, polite and helpful. Restaurant is fabulous

Beds were comfortable and the room was a decent size. Location was walking distance to the MIT campus. The breakfast was really good but a bit pricey unless you are a Marriott member.
The internet was about average for a hotel. Not fast but not terribly slow. Ok for a zoom call with a couple people, but not a big zoom call.
