Went to Hershey Park and this hotel wasn’t too far away. About 20 mins, so it was convenient for us to stay for 2 nights. Staff were pleasant. Room was nice and clean. The pool stay opened late, which was a plus for my kids after our adventures.

The room had a sour smell and the bathroom was dirty as well as the ceiling had mold and mildew above the shower area. The TV would not work and the staff recommended we reset the TV by unplugging it. That did not work. When asked, the staff would not move us to a different room.

Pool and hot tub were over-chlorinated and the entire end of the building smelled of chlorine. Ice machine was not functioning on my level.

Unfortunately the reason why we for a show near by was canceled. Everything was great except the mattress was like sleeping on a rock. I woke up a few times in pain from how hard it was on my ck

Great property in a great location. Stayed here for a concert at Hershey Stadium. Show was unfortunately canceled but this hotel was so great we rebooked for the make up date! The breakfast in the am was amazing as well. We look forward to our return.

The room and accomodations were good, very worse service ever, and I ended up having to pay for this room 3x.

It is good for a one-night stay; the hotel needs updating. Limited options for food around or at the hotel.

Lack of ventilation causes mold in the bathroom, very noisy AC unit, it was hard to sleep.

Was a family trip, booked 2 rooms, was not next to each other or across from each other. At checkin I was told the room are across from each other, but they were not.

My stay here ended very disappointing, the rooms and service were filthy. Hate to leave a bad review. I guess you get what you paid for.

What did I like: the staff we interacted with were all very nice, friendly and professional. My kids enjoyed the pool, parking was convenient from our room and location was perfect for us, it was close to the highway so there werent much driving around to get where we needed to go. What I didnt like: the pool door was broke so they had to prop the door open with a towel. The outside door for the pool was also propped open, which I thought was unsafe since anyone can enter the property anytime. Our room was located at the lower level, the same level as the pool so if someone decided to enter through the outside pool door our room and everyone else located at the lower level would be hit first. Storage: there were not enough storage for a family of 4. Two small draws isnt enough. The closet was decently sized but no draws. Mattress and pillows: mattress need to be replaced, it was hard, pillows were way too thin, I had a hard time sleeping. Bathroom: it was clean but there was a wet hand towel still hanging on the hook in the bathroom from the previous guest. The hand towel was wet, like they had used it to scrub themselves in the shower. I was disgusted. I think the bathroom should have some kind of ventilation to absorb the steam from showering. I found it very odd that our room was located in the lower level aka basement. Would I stay there again, im like 50/50.

It was a clean room. Nice location. The breakfast was good.

There was mold all over the bathroom ceiling.

We were placed near the pool, eveeything was damp and the room smelt damp (we went and bought air freshners) Additionally, shower had mold throughout amd we were somwhow assigned an ADA room so water was all over the bathroom after taking a shower. No attempt made to clean our room (although housekeeping was outside of our door on 2 seperate occasions) amd we were put of our room for hours. Front desk Staff was not interested in being there and/or helping guests (in 30 minutes at heard 8 people ask for a luggage cart and rhey just kept saying they were in use and made NO attempt to go find them- when we go off elevator- ober an hour later, there was a cart just sitting there). Additionally, a customer informed them that there was a large amount of water in front of the elevator and he was concerned someone was going to get hurt. Again, when we returned to our room- the water was still there, no attempt made to dry and no caution sign placed. Thats POOR customer service.

The room was comfortable and there was space enough for all of us. The room felt humid even when the air conditioner was on. We needed to use the laundry facilities and there was only one dryer and it was occupied for over 2 hours. However we were accommodated when we asked for additional blankets.

Furniture needs to be updated other than that was a good stay

Pros: Room layout was great. Staff was very accomadating/understanding. Cons: slept on very used sofa sleeper and mattress had stains. Unsupervised kids running up/down halls screaming and banging on doors.

Staff were excellent. The room was quiet. The kids enjoyed the pool.

awesome Hotel but not near any Restaurants

Great place to stay. Convenient to Hershey and all it has to offer with a quick 10-15 min drive. Easy access to highways and we enjoyed a nice hot breakfast at the beginning of our day. The hotel was quiet and clean.

Nice stay. Wish the bed was softer but other than that was good.

We came to go to Hershey and visit family. It was close to both so that was good. The room had a weird smell. The shower ceiling was moldy. The carpet was sticky, like they sprayed room spray on it. Some staff was great and others seemed like they could care less. I went to the desk to ask for hotel information and info about what to do in the area. Those things are usually in the room. The person at the desk handed me a map. We figured it out on our own. They also didn't really take care of the pool and hot tub. I don't think we would stay again.

We were given a room in what could only be described as the lower level of the hotel with basement style windows. This is the same floor as the indoor pool. The entire floor, hallway and rooms had a very strong chlorine smell. Even the first floor smelled like chlorine. They were not able to move our room to the second floor and we suffered the entire night waking up with headaches and the taste of chlorine in our mouths. It's very nice to offer an indoor pool but don't let the entire hotel smell it. Also this is the first time I have ever in all my travels stayed in a hotel room that was on a lower level. I will not be staying here again but if you happen to book at this hotel, insist on a second floor room to get as far away from the chlorine smell as possible.
