Quiet & safe & affordable. Very accommodating & met our needs.

The owner was very friendly. She wanted to insure we had everything we needed & everything met our comfort level. We requested extra pillows & blankets & they were already in the cottage prior to our arrival. We were concerned we might be cold & she porviddd us an extra heater. We were very comfortable & did not end up needing it.

It was very obvious the sofa bed hadn’t been used in a while. A previous guest prob spilled liquid on the couch/sofa bed leaked through to the floor. Large stain.

Good place for a visit to the Hershey area.

Great location for people visiting Hershey or Penn National races and casino.

Terrible.

The location was close to Hershey Park, which is what we needed. The price was reasonable and the bed was comfortable. The tv worked.

I made reservations for smoke free room and it was far from it. It smelled of smoke so bad that it was irritating my breathing passages. I had very poor sleep due to this. The front door was barely functional. It would not lock securely. The bathroom was extremely small. The toilet seat was broken. My girlfriend came home with bed bug bites.

Daily/weekly rental 2 room style Cottage . Budget friendly. Park in front of your door. Easy to load and unload your things. Disability friendly In summary: Small Cottage style room with a clean bed, shower, TV, Microwave and a Refrigerator. A goodnight sleep after a long day. Sheets gas station right down the street for hot food or ?. Dollar Store just up the road and around the corner for incidentals. Hershey Hospital nearby if coming down for Medical visits or Surgery.

Although they state that each room is Smoke free, the room had obviously been smoked in and very recently. But, I always carry Lysol when we travel so, I sprayed everything liberally and it remedied. Poor Lighting throughout the Cottage and no ventilation in the bathroom . Coffee maker but, no condiments. Ice maker in each room that made like 6 tiny pieces every 30 minutes

This property is very poorly kept. It appears that the owners aren't investing time in maintenance.

The location was fine for our travels.

1. Minimum cleanliness 2. Cracked walls, exposed plaster, etc.---creepy 3. Dirty microwave We cleaned with vinegar and water and disinfectant before we slept. There was hot water, clean towels, and working lights.

Bathroom was so small the toilet was on an angle for a reason the shower was so small the ceiling fan had dust hanging down hole in wall floor was not level also had large split in flooring never stay here again

let us check in early, 15/20 minutes away from Hershey park

stains on all the sheets, huge yellowish and red stains as soon as comforters were pulled back. found black hairs under the comforter as well. walls even had stains on them. bathroom had a horrible smell (and i usually don’t complain about that type of thing, but it was overpowering and causing the whole room to smell, i could barely use the restroom.) i was between this motel and another, and i would’ve rather just spent the extra 40 bucks for a nicer place. only upside was the close distance to Hershey park. this place is a dump. not even sure how it has good reviews. couldn’t wait to leave and checked out as soon as we woke up.
